Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort

What a great hotel!! Customer service was top notch, from arrival to departure. Staff were amazing and very attentive, smiling all the time and going out of their way to accommodate you wherever possible. The beach was amazing and the ocean warm to swim in. The food at the a la carte restaurants was delicious, the Italian being our favourite, thank you Pavel for such great service. Thanks to Carlos our butler for the bottle of sparkling wine, to our maids for yet another one accompanied with c [... read more]hocolates and also the extra pods for the coffee machine.!! I am already missing cappuccinos on the balcony in the early morning and would love to know where to purchase the machine in our room. This is one resort we would definitely return to!!

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Ok resort!

What can I say, the resort is just ok. Definitely not a five star, maybe 3.5! Most of the stuff is friendly except for the guys at the reception and food typical for Cuba:not much to choose from, same thing every day! This resort is very outdated with very poor nightly entertainment and the rooms are full of ants!!! Would not go back there again nor recommend it to anyone unless you’re ok with a 3-4 star.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great family vacation!

This was our first trip as a family to an all inclusive. We had a swim out in the splash pad section. There were so many activities for the kids to do andchanged daily. The kids club staff were excellent. There were lots of options of restaurants and the buffet always had lots to choose from as well. Every night there were different entertainment at the outdoor theatre. My husband enjoyed the gym which was amazing and had all the equipment you could dream of. The only negative thing I could say is that if you are looking for a beach resort, this isn’t it. The beach had tons of seaweed. There were always workers out trying to clean it up but unfortunately it’s just nature. We were content at the pools. Rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. Overall loved this resort and would recommend it to families.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Amazing resort!

We just got back on Monday from our stay at the Royalton. We had and excellent trip, very relaxing and stress free. We enjoyed the beach which was absolutely stunning, as always for Varadero. The staff were amazing everyone was so friendly and helpful, but a few stand out. Special thank you to Leonardo our butler, who always went above and beyond. Anita from the entertainment staff was very good at what she does. She is a great people person, and would make a great butler. Yvonne our Gardiner w [... read more]ho looked after the gardens in front of our room, was very nice and friendly and even fixed my fan that I had purchased at the market in town. Next was how beautifully kept all of the grounds were. All of the time we would see people working to make it nice. The food was very good, perhaps the best we have ever had in Cuba. There were a couple of the A la carts that they could have used more air conditioning. What we liked most about the resort, was that there were always different activities going on each day and great entertainment at night too, where they get the audience involved with trivia games. There were also a lot of choices for food. The lady that makes the Cuban sandwiches in her little hut, unbelievable! Barbecued sausages on the beach, ice cream bar, 24 hour snack bar which had great coffee. If we go back to Cuba again, we would go there in a heart beat!

Although the resort was a little dated, but then again it’s cuba, it was very clean. The resort staff were incredible. Always upbeat, happy and a pleasure to talk to. They would go out of their way to make sure your stay was a great one.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Gorgeous resort

My fiancé and I loved it here!!! It was super gorgeous. The staff wasn’t overly friendly. But that’s my only negative comment. Rooms are gorg, food is great. Well worth it. The pools were outstanding.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Royalton

Hotel was fabulous. The grounds were nicely kept. Service was very good. The one area that needs improvement , is food. There were not good fruit or veggies available. There were lots of meat and fish choices, however, not cooked with great taste or flavour. The servers and entettainment staff definitely made my vacation.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Amizing resort

I love this place. Nice people . They are smiling all the time even they are tired. The food was very good and services amuzing. Places are clean. I did love vegetation. The room was very clean. I will return for sure.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Amazing place!

