Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort and friendly staff.

Very clean and beautiful. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way for us. The best staff we encountered were Jackie, Richard Marks and the young male bartender at Dips(sorry can't remember his name!). Everyone else was still great, but these 3 stood out for me. They had lots of shade options both on the beach at all the pools. The entertainment was good, with some real surprises. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great Resort for the whole family.

The pool and beach are fabulous and they are only steps away from each other allowing ease of access all day long to both without having to pack up and move each time. The rooms are great and if you upgrade to Diamond Club you will not be disappointed. Our butlers George and Melissa made this vacation one of the best for our family. They professionalism and promptness were on point and the service is at par with Sandals. Pool activities were engaging and fun and always included the kids.

We spent a week Oct 28 to November 4 the resort is latyed out beautifully and the grounds and staff are amazing always a place to sit at the beach or pool anytime of the day our maids and butlers were so happy and always did the most creative towel art we can’t wait to return

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Best Service I have EVER had!

I booked The Royalton - Adults Section for a quick 4 day vacation. I wish it was longer! We booked the terrace jacuzzi suite - recommend for a couples vacation. It was a quiet secluded area. If your looking to people watch from your balcony perhaps do not pick the terrace jacuzzi suites. Regardless the room was beautiful! Comfortable beds, pillows etc. Towels always replaced, turn down service. We ordered room service one night after a day trip - excellent. Breakfast buffet was my fav! Also atte [... read more]nded the steakhouse a la carte and Tex Mex a la carte. Antonio was simply delightful! Persuaded me to order what ever I wanted because I couldn't make up my mind. Beef brisket to die for! Thank you Antonio for going above and beyond. Service. Wow. Everywhere we went the staff was smiling and going out of their way to make us welcome. I must admit I have NEVER been asked every 10 minutes laying poolside if I wanted a drink or snacks. Top notch service (Adult area). Towels were removed from loungers that were not being used. Which was nice leaving chairs available for others. I would 100% go back to this resort. If you are a "beach" person, I would not recommend. That area of Mayan has very sea weedy beaches. Again, having said that - I would still go back in a heart beat. Recommendation to the hotel: Map of the resort add hours of restaurants AND what food is served at the a la cartes (place brackets with Steak house or Mexican) rather than just the name of the restaurant. Wish I stayed for a week!

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Truly exceptional getaway!

This was a great vacation, and our first time to St. Lucia. I can't say enough great things! I highly recommend this resort. Don't listen to any bad reviews you read.... honestly, people are crazy. This place was great! Location: Worth the drive. If you don't do well on bumpy roads, dear gosh bring some gravol. It was a life saver. About 90 minutes (without traffic) from the airport to the hotel. Beautiful views, totally worth it. Resort: Beautiful resort, it's relatively new and it show [... read more]s. Very modern. After a day we had the layout downpact and it was easy to get to everything, nothings that far of a walk. Rooms: We stayed in building #3 (hideaway), which is arguably the worst hideaway building because it's closest to the rest of the resort... but that honestly wasn't an issue. Our room was spacious and modern. We had a leaky ceiling, but it leaked into the bath tub, so we really didn't care (and it got fixed by housekeeping notifying maintenance, we didn't have to do anything). Our iron didn't work, but that got replaced as soon as we notified staff. Some of the US plugs in our room didn't work for our devices (i.e., straighter didn't plug in because it wasn't two skinny prongs). FYI! I have to say, I hated the bathroom layout.... it was odd having it all open, but wasn't really that big of a deal. Nice big balcony. My BIGGEST complaint, and realistically my ONLY complaint was that since ALL the rooms face inward technically all rooms are an ocean view.... we paid extra for an ocean view, and quite frankly I felt like that was a bit of a rip off. Apparently lower floors are garden view, and upper floors are ocean view... Not worth it. I also rarely saw people in their swim out room pools... most of them stayed shaded all day, or were pretty open to other guests (they're all attached). I was glad we didn't pay for that upgrade. The other complaint I have (... okay, 2 complaints total), would be evening noise. Two of our 7 nights we had music blasting until 1030/11pm, which was a little ridiculous. The stage is in the middle of the resort, which is aesthetically nice, but logically the worst idea ever. With our balcony doors closed, and TV up relatively loudly we could not drown out the noise. If you have small children, or want to sleep before 10pm.... it wasn't happening. One night we were exhausted, and wanted to sleep at 10, and absolutely could not. Frustrating. Food: UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. Wow. All of the restaurants were amazing. Great staff, great selection, good quality. We visited each restaurant at least once (with the exception of the Calypso restaurant, as we aren't huge seafood people). We often went to the buffet or Italian for lunch, and we did the tex mex for dinner twice because it was so good. We never had to wait for a table, and service was as quick as a regular restaurant. The buffet was also great, even though we were hideaway we chose to go to the bigger main buffet for every breakfast because the dorado was small, slow and limited in selection (we went once, it was fine!). We appreciated how they sat hideaway and diamond people in one section, and families in another section. Pool/beach: no complaints! The hideaway pool was lovely, always able to get chairs and an umbrella. Bar only got crazy busy once or twice, and we enjoyed drinking premium liquor all week (grey goose, yes please!). The beach was nice too, clearly man made/maintained, but we honestly hung out by the pool most of the time, and wandered down to the beach when it was loud aquafit time. Always able to find a place to relax when we needed it. The jet ski's were a lot of fun, and provided a beautiful view once you were out in the ocean. Be wary of who you rent them from... we paid $40USD for 30 minutes (2 people on one), and friends paid $25, $40 and $30 when they went... always a different price? Odd. We have traveled twice a year for the last 4 years, and this is byfar the nicest resort we have been to. We are a young couple, no children, and loved our vacation. Make sure you save some breakfast sausage for the stay dogs... they're very friendly and precious.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Best trip ever!

