Couples Tower Isle: Very pleasant staff

We certainly enjoyed our stay at CTI, it was our first adults only and first time at the couple's chain... No regrets. They did a great job on everything that was within their control to make our vacation great! Location makes it not the best for weather and usable Beach area is smaller than it looks in the photos ( and quite seaweedy), but if you're a pool person, who cares?

Ocean Coral Spring: Amazing Resort!

As the resort is brand new, the premises were in pristine condition and the amenities were amazing. The resort was amply staffed and we always had someone to attend to our needs. The staff and maintenance crew were stellar. Would definitely recommend this resort for families.Definitely 5 star.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great vacation

Hotel was nice. the wait at the bars were long, sometimes they didn't have items on the menu from the a la carte restaurant. Sunwing is a horrible flight experience, always out of everything from the menu onboard, passengers that are loud and ignorant.

Ocean Coral Spring: Amazing Jamaican people

I had a great time at this hotel mostly due to the people. They are so happy and do there best to make you comfortable and happy. Beautiful hotel and amenities. The only very negative thing I experienced at this hotel is that. They told me i had this orientation to show me the resort and other rooms etc. The Jamaican staff were very nice and did there jobs great but the bosses of these staff members which have to do with the privilege membership depatment were pushing and some rude how they spok [... read more]e to my mother and I, implying we dont make financial decisions and my husband could. As if we are not living in 2020. Anyways all I can say is dont let those Spanish ppl in that deptarment foul u, what they are selling is a joke basically discount flights for 79 000 to 99000 for 25 years to get discounts on flights. So stupid and then when I said no it doesnt work for us. This one guy sent his boss to sell it all over again (Jose) at the end they wanted us to make a decision right away and we caouldnt think about it. I feel bad for the ppl they scammed. Other then this orientation which u dont have to go to which i didnt know at the time wasted 90 mins for nothing of my vacation time on this hilarious ppl. Other then that I recommended this place for sure amazing fun and people. The resort is functioning and beautiful.

Dreams Rose Hall: Another great holiday at this resort!

Great hotel with lovely grounds and amazing facilities. Food in all restaurants top quality but we especially love the golf club restaurant. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Arlene in the golf club restaurant is such an asset to the resort. Thanks! We will be back!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fantastic!!

Very well run resort. Very safe and very clean. Many amenities throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food!! Beautiful beach and pool. Cute little shopping area in the village. Awesome evening entertainment. Thank you for a very enjoyable family vacation.

Riu Ocho Rios: Nice resort

Very clean,nice pools.beach was nice. Our room phone not working upon arrival, 3 people up to see about it never fixed.Had to walk to lobby which is a distance away to get towels and face cloths which were not replaced on a couple of locations. Ice machine was near our room stated leaking over floor on Wednesday and was never fixed was a hazard to people walking in hall they were aware of situation towels down absorbing water and an orange cone to warn people. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Special mother & daughter trip

With both my mother who is 76 and myself being hearing impaired, the staff went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. I arrived with a broken luggage due to the airline and many staff members were trying to find me duct tape, they came through and I got a full roll from someone and my belongings got home safe. The resort is beautiful and room and food outstanding!! Certainly would like to return in the future. Thanks for making new memories for my mother and I

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Grand Palladium

What a beautiful resort,it is very large and spacious,great for getting you walking,the pool is very large so nice you’re not surrounded by people.We had so many choices of food and drinks everyday.The staff very friendly and helpful.I loved their coffee bar great choice of coffee and desert,I can’t wait to go back there with my husband this trip was a sisters getaway,all the staff new we were and called us three sisters, so sweet. ❤️

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: A great resort but.....

The resort is very clean and well maintained, but....White Sands accommodations are in very poor condition. The rooms are run down and in dire need of work. The decor is the same as 40 years ago!!!! If you go to this resort, spend the extra money and stay at Blue Waters. The rooms are bigger, the staff at the front desk are friendlier and accommodating.

Found the resort VERY Nice but it was a little too big for our liking. Still enjoyed ourselves don't get me wrong..The food was excellent and lots of it,along with the Desserts. The cleaning staff were Great and very nice people. I'd like to express extra Thanks to our cleaning lady can't remember name, but we were in room 25405(I Believe)Mar.2 - 12 Adam & Ilona. The grounds were kept in very nice shape. Thank you for a Great 10 day's. 👍👍👍😎

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Resorts, lots to do!

The resort was great, rooms are large so great for a family of 4 with small kids or older kids. Beach on grand side was amazing. The water was so clear even when you were far out. Tons of activities for kids and adults. The kids loved the splash pad. It was great for small and older kids. The pool has a section that is great for little ones where it is about 1 ft deep. The other part is like a beach walk in so also really good for small kids. The resort did have a lot of stairs so for those with [... read more] strollers, I would recommend a smaller/light stroller. The food was amazing. My only real complaint was that the restaurants only have beer and wine for alcoholic beverages. We learned quick to bring other drinks with us if that’s what we wanted! All in all a great resort. We went with the kids but I think it would be just as good for an adults only trip. There are a ton of shops for souvenirs, I’ve never seen that many shops on a resort! They also have a disco plus a separate karaoke bar!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Ok resort

The resort is very big so be prepared to walk lots. Food was good. Steak restaurant best. No snack bar by pool except the jerk hut. Rooms clean and staff friendly. Infinity bar is awesome and so is coffee shop.

