The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Great Resort

The hotel was great with wonderful views. We had a room with city and bay view and it was one of the best views we have had in all our travels (being docked at St Marteen with a balcony looking at the city was close lol). People are all friendly and they do try to speak English as best they can. Food was great with lots to choose from. Beach was good and the ocean was nice and warm at this time of year. They keep it clean and lots of loungers to use with shade. We had an incident when we [... read more] were going to get a message at the Spa (fire next door) and we had to be cancelled. they gave us a 30 minute free massage 2 days later to make it up to us, which we can't really complain about as the incident was not their fault. We would go back to this resort if the price is right for sure.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Comme ci comme ça

The price perfectly reflected the hotel quality, however the service and communication was mediocre at best. There were approximately four people that were AMAZING during my stay and the rest were not good! We initially got a room with one bed and were told we could have that rectified the next day but we were not told that we would have to check out in the morning (not have a room for the day) and then get the correct room by 4:00 PM...not impressed. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Not what it used to be

No buffet on the resort sucked.ate at coba or tulum because the buffet that was replacing akumal was so small and no varity room was very small for a family of 4 barely any entertainment. Tulum resort was pumping. So we paid alot of money to stay at akumal but was at Tulum pretty much our entire trip.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Serene Vacation

We were hesitant to stay at the Sian Ka'an as it is not directy on the beach however that was not an issue due to the availability of shuttles to get us to a private beach area on demand. We loved the quietness of the resort and the beautiful jungle surroundings.The food was wonderful everywhere. We were caught off gaurd a bit by the restriction on ordering more than one appetizer, or entree at the a la cartes etc. We've never encountered this before. They could have more shuttles at dinnertime to accomodate guests needing to get to a reservation.The entertainment was wonderful but they could use more space for guests to sit and enjoy. A few days the leaf blowers were going for 2 hours straight. I realize they want to keep grounds clean but it was a bit much so early in the mornings while people were trying to relax poolside. Drinks are just ok. Pressure to buy wine as all resorts lately and drinks mixed for mass production unless you specify. Despite these few areas of imerovement, we loved it and would definitly go back as we realize nothing is perfect. They do not actively enforce the no smoking rule and they should. I know its hard but people clearly disregarded rules but no one said anything.Overall had a wonderful vacation. YOu will never get bored as there is access to so many resort pools and restaurants.

Very nice place customer service is great took care of my needs there was a problem with wifi in my room they switched my room and gave me a voucher also offered me bottle of wine I do not drink so they gave another formal dinner to a restaurant

We liked it all. Wonderful a la carte restaurants.staff very friendly, great location. No wait to check in. Beach and pools excellent. I read some of the negative reviews and while they may have been true our experience was totally different.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Not for Couples that want to Relax (Standards have gone Down)

We love the Bahia Principe Chains and don't mind paying a little more for the BP standard that they have shown. The staff was very friendly but the lack of staff was evident in every aspect. The food was sub-standard and very salty and for the first time we thought the food was better in Cuba. We go there to relax and would have preferred going to the BP Luxury Samana but it was closed. We made our way to the relaxing quiet pool where the rules were not enforced and kids were yelling and a g [... read more]roup of people brought a big sound system. We just got up and left. The night time shows were different singers signing the same playlist. No Shows. If you're a group and do not care about the food or service it's a great resort. But if your a couple going to relax, maybe find something else. However, the price was not worth the service you get.

The hotel was all I could ask for! Amazing hotel, beautiful beach, friendly staff! Everything you need in an all-inclusive was done perfectly here! I’m definitely referring this location to all my friends!

The staff are great, the a la cartes fabulous. Reduced buffet due to renos - not nearly as good as past visits. The room was in a state of disrepair, lights not working ripped door screen, etc. Renos are underway, but basics should still be kept up in the meantime. Booked 6 months ahead, but we were not told of renos until shortly before departure. All bars ran out of tequila, only cheap no-name white tequila was available, or sometimes no tequila at all. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: A GREAT PLACE TO BE

Me and my fiance booked our trip at this resort and for our first time it couldn't have been any better we absolutely loved the drinks the food the hotel was beautiful the room was absolutely amazing and always clean bar fridge was always stalked no complaints at all we highly recommend this beautiful resort we would definitely do this again.

The resort is fairly large but easy to navigate...staff were exceptional...pool layouts made it somewhat difficult to find shaded areas.....access to beach was by trolly but only 5 min trip...buffet and ala cartes were really good ...all in all our experience went well ...only change we would like to see is quicker trolley times as some waits were almost 20 mins

Loved the resort. Very big. Only downfall was the main Buffet building was under renovations. It’s a pain having to take the trolley to Tulum or Coba for grand buffet meals. Stayed in the adults only section. The beach there is small and every day the workers spent hours cleaning up the seaweed.

The hotel itself was really nice and in proximity to all you need to enjoy a nice vacation, no matter if it's to party, relax or just taking advantage of the weather. By staying in one of the Bahia Principe resort, you have access to all the other ones as well so there's a loooooot to do: theater, shows, dance clubs, karaoke, sports bars, different restaurants, cocktails and, of course the amazing oceanside beach - all included for you to go through and test it all out. This was our second visit. It was a group of 15 people. Kevin was very helpful by keeping us all together. He was accessible anytime of the day to address all of my concerns. He is my agent for all future trips. This time the service was 100% better. We had free valet park and fly. There was a visible Air Canada agent in the airport. The service at the resort improved too. The only problem was the wifi was poor unless you were in your room. They provide entertainment all day and till 11pm in the night. There is also a separate section on the beach for Aquamarine. The sports bar was amazing. You can keep up with the games. Food was amazing. Lots of variety. If someone is not happy about the selection, they are the problem! There is something for everyone at the buffet. Staff is very helpful. I would recommend they update the television quality..very grainy, difficult to see anything.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Great Resort!

Hotel was lovely- neat, clean, well kept. However, I did pay for the Castle View but wasn't in front of the castle where I would be able to see the castle shows they had every night. It also started very late after my daughter was asleep.

Everything was great.I would go there again for sure and I would recommend this resort to others. THE people were so friendly ,the food was great and the service was amazing and I will look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time at coba. Food was great and lots of it. All the workers worked so hard always smiling and saying hi. Hotel management were right on the ball to make sure everything was perfect. Rooms were dated but nice and always kept clean. Very big resort and always something going on.

This resort was mediocre at best! It is no where near a 4-5 star!! The main pool by the beach was closed for renovations and we were never informed by anyone when or after we booked. The service was not great, the pool bar ran out of stuff daily. No frozen drinks either! The pool was scummy and cloudy on most days. The beach was way over crowded so much so that the beach chairs were lined up touching each other! A huge disappointment for our entire group and a waste of $4000!
