Planet Hollywood Resort: Good location, horrible room
Premium location, but rooms are horrible, old furnitures and not even a fridge in the room. Definitely recommend Paris for little extra. This hotel is getting old and need renovation asap..............
Circus Circus: Old school fun
The rooms are clean and quiet....front desk, as busy as they are, treated us well. The biggest con for us is there is no coffee makers in the room...a bit surprising considering the resort fee they charge,
Vdara Hotel: Fantastic Place to Stay!
I can't thank our travel agent Tracy Weldon-Duffin enough for suggesting this hotel. It was a beautiful, quiet and smoke free environment and the rooms were fabulous! We were fortunate and got a complimentary upgrade to the corner executive suite and it was beautiful. We were on the 26th floor with views out two sides - looking at the strip and the Bellagio fountain. One of the great things about it was that we were in the middle of the strip, so conveniently located. We wouldn't hesitate to [... read more]
Circus Circus: Great Hotel/Casino
This hotel is great for families. Midway, circus acts and adventure dome. Adults have many shops and restaurants to choose from. The casino areas have many options. They even have a carousel that spins with slot machines on it.
Wynn Las Vegas: Great Hotel!!
I stayed at the Wynn while on a business trip. My room was very nice and the bed was super cosy! The only negative (aside from view of trump tower) was that I'm allergic to smoke and walking through the casino to get to the guest corridor was at times uncomfortable (but it's tough to get around this issue in vegas and whynns ventilation is better then most.). The staff were helpful and courteous. The Breakfast buffet was excellent (tho a bit late in the morning for those on business as it opens [... read more]
Paris Las Vegas: Paris: Fabulous Food!
Besides the obvious charm of the French themed hotel what is notable is the absolutely devine French inspired food offered from the buffet to the cafe. Room: outstandingly comfortable beds: clean and quiet Be prepared though, it's not a hotel with any nightlife or shows: for that you have to go elsewhere. Also everything you buy is extremely expensive even the coffee to go.
Horseshoe Las Vegas: Amazing Staff!!
Hotel was clean, great service! Indigo Lounge bar was fabulous, amazing staff!!! Brandi, James and Ladil were incredibly hospitable, we visited this lounge daily as a result of the great ambiance provided by these amazing bartenders. Coffee bar & Nosh deli was friendly with delicious breakfast!! Fantastic central location!
Park MGM Las Vegas: Monte Carlo - Great
I found the staff very helpful and friendly and efficient. The Buffet restaurant was amazing - superior service, great food and a wonderful assortment. My room was clean and comfortable. Just one small thing - the clock radio could not be plugged in on the beside table - there was no outlet. I really would have liked to have a small coffee maker in the room. Otherwise it was great. There was no problem using the pool and spa facilities across the street at MGM Grand.....even though [... read more]
MGM Grand: Viva Las Vegas! West Wing Accommodations
The MGM Grand is a massive hotel, with various elevators and access points to the West Wing, some which are a bit tricky to access and others straight forward. The hallways are tremendously long and I would suggest requesting a room closer to the elevators. The view was of the air conditioners on the lower floors, the Airport and a few hotels to the side. Our room was very modern with interesting fade out lighting, comfortable bed and the most amazing pillows. The bathroom area is not [... read more]
Mirage: Excellent hotel
The Mirage was very clean, had all amenities and was central on the strip which made it easy for accessing transits to go to visit attractions. Would be nice if a coffee maker was made available in the hotel rooms. Would be nice to avoid having to get dressed/presentable to make a trip to the café store early morning for a coffee.
Planet Hollywood Resort: Casino is nice, room was OK.
The casino and shopping mall was nice and had lots of options. The room itself was mediocre. Nothing special and a random $35 resort fee per night when you check-out that nobody warns you about. Wouldn't mind checking a different hotel next time.
New York New York: Great Hotel!
New York - New York is a great place to stay. The hotel is a good size, but not too big. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The location of the hotel on the strip is really good. It's very easy to get anywhere. And the selection of restaurants and bars is really great. We especially enjoyed the restaurants that had patios out on the strip.
Mirage: Mirage Resort
The whole experience of staying at the Mirage was a pleasant one. From the room to the buffet and restaurants and the variety of slot machines, all aspects were good. This was my second stay at the hotel and would stay there again. Being central on the strip made touring the strip easy and hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Harrahs: Great location!
Harrah's is located at the centre of the strip making it easy for visitor to move around and enjoy all the neighbouring hotels , casinos, shows , foods , bars and entertainments..........................................................................................................,,,..........................................................
Circus Circus: Not bad not great
Circus Circus is 15 mins from the Strip. Our room was new renovated but still had two holes in the walls. Compared to other hotels Circus Circus is dated and old. But overall the place is good value for money and the staff was nice.
Luxor: even King Tut would've stayed at the Luxor!
Decorated with giant Sphinx and hyroglyphyic decor the Luxor hotel with its pyramid structure sits proudly at the south end of the Las Vegas strip. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip to offer a tranquil oasis which balances out the chaos of the strip. The casino is spacious and well laid out in the centre of the hotel pyramid. Hotel rooms cascade from the pointed roof down the pyramid walls and the elevator to the rooms works in a unique incline fashion making it a uni [... read more]
Circus Circus: Family friendly resort
It's old but it's good for the kids. It is close to adventuredome which my kids enjoyed so much. Staff are very friendly. It has a lot of restaurants inside. It is very well lit. It is almost at the end of the Strip so it is not accessible to other attractions.
Circus Circus: Good value for the money
This is very much a family-oriented, economical hotel that has what you need to be comfortable, without any of the extras. Our family enjoyed 3 nights here, experiencing the Adventuredome and the pool which are right there on site. Being at the far end of the Strip, it's a bit of a hike to get to the more exciting areas, so we opted to get bus passes to help with the tired feet. The buffet restaurant on site is ridiculously priced, unless you plan to hang out most of the day and eat until you ex [... read more]
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas: Great Hotel!
This was a great hotel for a good price. Good food, great music, and not to far from strip. Pool was awesome with the sand and the beds were amazing! The only complaint is they could've played more rock then pop at pool...being the Hard Rock. Otherwise I would definitely go back.
Flamingo Las Vegas: location is great
Stayed at Flamingo Las Vegas which is right in the middle of the Strip hotels. Check-in took an hour. Never told what the resort fee included. Felt like here's your key, goodbye. Room was on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of the habitat below. However room needed some updating. Very tired looking. Lampshade had holes in it. Bathroom was average. Housekeeper did good job and was friendly. Room doors closed noisily which isn't good. very early in the morning. Casino very noisy com [... read more]