Azul Beach Resort Negril: Incredible Resort 👍

This resort was able to manifest and maintain the laid back, celebratory Jamaican Vibe in every aspect of our day. The grounds,the restaurants, the bars, the pools were amazing!! The food tasty and plentiful But the 2 highlights of this resort were the Beach and the Staff! Never have I felt so welcomed at a resort ! Riu Reggae: Rui Reggae

Buffet restaurant - food was great- every meal multiple choices - every night had different entrees - great salad bar - different choices each meal - multiple choices - so good that we only ate at the specialty restaurants twice - the Italian was really good. we did upgrade our room- & where really happy with new room for minimum amt. beach was not long , but you could walk all 3 properties of the Rui, Grounds very well kept

Riu Negril: Great potential, needs some maintenance and updates

The majority of the resort is good, same with the staff, but I have some mixed reviews. The resort needs to fix a few things, namely ice machines, open electric covers in a couple places and broken tiles. Our room itself was fine, although a little smaller than expected, however the bed was creaky and hard. The front reception staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to assist, with the exception of calling us at 9am the day after we arrived, waking us up to ask if everything was f [... read more]ine and then calling back a minute later to ask when we were departing AND then again immediately after then, only for them to realize they had already called us and to hang up. Restaurants: Green Island (main buffet), lots of selection, mostly good, but a little disorganized. They would have pastas, meats and vegetables in several different places throughout. Luigi (Italian) was good, but the first time we tried to get in, the line was initially fairly small only to realize that 2 pairs of people were actually parties of 12 and 8 and we didn't end up getting. We went back the following night and the food was good. Mandalay (Asian), while a smaller buffet style, had a nice selection of Chinese, Japan and other. Seagull (Steak and lunch buffet), the lunch buffet had a large selection of everything, the steak (evening) was good although don't expect a Keg experience. The Jerk Shack was opened between 12 and 3pm, the jerk chicken was tasty and moist, and the side dishes were good as well. Many people raved about the jerk chicken and ate it daily. Bars: Welcome bar: I only had 2 drinks there one evening, the staff were fine but not the cheeriest bunch. Sports Bar: staff were ok, but could have been a tad friendlier and the food is limited to popcorn, nachos and cheese, and frozen hot dogs and hamburgers. BOB beach bar: staff were MISERABLE and you couldn't get a smile out of them if you were holding a gun. This was mentioned by several people we spoke with. I'm a constant tipper, usually $1 USD or $100 J per drink, but at the end I barely tipped this group due to their bad attitudes. Rastaman Lounge Bar: this had the best bartenders in my opinion. Paul and another lady working (forgot her name) were absolutely great. They made my rum and coke press perfectly, same as my wife's Smirnoff Lime Daiquiri and after the first order knew what I wanted every time after that. The "pit boss" or whatever you want to call him (area supervisor or what have you, guy wearing the black uniform) always seemed grumpy towards the male customer, but was more than anxious to be friendly to the females. The entertainment crew put on some great shows and seemed to be more than happy to get people out of their seats and dancing. Over all, this was a decent resort, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Couples Negril: So Relaxing!

Couples Negril gave us the vacation we were looking for - a warm, sunny holiday where we could kick-back and relax. Food was very good, staff were friendly, water was warm & clean, long walks along the beach were perfect.

Hedonism II: Always a great time! Great food, drinks, entertainment!

They've been putting some money into the resort over the past few years in renovations. We always have such a great time there. Staff are super friendly, great service all the time. This last trip we had an issue with our sink backing up. It was 9pm when we called the front desk, a plumber was in our room within 15 minutes and had it fixed! Nice water activities, we go snorkeling and always take advantage of sailing on the Hobi Cats. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Was not the same as 4 yrs ago

I travelled to this resort 4 yrs ago with my husband and it was terrific. This time I travelled with my 18 yr old son for a break from school. We asked for a room with two beds. We did not get that request and when we asked to change rooms they showed us room that faced another building. When I mean facing another building I mean 5 feet away. It’s great cause your close to the beach but your facing the kiddie area so screaming begins in the morning then and night the disco is just down the street so you get drunks screaming until 2am. So we did not get much sleep. The resort food was good so 4 stars for food. Maid service was not great. Since we did not have two beds my son slept on the couch so I gave him my blanket and a pillow. I asked the maid could she pls bring me a blanket. It was not until two days till she stated she could find one. My experience I would rate 3out of 5. Food was good room was nice

Riu Reggae: Excellent Vacation

Had a great time at the Riu Reggae rooms were a good size and always kept clean, the food was amazing lots of selection and very flavourful, we ate at the a la cartes and quite enjoyed them, the steakhouse was our favourite. If you like slushie drinks there is a few good ones to choose from. The entertainment staff was very friendly and put on some good shows at night. I would recommend this resort to friends.
