Grand Palladium Jamaica: Good Vacation Spot

The destination wedding that we attended was awesome because of the staff, they were great! The hotel seems a bit dated but was clean and had everything that we needed (enough food and drinks). The hotel is going through some much needed renovations and should be great when they are done.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Great times!

Great service throughout the entire trip. Food was great. Drinks were great. Rooms were spectacular and always clean. Great layout for the resort. It was at full capacity approx 8500 -9000 people on the resort and it felt like no one was there because of the way the resort was designed. This was our second time back to the resort and we enjoyed it as much as the first and will probably go back again. Honestly, we had nothing negative to say hence probably go back again.

Grand Palladium Palace: Clean Resort

Overall, the resort and holiday was nice. We had upgraded to a loft suite for the purpose of getting adjoining rooms, and they were unable to accommodate. My son had things stolen from his room (cell phone and $) and the front desk was very indifferent and unaccommodating. Aside from these two issues, the service, food, and resort were all quite nice.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Another Good Trip to Grand Palladium

This was our 3rd visit to Grand Palladium, first time to the Kantenah resort (stayed at White Sands and Colonial previously). I think Kantenah has been our favorite of the 3 so far - a little less travel time to get to the pools and beach. Very large resort, they have a little train that will make various stops at resorts, the spa, sports centre, etc. Food was good at both the buffet (breakfast & lunch) and the a la cartes we got into. Travelled with a large group (9) and we were only able to ma [... read more]ke 2 reservations (need to be done at 8 AM the day before) and the rest we just showed up around 6 PM and they were always able to accommodate us. A little early but not an issue. Entertainment was mediocre at best - a mix of kids & adult shows (for the 9 PM show), then a 2nd show at 10 which was geared more towards the adults - the rock show was great, live band and great dancing. Overall we'd go back.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Good Resort

Good value for price. Rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was good. Kids pool area under construction once complete would be great area for the kids. Beaches were nice. Lots of lounge chairs around pool area

TRS Turquesa: That's 5 days we will never get back

Beautiful grounds, big rooms.....and nothing else The beach is wonderful for those wanting shade, but there is little sun due to the number of Palm trees covering the beach area. The food was inedible. The service....wait, was there service? The resort staff barely looked up from their own inter staff socializing to be bothered to serve you. Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Great and relaxing resort

From the moment you step off the shuttle you enter into paradise. Clear and fast check in. Very large and diversified resort, fun, rest, food and service for all tastes and ages. This was my 2nd time at the Palladium Bavaro Resort and Spa and I'm sure there will be a 3rd stay. Cleanliness and impeccable gardens. Rooms are large, exceptionally well maintained and very clean. I can't comment on the pools, except for one that I witnessed a holding a very festive party of soap suds spraying and the crowd going wild. ('m a beach person) The Cathedral Buffet was renovated since my last visit 2010, wow, food for all tastes and appetites. The Arriceff buffet by the beach is excellent. The A la carte restaurants are all excellent. The Hemingway bar very relaxing after a copious meal ;) and served me excellent Porto! Can't wait to return!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Everything we could ask for!

We stayed at this resort from Nov 28 to Dec 5, 2014 and it was truly fabulous in all aspects. From the rooms to the food and drinks, to the service including all of the small details like restocking the mini fridge daily, and providing fresh towels. They just seemed to have everything well organized. We have been to several all-inclusives in the past in this category and price range and this Palladium trio was the best so far. Grand Palladium Palace: took awhile to appreciate

the hotel was very lovely and clean, however when we first got to our room the tv didn't work and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. It took 3 days and 5 complaints to get them to finally move us to a different room. That being said the room they gave us was wonderful ocean view and everything worked.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Good value

Grounds are lovely and the pool is gorgeous. We knew the beach wasn't very good so we weren't disappointed. If you are looking for good beachfront this is not the place. The rooms need refurbishing. Especially the bathroom. Service was mixed - some was outstanding while some was poor leading to an inconsistent experience. The food was very good - especially the Mexican and Asian restaurants.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Nice Relaxing Resort

The salt water pool are was great! A nice spot to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The food was above expectations, something for everyone. They catered very well to a Gluten / Dairy free diet! Would return

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Trip of a lifetime!

