Barcelo Maya Palace: WOW!

Went for a destination wedding, which was well managed by the wedding coordinator. Rooms were great and clean, didn’t have a bad dining experience and so many restaurant options. The entire facility was well maintained. Would definitely go back!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Had a Great Time as Usual

We have visited this resort over 15 times. Still great value. Management has been listening to requests. Most notably, drink glasses are much larger. Talked to management, and soon wifi will be available throughout the resort instead of just designated areas. The buffets have a bit too much Mexican cuisine, yet understandable as there are many Mexican guests at the resort. Booking a-la-cart restaurants is still an issue. The staff did an amazing job to keep the grounds neat and tidy, they went out of their way to please the people. The rooms get cleaned everyday and clean towels put in the bathroom. The beach🏖🏄‍♂️🏊‍♂️ was fantasic. The food is fabulous🍍🍌🍆🍦🥂🍹

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Amazing resort

The resort was great. Very attentive staff. Good assortment of food. A la cart restaurants excellent. Especially loved Krystal and Chilli. Animation team very entertaining. Will return. Close to shoping at Playa Del Carmen.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Grand Oasis Cancun

Pros: Very friendly staff throughout the resort, for every restaurant we visited, food was excellent and had a good variety to choose from. The grounds, pools and beach were always kept very clean. Had good entertainment at night. Cons: Bathroom needs major overhaul, very disappointed with bath towels and washcloths as they left a lot to be desired as far as being clean. Hotel is not handicap friendly.

Riu Yucatan: Amazing

We just returned from a 7 day stay in November, this trip was amazing. I've been on many all inclusives and this hotel takes the cake. The hotel is very modern, fresh, great for getting around. we were in block 5 on the third floor and loved out location. Rooms: shower pressure was great, room was large, requested and king and got it. Bar was stocked every other day which was perfect, had the bottles in room as well. Shower door was [... read more] glass, which was ok with us but if you're travelling with someone you would want privacy then request an extra towel to drape over the door. beach: the sand is lovely, plenty of chairs, you are only allowed to pull your chair to a certain part of the beach so it leaves a lot of room for walking, games and just an overall better view. the ocean was wavy all week, some days more. A lot of people brought floaties down to the ocean (from home). Bar is close by for the beach, just up some stairs. pool: there is a main pool area which has music and entertainment every day, these two pools (side by side) have loungers in them. There is a small swim up bar beside the main pools which have built in tables and seats at the bar and at the edge of the pool. there is also a quiet pool up by the lobby which we didn't go to but it looked lovely. restaurants: we tried the steak house and loved it, the Japanese and loved it and the buffet. you need reservations for the Mexican so we didn't make it there. there is also an Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner but we didn't make it there either. the other two (steak & Japanese) you show up and are seated when there is a table available. we never had to wait but I did hear of people waiting - in that case go to the bar (we saw them giving out buzzers so you know when your table is ready) the buffet had such a great selection. breakfast and dinner is in the main lobby. lunch is at margarita (beside the pools - this is also where the Mexican and Steak House restaurants are). food was amazing, amazing! I loved it all! bars: there is a lobby bar which seemed to be open early, there are two bars by the pools - one of which is open until midnight. there is a swim up bar and then a bar that faces the beach. the quiet pool by the lobby looked like it had a bar too. all excellent great service. special mention to Alfredo, he rocks!!!! we walked up the beach to the left (if you're looking at the ocean) it took about an hour and there were Mexican stores, but also Old Navy, Zara - a few others. there are hundreds of Mexican stores for souvenirs. you can also get there by walking through playcar. The hotel is an hour drive from the airport. We did the tulum/xel-ha excursion which was great, we booked through our Sunwing rep at the airport. there is a kids area ... didn't fully check it out but looked good. there are howler monkeys on the resort and I loved watching them... if you leave the lobby go to the right and they are in a little hidden area. the balcony had a built in towel rack which was nice to dry our suits on - makes the hotel look nicer too to not see everyones towels or suits hanging over the balcony. if you're wondering if you should book yucatan DO IT! we will be going back next year 100%!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing Resort

