Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Stay away!

I've been to Sian Ka'an in Mexico and was expecting the same service, food and rooms, totally disappointed. We spent our whole week at the new Fantasia on the same grounds, that one is worth the money (same price). Even Ambar Green is better on all aspects.

Casa Marina Sosua Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive: Casa Marina Beach Resort

This is a great place to stay - the staff are outstanding - very friendly and helpful, the restaurants are very good - enjoyed the food! This is our second visit to this resort and its small enough to be comfortable and large enough that you don't feel like you are just part of the crowd!

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Amazing resort

We truly enjoyed our trip, the beach was beautiful with flour like sand, there was two bars on the beach with one of them serving food 24hrs a day. The resort grounds were very nice and clean and the staff was superb. The layout of the resort was great with all the amenities within a 2min walk. The ala carts were great and no problem booking any of them. The rooms are getting a bit dated but were kept very clean. I would recommend if you choose this resort to get the VIP package, you get access to all the restaurants, bottle of rum, cigars and fruit basket as a welcome gift as well as other perks. Your beach towels are in your room along with slippers and a robe. You also have access to all the premium drinks throughout the resort. The airport is only 17km from the resort.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: We were at lest out of the cold

We are none smokers and found smoking to occur in all the common areas. It took nearly all day to have the room fully cleaned. The desk was not helpful or friendly., we asked for an early morning wake-up call and did not get one. We did not get sick from the food but did get sick of seeing wieners as a main course. Drinks were too sweet

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Dreams Palm beach

This resort was very nice and clean staff was great, we had to our room changed when we got there due to musty smell but the staff move us within minutes which was great, the beach in front of our resort was cleaned every day but the ones beside our resort didn't get cleaned every day. Other wise the food was good resort good employees very nice.

Punta Cana Princess: Punta Cana Princess, NO FIVE STAR

I rate this hotel as follows: 4 Beach 5 (awesome) Rooms 4 (are ok, some plumbing issues) Lobby 4 (furniture needs to be up dated not comfortable at all, ceiling fan not working) Grounds 4 (very nice) Gym 2 (terrible for the rating this hotel is given, most equipment is broken, not working, all is very old ) VIP Beach beds 3 (most are rotted and deformed) Food 4 (not great, just good) House Wine 1 (By far the worse red and white I have ever tasted) We are wine drinkers and we had to pay f [... read more]or good wine.We were not to happy about that. Catalonia Bayahibe: just ok

the resort was well kept. There were a lot off things off limits it you didn't upgrade. The rooms need updating. The staff are very friendly and it has a coal reef right off beach. The beach bar had great staff might return just because of them.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: nice resort

all in all nice and good place but no evening entertainment buffet same all week very small resort if your not in diamond club your not very respected I find and if you are you get blasted with music ok

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: What is there to like?

Apart from the great location, super golf course, amazing service, great food, fabulous pool, spectacular beach, superb Casino, excellent tennis courts, beautiful room, great choice of restaurants, top notch bar service, beautiful girls, super activities, sparkling cleanliness, unbelievable weather and amazing ocean view what is there to like?

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Fabulous Resort

We have travelled to the Dominican several times, but first time to Samana, and first time staying at a Bahia Principe resort. The resort did not disappoint.... it was everything we had hoped for. The beach was amazing, you could walk for miles, do some snorkelling along the way. The buffet and the buffet beach bar( lunch only) had a great selection. We ate at 3 of the specialty restaurants( Italian, French, and Brazilian) all were very good. The Brazilian probably being my fav, but my husband loved the French. The lobby bar is very nice, with s great selection of drinks, unfortunately it closes at 11:00, then you have to go to the disco to get a drink. Too loud if you just wanted to sit and socialize, but great if you wanted to get in a little more partying. All in all a great resort that has everything to offer. Would definitely go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful Vacation

Not only are the grounds of the Dominican Pablo Collection beautiful but the food was excellent and the staff outstanding. All ready planning on returning next year. It is hard to find an Adult all inclusive suitable for couples and singles, but we loved it.

Paradisus Punta Cana: Great Vacation

I was just at Paradisus Punta Cana for a 7 day vacation with my daughter and her family. It was one of the best vacation Great place, clean, friendly and lots of activities for the kids. Lots of food and drinks...........................

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Kid friendly

The hotel grounds itself was beautiful! Lush greens and beautiful flowers. The pool and beach were perfect... No complaints. The buffets had a huge variety of delicious food. Our room was a two star at best.... Mould, rusted facets, damp and full of flies. We complained Nd switched buildings to a suite. The wAterslides portion was hands down the best part of the resort.

Nickelodeon Hotel Punta Cana: Amazing resort and waterpark!

Nice, spacious modern room overlooking the pools below and the ocean in the distance. Waterpark was great for young children (under 10 years old) with many kids activities available during the day and evening. Character central, foam party and "sliming" were the highlights of the week! Awesome waves for beach fun, clean sand and large area for playing, beach sports and sun bathing. Friendly staff, variety of restaurant options, and everything you need on site. Amazing excursion closeby the hotel [... read more] to ziplines and Monkeyland. Nice piazza with evening entertainment, artisans and restaurants/cafe. Everything in walking distance, shuttles available and easily accessible. Clean, tastefully decorated and well-maintained resort.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Very Relaxing!

My wife and I visited Gran Ventana for one week in February. We found the facilities clean, modern, and inviting. There was a wide variety of food to suit every palate, and the dining venues were also clean and welcoming. We can't say enough about the friendly, courteous staff maintaining and serving in all areas of the resort. We had a wonderful room facing the beach which gave us more privacy and quiet. We would certainly visit the Gran Ventana again!

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Luxury Resort

The resort was magical with tropical gardens, flamingos, peacocks, fish ponds, amazing beach, nicely decorated rooms all with immediate pool access and content staff that was always happy to see you. The explorer club was loved by our 3 year old and the staff were excellent with the kids. Our room cleaner was very caring and our room always looked beautiful with fresh flowers. Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Awesome resort

The hotel is kept very clean, everywhere you look there are employees working on the gardens and every part of the resort. Very nice. The views of the pool and the ocean are amazing. Beautiful palm trees everywhere along the beach.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Wonderful resort

This resort is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are kept imacculate and has very nice walkways around the whole property. The food is great and lots of variety. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Riu Republica: The Riu Republica is great resort

the hotel was very good ,with the service,food and amenities.The room was a fantastic ocean view,with balcony, it was very spacious and well kept. I must also mention the entertainment, it was absolutely fantastic every evening and there was also a great. house band every evening to keep us dancing.
