Dreams Rose Hall: Amazing resort!

Food was excellent! Service was excellent. Activities were great. I had fun. I liked the slide in the pool but next time wouldn’t focus on a hotel with a water park only because I have mobility issues. Although it was very fun. U don’t even have to leave the resort because there’s so much to eat, drink and do. Close to airport. It was great there.

Couples Negril: Great resort !

Very nice clean hotel! Exceptional beach and swimming in the ocean!! Very pleasant relaxing holiday even during this difficult times. Staff working hard to keep resort clean and sanitized also to please the guests. Very nice touch from the hotel to arrange the Covid test for return inside the hotel and free of charge. Thank you Coupels Negril ! Very good job!!

Sandals South Coast: Couldn't have went better!

We were at Sandals for our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived and throughout the trip we realized what a strong standard the Sandals resort and staff had set. The beach was calm and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and lastly the food was amazing. Not a single complaint, Sandals is out new go-to resort.

Couples Negril: Wonderful holiday

Felt totally safe while we were there -masks were worn by staff and guests. Hotel was only at 20% capacity but we were very well taken care of and had a most enjoyable time -we definitely will come back after covid -that’s for sure. The only downside was the wait at the airport when we flew in to Jamaica-it took over 2 hours to get through the airport even though the other two aisles on either side of us went through quite quickly- but that was the only downside.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice resort for a for a fair price

Over all it was a good stay at Bahia Principe. This is my 7th time staying here and it has improved every time I stay here. They were very strict on people wearing their masks while in the resort and all the staff are wearing one too. Staff are very friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and the beach is nice. Food is decent but not the best. U can go do almost all the usual excursions while there during the pandemic.

Couples Negril: Amazing Resort

Smaller adults only resort with gorgeous white sand beach. Water so clear too. Would return again. This resort is more geared to adults over 40. It’s a quieter resort. Not a party till 4am resort. Entertainment most nights is quieter live musicians during dinner hours. Then around 9pm a feature singer is on till 10. After that it’s piano bar. No disco (yet). We wore masks whenever near others including staff when ordering food or drinks. The staff are happy to be back to work & ask us constantly if we felt safe or what more they could do to make our stay better. Ride to & from resort on their shuttle bus had lots of spacing between others. As I said earlier I would return again. Not a bad thing to say.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Definitely recommend

food was delicious, staff were friendly and attentive, entertainment was impressive and the beach was fabulous! The only shortcoming was the room being stocked with water on a daily basis. I went with my 2 teenage daughters and they loved it!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Jamaica Royalton Negril Dec 23-30, 2020

Air Canada Rouge didn't have my Aeroplan # so they didn't know I am Elite for Life and a Million Miler so had seats at the back of the bus (after considerable effort finding seats together thru check in). We arrived on schedule yet took an hour to get through airport. We sat for another 45 min on the bus while we waited for smokers to finish their cigarettes! We liked our room when we finally got there and hotel scenery was very nice. Problems really weren't noticeable until we tried to get water in the morning since there was nothing in our room/bar fridge. At 7am, I called room service but no one answered. I made the long trek to the front lobby as a security guard said they have water. Not true, and front desk called room service but still no answer. I was also not impressed that we had to line up to make dinner reservations each day at 9am. Lineup to breakfast buffet was 30 min and then once in the food area, lineups everywhere since no food was out on display (no buffets). It really tested your patience. The service in this hotel was really bad everywhere. But worst of all, the food quality in most restaurants was really poor. I have stayed in many all-inclusive properties (Paridiso was booked in 2019 for our group of 7 in the DR and it far outweighed the food experience with my girlfriend (GF) at the Royalton). I want to believe the quality was poor due to covid19 but why? Service being poor makes more sense since they were understaffed and only 58% occupied according to the customer service manager. I would like to write to The Royalton about our experience to see if they would offer us anything as we want to return- this time to The Grand Lido in Negril on our next vacation (after Covid). We know a number of restaurants were closed and we think it may be a different experience next time. I want to give them another chance as my GF stayed there many years ago and was recently at the Royalton White Sands with her mother and kids last March just prior to the lockdown. She was pleased with the food on that trip so she too was disappointed with the quality of the food and the very slow service in almost everywhere we went at the Royalton Negril. We also didn't sleep past 7am each day as someone outside our room would start talking and laughing everyday once the sun rose up. I think it may have been a security guard a few floors down near the pool. Very annoying when you are on vacation!!! Do you recommend we write to the hotel? Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Good Getaway during Covid

Some Safety Measures The hotel took steps to insure our safety - all staff wore masks (often pulled down below their noses), served the buffet from behind glass, and took temperatures before entering the dining areas and required hand sanitizing. Servie The service and food was a bit disappointing... staff were overly pushy trying to sell us privilege memberships (total scam! ask about 18% interest for payments), and typical services like room service were not available - though after we  [... read more]talked with the Air Canada rep. they were re-instated. Hot water in the shower was very limited. We were told to run the taps in the sink and tub to make the water hot in the shower. This worked sometimes. Food Food in the buffet was unsatisfying... we made sandwiches often. There was a salad bar, make your own pasta, Jamaican fish and chicken, and whatever the theme was. Desserts looked beautiful but were flavourless and gelatinous. The a-la-carte restaurant was enjoyable, located in one building with a different menu each night. The servers were efficient and friendly. We loved the setting beside the ocean! Bookings were very limited. Air Canada offered us another a-la-carte meal (4 instead of 3 which came with the booking), and the resort upgraded our room for since it was our honeymoon and included a bottle of sparkling wine. Pool and Beach Pool was clean and attendants often sanitized the sun lounges which were spread a part. Some games and events did not happen during the week. There was a larger local crowd on the weekend and games and music took place. Beach is small but well maintained. The beach party one evening was a lot of fun with a fire performer and dancing game. Overall The Bahia in Tulum, Mexico is ten times better for the food, experience, beach and pool. Not sure if these changes were related to Covid... services and food were very limited. Booking with Air Canada was a good idea because the representative followed up for us at the resort.