My wife and I have been taking an annual Anniversary vacation for the past seven years and our recent visit to the Hideaway at Royalton Negril is by far the best trip we've ever had. The property is in superior condition, the grounds are well maintained and the rooms are spectacular. The resort staff are to notch, friendly and courteous, always ensuring you are having a pleasant stay. Great location for local attractions such as Rick's Cafe and Margaritaville and we had the option of hiring a local driver or buying a formal tour. Looking forward to a return visit.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: We were spoiled 😊😍

The staff of the hotel are overwhelmingly helpful and friendly. The grounds were clean, the hotel was immaculate. Although, the rooms need updating, they were kept clean. Service with a smile throughout. The food was very acceptable, by Cuban standards. I would say it was above par. I really enjoyed the ice cream boutique. The beach was perfect. Royalton Hideaway Negril: Fantastic Resort

This resort was fantastic!!! Very clean, well kept grounds and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At the adult area restaurants foods were to die for. Room service was good but food was a little cold when received. There are no microwaves in the rooms to be able to warm it up either. On the advertisement the wording makes it sound like you get butler service but that only comes if you pay for the upgrade to diamond. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: AWESOME RESORT AND STAFF

First off; forget all the negative things you've ever heard about Jamaica and it's people! Their hospitality is second to none! We had the BEST vacation EVER! From check-in to check out, we enjoyed every moment of every day. The resort and staff are top notch; we were upgraded to a swim up room and treated to a birthday spread second to none. The food and restaurants were fantastic.....every meal. JAMAICA NICE! We'll be back for sure!!!!!

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Relaxing in Paradise!

My sister and I have just come back from a 7 night stay at the Royalton Riviera Cancun and it was absolutely wonderful!  From the point of checking in (especially Edgar) to the point of checking out, the staff, the hotel, location, weather, amenities, etc. we’re fantastic.  Spoiled for choice when it comes to food and activities . Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Amazing resort

Vacationed October 13th to 20th. Only 15 minutes from Cancun airport. Beautiful facility. Great options for dining. Hunter steakhouse and Caribbean grill were my two favorites. Lots of entertainment by the pool during the day and nightly entertainment. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the resort. Enjoyed the coffee/ice cream shop. Espresso Americano was my favorite. The 5 minute head,face and neck massage by the pool was awesome. Definitely would return.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Amazing Vacation

I recently stayed at the Hideaway for 4 days and consider it one of the best resorts in Mexico. The service was impeccable, rooms amazing, and food awesome. Special shout out to the entertainment team who made each day memorable. Would go back!

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Second time around, just as wonderful!

The hubby and I absolutely love this resort. Beach is stunning, food is great, and the staff is wonderful! We will be heading back for our 3rd and 4th trips soon as possible! I would highly recommend. Luxurious and quaint, you won't be disappointed!

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Breathtaking

Just returned from a beautiful vacation at the Royalton Santa Maria. We upgraded to a balcony room located half way between the lobby and beach which was large with lots of storage and impeccably cleaned each day. The food was good and the chefs very accommodating to dietary wants and needs. The service at the restaurants, lobby were excellent but I can't say enough about about the beach service. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful. The gardeners take so much pride in their work and it definitely shows. Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: All Round Resort is Excellent

The hotel is clean, friendly and well appointed. Service from check in was fast and friendly. Rooms are not ready until 3pm but alternative arrangements for the day are taken care of. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had the jacuzzi on the terrace as well as a soaking tub, which we utilized each day. The house keeping was good but not great. But other than that great. The restaurants were great. I’m not a fan of all inclusive because of the fear the food will be bland and bad. I have to admit they were all very good. The beach is a disappointment but only through nature’s doing. The seaweed has washed up and continues to everyday. We couldn’t swim in the ocean but the sand is gorgeous and the pools are spread out and pool bars are fun and excellent service, even better when you pre tip the staff. Something I always do. We didn’t use the spa because the hotel spas tend to be over priced. But they look amazing. Entertainment each night was fun and entertaining. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family. Have fun. We did.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Great Relaxing Time

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days over Canadian thanksgiving and had a very enjoyable time. We were nervous as we knew going to Cuba the food might not be that great however we were pleasantly surprised!! I did not have any complaints about the food - we ate at the international restaurant twice, italian once and the seafood last and were were pleased every time. Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: TRuly Amazing Resort! Incredible people servicing guests!

Absolutely the best ever all inclusive vacation we have had with Trip Central and Sunwing. Strongly recommend that when going to Royalton Hicacos in Varadero, Cuba opt for the Diamond Club upgrade. It was amazing to have two butlers answering our every request immediately. In addition they give you all these extras like executive dinner with management! We had a la carte dinners every day, we had special breakfasts available in one of the a la carte restaurants. The best butlers ever are Jorge and Roberto, they partnered to serve with firendliness and dedication. We had a private beach available only to members of the Diamond Club. We had a drinks server on request as many times a day as we wanted while at the beach. We could change beach towels as often as we wanted. In short we are going back soon.................

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Beautiful Resort!

The resort itself was stunning. Loved the beach and the food in the restaurants. Unfortunately our trip was full of problems starting with no a/c in our room until half way through our trip and despite asking daily for a fan we never received one. 17 power outages, I almost fell down the stairs and twice we ate in the dark. No hot water one day. No water another. A swarm of bugs came crawling under our door and filled our room. We had to ask for 2 days to have a bed made up for our son to sleep  [... read more]in.
