Royal Decameron Salinitas: Great for those with no interest in local cuklture

This resort has great food, beautiful grounds and lovely pools. the beach is not good and the salt water pool had an algae covered bottom. the resort is very isolated and there is no chance of exploring the surrounding area, no chance of hiring a local driver to go exploring. There are much more interesting places in Central America.

Grand Decameron Panama: Disappointing

Could not get a drink at 2:00 am. Chicken nuggets and french fries are not food I expect at a resort. Tours offered were poorly organized; 50 people on a bus with a rest stop at a location with one wash room; that took over an hour. It is 3hours+ by bus from the airport in Panama City.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Exceeded Expectations!!

The resort was beautifully manicured, the pools were excellent and the staff were very friendly!! You could just relax if you wanted or indulge in many activities that the resort offered. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The food was very good, we never had an issue any day there was also a great selection everyday. The only downside was that you were not supposed to go into the ocean due to rip tides, but the beach was absolutely beautiful for a daily walk. We normally never re-resort but we have talked about going back again in the future!!

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Can be excellent with some tweaks

The hotel,pool,beach were excellent. Very clean except for one bathroom which remained covered in vomit for our week stay. Food was good, good variety. Staff were a hit and miss. We had a few waiters who would cater to you as soon as you arrived in dining room. No real open snack area. You had to sit at an outdoor restaurant to order snack. Alcohol was also hit and miss. One day you could have daquaris, the next day they didn't have rum. Premium alcohol was limited and by mid week, not available [... read more]. The pool bar had one bartender. Needs 3 at least! We were disappointed to have heard that the code to lockers was floating around after we paid for ours! Entertainment staff needs to mingle with guests during dinner hour and not only mingle throughout the day with the 20 year old college girls. It was gross to see how flirtatious they were. Entertainment was good enough. Word of advice, as a few of the guests during our stay found- if you get sick in your room, regardless if it's from the flu or alcohol, CALL ROOM SERVICE! Otherwise it is a steep fine if you use your room towels to clean it up. Our new friend was charged $500!! We were able to argue it down to $30. Good thing I don't give up on this type of argument! Music during the day was ok but could be more lively and current! Pictures are definitely not as shown. The white flowing fabric is no longer on these beach beds! Massages by the beach? Never found them. Nudity photos on the walls can go too...there are children allowed here now. Overall our stay was pleasant. If the above were chNged it would definitely be a 5 star hotel. We had a lot of fun, relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. We caught this hotel as it was re opening from being a nudist resort. They need to tweak it to make it excellent. I may visit again, if the price was right.

Royal Decameron Salinitas: Amazing resort and very organized!

Right from the airport my stay was organized, people were friendly, the grounds were immaculate, the food was excellent, the sunsets beautiful, the tide was great to see, there are 4+ pools, the day trips were spectacular and very safe, the staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and cool, the temperatures end of Feb were low 30's and sunny everyday. We will be going back!

Royal Decameron Salinitas: We loved the Decameron Resort in El Salvador!

It was simply perfect - the air, sea water, and pool water were all just right so you were not cold going into the water or when coming back out. The grounds are immaculate and the room was clean and daily kept up. We ate at all the specialty restaurants and all but one were excellent and it was still ok. We had a romantic secluded specialty dinner on the beach and the waiter was awesome. The buffets had great variety and everything we ate was great. Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Resort was clean and well maintained.

The staff were helpful and hardworking. The servers were great. It was nice talking to them at meal times as they were so friendly. The resort was clean and well maintained. Nice small resort. Noisy around the pools.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Great resort

Food was wonderful The staff very friendly and helpful A long way to go to Puerto Vallarta but the market up town was good. Great place to relax and beach is awesome. Would certainly go back and would recommend it to my friends.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: My favorite resort!!!

