Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Great beach, great staff
The hotel was beautifully kept, however we did notice a few things were not open during our stay (Disco, Rock Club, some restaurants). When we first arrived we noticed not as many people were staying, but by the end of the week it felt like the resort was fuller and busier. Staff were always friendly and helpful, though we noticed they could have been short staffed at times. Food was good, we never ran out - the snack bar had limited food but we had no complaints with this since we are not picky [... read more]
Paradisus Rio De Oro: Place to relax like royalty.
We stay at this resort many times . Usually in Royal service. It is worth every penny. Beautiful lush gardens. Gorgeous lobby and swimming pool over looking ocean. Clean beautiful rooms with outdoor shower. Staff is amazing will do for you anything any time . Food is fantastic. We love this place because it is quite and the beach is not busy. No loud music no disco in royal section… just peaceful. Definitely place to visit. Staff is amazing!!!!!!!
Melia Jardines del Rey: 💯 % employees and management
The employee management was Superior awesome people but the resort fails at a zero for me because the food was horrible and missing a lot of items and running out of food constantly I rate the food part a zero but it was nobody's fault as they did not have the supplies
Paradisus Rio De Oro: An Excellent Resort!
A great resort with something to offer everyone. Beautiful grounds and gardens, very well kept. A lovely beach with lots of loungers and umbrellas. The rooms are large and comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom and a large walk-in shower. The staff in all areas of the resort are the best. They are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The evening musical bands were sensational! I will return!
Paradisus Rio De Oro: Great vacation
It's been my first time in this resort and definitely not the last one. I love this hotel! The pool was clean, the beach was beautiful, the service was amazing, the other tourists were interesting personalities. Most of people who I met there were either doctors or engineers or accountants which made me think that the hotel worth paying price higher than for other resorts. The food was good, it was a standard Cuban choice of meals in the restaurants, maybe variety was even larger than in othe [... read more]

Sol Rio de Luna y Mares: Sol Rio de Luna y Mares
Just returned from Luna y Mares. It was my 3rd visit and although it is an older resort they have done a good job keeping it up to date. Pros: the view is as spectacular as ever, the ocean water warm and inviting. The pool is clean and just the right temperature. The gentleman tending the pool does a great job. The rooms have been updated with a new walk in shower, very nice! Most of the staff go out of their way to accommodate. I brought up several issues to the attention of the customer serv [... read more]
Melia Cayo Coco: The best in Cuba
Excellent hotel mainly for the staff also food. Have been a repeat customer for many times and I have to say that because of the continuous service of excellence, I will continue to travel to the melia as I have been every 3 months for the past 2 years.
Paradisus Varadero: Happy stay
We loved our 4 day stay at the paradisus Varadero The pool and the beach were amazing. Friendly staff. One downside to our trip is that hotel was only about 25% filled Which was good you didn’t have to fight for access to chairs or anything… but if you were looking to meet other people would not be so evident. Other downside is the food for boring fast.
Paradisus Los Cayos: Beautiful modern resort
We were quite surprized at how beautiful this resort is. Our room was huge - two bathrooms both equiped with walk-in showers - a jucuzzi tub g- an open living space with big screen TV and walk out balcony. The resort is clean and well cared for however we did not get to experience the whole resort as a lot of it including the huge main pool was closed and a lot of restaurants as we were a week early before everything was opening with the expectation of the start of their busy season. Service [... read more]
Melia Las Americas: Will always go back
We love this resort! The people make this place special. All so kind and helpful. The golf / beach combination is amazing. The beach is large with many chairs. The food is fantastic for Cuba and their limited resources. We can’t say enough great things about this place!
Melia Buenavista: Relaxing at its finest!
Really enjoyed this small all inclusive. Food, beach, staff were all amazing, room was spacious and clean, al a carte restaurants were very professional, great menu and excellent staff, felt like casual fine dining every night! 24 hour wood fired pizza, burgers, paella was a real treat. Great for snorkeling with a reef right off the beach, felt very safe. the beach was unbelievable - three separate beaches all providing different options, including a more private area for those wishing to sunba [... read more]

Sol Rio de Luna y Mares: 5th time here
Luna Side is under reno's right now. Mares side is now complete totally redone. WIFI in every room, lobby and also the beach. Know more buying WIFI cards its all included now. We had a great time but the mini excursions are know longer there probably because of covid.
Melia Las Dunas: Second stay at this beautiful resort.
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Adequate assortment of food even for vegetarians! The rooms are large and comfortable. The only complaint is the low water pressure in shower. The beach is wonderful! I would recommend this hotel
Melia Cayo Coco: A good experience
We were pleased with our experience at this resort and no concerns from the perspective of COVID-19 protocols. There were a couple initial supply chain issues likely due to the pandemic and recent hurricane but they didn’t last and we were well taken care of, especially compared to other folks at other resorts.
Melia Cayo Santa Maria: Wonderful stay at our favorite resort!
We have been coming here since 2014 (this being our 10th time) and we totaly enjoyed ourselves. Friendly and courteous staff, cleanln rooms, beautiful grounds, excellent beach, etc.. Great place to relax and enjoy Cuban hospitality.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Stay AWAY
Melia Jardens del ray should have stayed closed. It was not prepared to open. Starting from malfunctioning toilets, showers, lighting, unclean pools…there’s no end. We went for days with no bath towels, no beach towels, no napkins. They used toilet paper as napkins in the dining rooms, how gross 🤮 And, the toilet paper was recycled, it had brown spots throughout. Severe food shortages. Obviously they are going through hard times, but they should have waited until they were read [... read more]