Everything was nothing short of amazing! I'm still bragging. The resort was stunning! The food was great, we ate very well. Staff were very attentive. We were also able to do many excursions and scratch off things from our bucket list. Heather helped with the booking of this vacation and she's such a sweetheart! I'm still flaunting my tan, I can't wait to be back down south! Great trip!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Amazing Resort

The room was good but the bathroom could use some TLC. The beds need replacing but hey, you're only there to sleep. The service was excellent and we found the Mexican a la carte awesome. Jerk Hut was also amazing. Get to the pool early to get your beach towels. The only real negative I could say was that they were out of towels by 11 am usually and you had to hunt around to different locations to get them. The new waterpark looks pretty cool for the kids and should be completed soon.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Resort

Pool was great - very large. Accomodations were nicely maintained. Although the Honeymoon Villas are a long walk to the centre of all of the action. They were very private - but a long walk. Food was excellent. Overall a great vacation spot.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Overpriced and overrated

Thanks for the follow up. Sadly this was probably the worst all inclusive vacation I have ever been on... The hotel and amenities were great but the service was horrendous; it seemed like everyone could care less about quick courteous service (except the maids who were great). The hotel was under major renovations so there were a number of closed a'la carte restaurants and those that were opened did not take reservations but only allowed walks in which had a waiting time of two hours. The genera [... read more]l store in the main lobby was the only place that anyone could buy snacks and they were only interested in gouging the guests at the resort. A bag of potato chips is $8 , bottles of water $4, candy bars $4 and that was at the cheaper of the two stores. Going off the resort into town was out of the question as the cab fair was $50 there and back so it would negate any savings. The beaches were absolutely horrible as the sea bed was either covered with weeds of sharp rocks and very shallow. The pool was great however there was a lack of good sunning areas and most of the deck chairs were old. There was not a lot of guest during our visit however on four occasions we were told they did not have any beach towels... Not sure how that was possible. If you want repeat customers you should warn everyone not to book at this resort. After speaking to some of the drivers they even said that the better area is Ocho Rios for beaches and people... Not sure if that would make me ever want to go back to Jamaica, but I know for sure I will never go to that resorts or any of their affiliates. I honestly don't know why this trip should cost me (or anyone) $1725.

The Grand Palladium was an amazing experience. The resort is very large and there is so much to do. With many beaches and pools, and the great staff, you're sure to have a good time at the Grand Palladium.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Vacation

Good food, wonderful staff...always something to do or see at this resort. The activity staff at the pool and beach will help keep you entertained during the day but they'll leave you alone if that's what you want. Bring your own insulated cup/mug for drinks as the cups are rather small at the bar. We would generally order two drinks at a time each because one was not enough. If you sat at the bar the bartenders will serve you the next drink before you've finished your first so that's not an iss [... read more]ue but if you want to take your drinks away you may find yourself struggling to carry a bunch of drinks. Everyone seemed to have these cups so I'll be bringing them with me next time I go away. The beaches right in front of the main pool have quite a bit of coral in them. We avoided these beaches and went to sunset cove. This was a really nice beach. Not the best we've ever seen but all the amenities at this location made up for it. There is a restaurant right above the beach and the Jerk Hut is here. There's activity staff at this location and the non-motorized water sport equipment is at this location. There's tons of shade at this beach which was wonderful. Normally, it's hard to find a lounger that's in the shade but not at this beach. There was a show every night (some better than others) and a different band every night at the outdoor Infinity bar overlooking the pool. We liked to go to dinner, catch the show and than walk up to the Infinity Bar for drinks and dancing. If you get the munchies the all night snack bar is just below this bar so it's really convenient to grab something to eat and then go back up to the bar or to eat something before you go back to your room. Our room was in building 26 which was beside the main pool and in front of the beach. We had a second level unit so we had beautiful views of both the pool and the beach. The room was really nice and spacious but the bed and pillows were really hard. I think they must be protected in some type of plastic and that's why they're so hard...not the most comfortable bed but we got used to it. The mini fridge does not have a lot in it (two beers, two waters, one coke, one diet coke, one sprite, and one orange drink) but they stocked ours twice a day so we never ran out of drinks. There's a coffee maker in the room too so you can make yourself a coffee in the morning before you leave your room which I liked to do...just sit out on the balcony and people watch as I had my coffee. I would highly recommend this resort but only if you like a more isolated location. There were only the hotel guests and staff at this resort...I saw no locals and the closest town was not one I would go to. Overall, the staff at this resort were probably the best I've every seen. They were so friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always smiling and went out of their way to help you with anything that we needed. I never go to the same resort twice but I would go back to this resort in a heart beat!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Fantastic resort

The beach was great - great selection in the dining room - the property was very clean as well as the rooms. The staff was always helpful and ready to listen if we had any problems. They were attentive to our needs.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Relaxing

The hotel is beautiful, small beach areas, great food and drink, staff other than the front desk staff were great. Room was to be ready at 3pm and front desk staff kept telling us to come back in half an hour. 4:45 by the time we got our room and this was with the Imperial Club upgrade. Just be honest and we could have gotten our bathing suit out of our luggage and gone for a swim. Would we go back ? Yes