This Spring marked my fourth visit to the Royal Decameron Montego Bay.I love that this resort is on a smaller scale! The grounds are always well cared for,and the people that work there are always friendly,pleasant and you feel well looked after.I really like that the resort is only ten minutes from the airport!!!

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Intimate and Elegant

When we arrived and escorted to our room we were so surprised! We had the most beautiful view of the pool the beach. Every night we fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Very lovely room which is tastefully decorated. Modern furniture and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. We received excellent service throughout our week stay. We were close [... read more] to San Jose where we walked to the Art Show. Beautiful experience. We went snorkeling on our own and took the local bus to get there. Felt very comfortable. Most of all, the excursion we really enjoyed was the camel tour. The guides walks the camels while two people sit on a saddle. It was comfortable ... I suggest the person with the longer legs sit at the back... me with my short legs felt like I was doing the split! LOL! It was beautiful to ride along the beach. The scenery was just amazing. We even saw in the far distance some wales while on the ride! The guides were so funny and entertaining. On the same tour, we visited the largest cactus that must of been a few hundreds of feet. I didn't know that cactuses could grow that high! We tasted the best homemade Mexican food and had a little tequila lesson. That was the best tour ever. What an awesome experience.

Grand Decameron Panama: Amazing place!

Staff were courteous, rooms were extremely clean, food was good, drinks were good. Beach was great, nightly entertainment was great. Tours were amazing. Will definitely return. Really enjoyed the Panama Canal tour and spending our last few days at the Hard Rock Cafe in Panama were amazing. Did a private tour in Panama which I would totally recommend people do rather than the hop on hop off tour.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Friendly resort

Great resort with many repeat customers. Great location with easy access to quaint town (20 minute walk) and access to local bus service for travel either north of the resort, or south to Malecon/Puerto Vallarta. Several pools to choose from. Nice selection of restaurants. Numerous dining options also available off resort.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great time

We had a great time at the Hotel, The people at the front desk tried to be helpful, they couldn't make a decision without approval though. The room was clean, not a lot of drawer space. The food was good, no problems, good variety. No shrimp though. The pool was pleasant, the bar didn't open till 11 a.m. The nightly entertainment got better each night. The disco could have had some real disco music from the 80's. The hotel was close to the Mega store so if you wanted something they didn't have,  [... read more]you could go across the road. The staff was friendly and eager to learn.

Grand Decameron Panama: Second trip as good as first.

This was the second trip in 2 years ,and hoping to go back in 2015.Staff were very helpful ,food excellent ,accommodations excellent.Very well kept resort ,would recommend to friends and family,Only draw back was trip from airport to resort ,this should not be a problem any more since the new airport was opened in May.hoping to see you soon .Thank You .

Royal Decameron Salinitas: relaxing and amazing resort

This was a very clean resort. It was not too busy and we were always able to find a spot by the pools. The food was tasty, make sure you check out all restaurants i loved the lunch buffet in lobby 2. Great staff very friendly and overall a beautiful country. Loved all the tour options as well. We went down to the city you must try pollo compero (fried chicken) it was yummy and they are know for it. Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Perfect Vacation

Very relaxing and comfortable hotel, staff and vacationers very friendly. Beach lovely and quiet. Only draw back is that you could not really frolic in the ocean due to the undercurrent. Beach cabana were plentiful and the odd whale swimming by was a bonus to be sure. Lovely safe area

I loved my stay at the royal decameron resort! I was so amazed at how there was access to all the amenities of the resort. For example pool chairs, tables at dinner,wi fi at the lobby bar. The food was great with lots of variety sure to please every palate. The staff were always friendly and wanting to please. The overall feeling from the vacationers at the resort was friendly and relaxed. I can't wait to return!

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Little village with a lot of mexico

Simple clean rooms with very good food. 3 villages close by for walking and enjoying the local sea side flavour of the pacific coast of Mexico. Great breakfast and New Years was an excellent fiesta! Live band, fresh seafood, great service and champagne dancing on the streets