Legends Beach Resort: The Beach

I enjoyed my stay a Legends. Kendrick was the host with the most, sharing fishing tales of his life on the Island. Missing Kess with my morning coffee and Jean's breakfasts while she sings along with the music. Always greeted with a smile in the morning from grounds keeper Collin. Enjoyed my little visits with Jackie. The only thing that really needs to be improved on is, if you are arriving on a Friday night. The boxed meal that was supposed to be a meal was unacceptable. Considering Fri [... read more]day night is Jamaican night you would expect to be given something other than a bit of tuna (i think that is what it was) on a tiny hamburger bun with a sliver of tomato and a couple pieces of some kind of cake. Ended up throwing it out. Was not a very good first impression of the resort. The food the rest of the trip was good although not a lot of choice. Would have liked to have had a bigger variety of fruit and more of it. Plus something other than cake for dessert. The best part of the trip was "the beach". Great vacation though, can't wait to come back.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Great place to holiday

This was our second visit to this resort. Staff is so friendly & efficient. The grounds were in beautiful shape, food is excellent and having your own little cabin is great. It is quite safe to go out of the resort to the surrounding little stores & gift shops. Although the main pool is a bit tiny & noisy we took advantage of the "quiet" adult pool at a different end of the resort.

Couples Tower Isle: Very pleasant staff

We certainly enjoyed our stay at CTI, it was our first adults only and first time at the couple's chain... No regrets. They did a great job on everything that was within their control to make our vacation great! Location makes it not the best for weather and usable Beach area is smaller than it looks in the photos ( and quite seaweedy), but if you're a pool person, who cares?

Ocean Coral Spring: Amazing Resort!

As the resort is brand new, the premises were in pristine condition and the amenities were amazing. The resort was amply staffed and we always had someone to attend to our needs. The staff and maintenance crew were stellar. Would definitely recommend this resort for families.Definitely 5 star.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great vacation

Hotel was nice. the wait at the bars were long, sometimes they didn't have items on the menu from the a la carte restaurant. Sunwing is a horrible flight experience, always out of everything from the menu onboard, passengers that are loud and ignorant.

I had a great time at this hotel mostly due to the people. They are so happy and do there best to make you comfortable and happy. Beautiful hotel and amenities. The only very negative thing I experienced at this hotel is that. As if we are not living in 2020. Anyways all I can say is dont let those Spanish ppl in that deptarment foul u, what they are selling is a joke basically discount flights for 79 000 to 99000 for 25 years to get discounts on flights. So stupid and then when I said no it doesnt work for us. This one guy sent his boss to sell it all over again (Jose) at the end they wanted us to make a decision right away and we caouldnt think about it. I feel bad for the ppl they scammed. Other then this orientation which u dont have to go to which i didnt know at the time wasted 90 mins for nothing of my vacation time on this hilarious ppl. Other then that I recommended this place for sure amazing fun and people. The resort is functioning and beautiful.

Dreams Rose Hall: Another great holiday at this resort!

Great hotel with lovely grounds and amazing facilities. Food in all restaurants top quality but we especially love the golf club restaurant. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Arlene in the golf club restaurant is such an asset to the resort. Thanks! We will be back!

Very well run resort. Very safe and very clean. Many amenities throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food!! Beautiful beach and pool. Cute little shopping area in the village. Awesome evening entertainment. Thank you for a very enjoyable family vacation.

Riu Ocho Rios: Nice resort

Very clean,nice pools.beach was nice. Our room phone not working upon arrival, 3 people up to see about it never fixed.Had to walk to lobby which is a distance away to get towels and face cloths which were not replaced on a couple of locations. Ice machine was near our room stated leaking over floor on Wednesday and was never fixed was a hazard to people walking in hall they were aware of situation towels down absorbing water and an orange cone to warn people. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Special mother & daughter trip

With both my mother who is 76 and myself being hearing impaired, the staff went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. I arrived with a broken luggage due to the airline and many staff members were trying to find me duct tape, they came through and I got a full roll from someone and my belongings got home safe. The resort is beautiful and room and food outstanding!! Certainly would like to return in the future. Thanks for making new memories for my mother and I

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Grand Palladium

What a beautiful resort,it is very large and spacious,great for getting you walking,the pool is very large so nice you’re not surrounded by people.We had so many choices of food and drinks everyday.The staff very friendly and helpful.I loved their coffee bar great choice of coffee and desert,I can’t wait to go back there with my husband this trip was a sisters getaway,all the staff new we were and called us three sisters, so sweet. ❤️