This is one giant resort! Many different choices for pools, entertainment, food options. The staff are wonderful, everyone is dedicated to your well being and they show a willingness to connect, if that's what you want. In terms of the food, the fact that there are so many different a la carte restaurants, means we barely ever went to the buffet for most of our meals. The drinks were really tasty and well made. We stayed in the hideaway, the pool there is a relaxed lounge feel, no kids here, they have night entertainment here and also daily lunch at the pool consisting of grilled BBQ style, also the private hideaway restaurant was a great option to have a relaxed a la carte breakfast overlooking the ocean in the morning sun. We loved this place and would come back in a heartbeat. When thinking over Cancun or the Rivera Maya in particular, your best bet is to not come during the time between July and October. The seaweed is fierce! Making the beach almost unusable. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport, which is great. It is however a lengthy and costly trip to Cancun (sets you back 35 USD on the way there, and a bit less on the way back). The hotel is VERY FAR from the main road (the distance is unwalkable) meaning you are at the mercy of the hotel to contract a taxi for you, hence the inflated price. The hotel is 1hr away from Playa del Carmen, very nice destination as well.

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Third visit to a Royalton Resort and Loved It!

This was a third time to a Royalton resort with the first two visits to the Royalton at Dominican Republic. Everything about this resort met or exceeded our expectations. Resort staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was great with many A La Carte's to choose from. Only downside may be the Beach area which is smaller then what we are used to with lots of seaweed in the water. But we were aware of this prior to booking and did not consider it a major issue because the Pool at Hideawa [... read more]y was great.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Excellent Resort, Great food and service!!!

Loved the layout of the resort, beach area, pools and dining options were plenty. The steak and the teppanyaki were best of the restaurants and the service was great in all. Buffet has plenty of options

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Resort stay

The resort was beautiful clean well kept,great outdoor staff, dining room staff not so friendly food was constantly repetitive food was not refilled had to ask a number of times for certain items, first ever resort in the Caribbean to serve can fruits with syrup gross no tropical fruits chefs were not friendly when we asked for shrimp it was finished half way thru the buffet times A maid broke my daughters glass on her Apple watch we questioned it & no answer so far Some improvements needed  [... read more]hopefully will improve as they're new Beach pool chairs gazebo on the beach excellent !!

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Very good, except for the food

Good things come first, the beach itself is something outrageous so beautiful and the beach area is pretty nice too. The rooms and all the service in general was awesome but the food was terrible almost not edible sometimes, so do not expect to eat that much, but enjoy the beautiful view and nice moments!

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Great resort but

The resort is beautiful; however there were few things I did not like it such as there were mosquitos in the enclosed buffet area. In regards food there is a variety however vegetables were overcooked in all the restaurants as well as buffet. 2 out of 5 shows were too basic but 3 of them were amazing. I had a great time but i will not go back to the same place

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Fantastic

Overall, excellent resort. Staff were very helpful & polite. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Felt very safe. Enjoyed the excursions. Love the daily walk of 7 mile beach. Both room service & different choices of restaurants were great. My travel agent did & awesome job & recommendation for me...amazing.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful and Classy Resort

This resort has everything to make your stay comfortable and feeling spoiled. Beautifully decorated rooms, amazing food, the staff are welcoming and the most friendly I have experienced. Diamond Club was awesome with our butler Averdan, best butler ever! I would recommend this resort to anyone for an all around positive experience. The resort is nice, but not without its faults. The staff try very hard to please and are generally very accommodating. Some attention to detail would go a long way with improving the quality of the stay.

5 stars! This is the third time we have vacationd at this resort and my husband and I can't wait to go back! When we are leaving at the airport we always hear people complain about the food at their resorts.. but not us and not others from our resort. This is the best couples resort anywhere... Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Great Resort!

This resort had beautiful amenities! We met amazing people. It was very clean and even had a vegan food bar option in the buffet restaurant. The gym was wonderful, and the vibe crew was really enthusiastic and fun especially Jeremiah. We had a tour guide from Air Canada named Matthias, he was absolutely phenomenal - we booked the Land and Sea tour with him. They mentioned it would be 30 mins and it was 2 hours of our vacation time.