I have to say this resort is amazing! The food was wonderful, the accommodations spotless, and all of the staff were very friendly and genuine. Being away from the beach was not a disadvantage. The trains were almost always waiting and it was fun to see other areas. The food was absolutely delicious. We only had time to try 6 restaurants, but they were all great. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellent Experience

This resort was beautiful, with exceptional customer service. No matter where we were on this resort or its sister resorts we felt warm and welcomed. We stayed in the penthouse and it was everything we needed with a large room, mini bar, coffee machine, full windows that open to the outside and a veranda overlooking the jungle. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort

The best thing about this resort is the staff. We loved all of the attention. The pools were large and clean, entertainment was exceptional and food diversified and delicious. We had a wonderful vacation

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Amazing and Beautiful Resort!

When we first got there we walked into the lobby and was amazing by the beautiful tall ceilings and the decorations/flowers. We were then greeted with very refreshing and delicious drinks. We were a bit early (arrived around 1 pm) and checking in is at 3 but we got our rooms anyway. After we got our room keys there was also options to book for dinner as well. The end of the pool was the best as it dropped off making it look like we were at the beach. Staff is very friendly and kind. Always making sure everything was good and that you were good on drinks. Best restaurant would be the steak house as it was the best steak we had ever had. The rib eye was to die for. It was so tender and juicy even when I ordered it Medium. The room service food was not good but the buffet has many options and was good. Hotel area was always clean and there were workers always present anf making sure everything was up to standard. There were shows everynight by Star Friends. They were amazing and very entertaining. They were also around during the day doing activites as well. David from Star Friends was very helpful and very friendly. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great place. Great food. Environmentally responsible.

We stayed October 31, 2017 for 7 days. Overall great resort. The good: The food was excellent especially at the à la carts. No complaints whatsoever. Buffets were good but typical buffet style. The restaurants had allergies listed for the majority of the food which is great for people with sensitivities or allergies. My fiancé is Celiac (gluten allergy) and never had any problem finding food to eat and they even offered to specially prepare stuff for her. The resort is very environmentally conscious, for example they use reusable plastic cups instead of throwaway plastic cups which always end up littering the beach and pool area’s. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas which for guests with the kids is especially great. Water park is great for kids and teens and there is tons of wildlife on the resort. The bad: The resort is very big and spread out. Be prepared to walk. Was under Construction while we were there so some areas were closed but that was supposed to be finished fairly quickly. The beach was very rocky at the resort there were definitely nicer beaches further down towards Playa Del Carmen

It’s a good resort beautiful place and people love the shows 24/r sports bar and it’s always clean rooms are very clean and modern. Restaurants and food it’s always fresh and lots of choices meat and fish.... and salads

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Amazing!!!

I would recommend this resort. The food was incredible, the staff especially Fatima were so friendly and helpful. The games at the adult pools were so much much. The guy who does the crazy games was so funny. The rooms were clean and modern.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: awesome resort and great pools

Best all inclusive we have been in. We cruise a lot, but the value received for the money was well worth it. Restaurants a la carte where great, Super service and great selection. Our room was great, but the housekeeping needs some attention. A few times we only had 1 towel, no shampoo, dirty bathroom floor.

Secrets Huatulco: Fabulous Time at an Amazing Resort

Just returned from a week at Secrets Huatulco. This resort does not disappoint . Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff was attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us, especially Lili , our housekeeper. Salvador and the 3 “Bertos” at the pool and Leonor, my masseuse at the Spa. Weather was perfect, actually a little too hot for me. Oh Cancun The Urban Oasis: Ok for the price

Elevator did not work. No reservation on file at arrival. A/c rep was no show for meeting No hot water in hot tubs This is not an adults only hotel Room was good ..got free dinner for no elevator. Not all towels replaced every day Unfriendly front desk person Breakfast was ok...had to chase waiter for coffee

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Beautiful resort in a lovely setting.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Everything was organized timeously. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything we requested was handled promptly. The pool area was lovely. The rooms were cleaned properly. There was food for all types of taste buds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Riu Santa Fe: Good holiday

We loved the grounds and the pools. The beach looked great and was good to go for walks on but the under tow was too strong to swim. Our room was large and comfortable. Our main complaint was the hallway in our building had a terrible smell. Service was good.

Riu Palace Pacifico: Great hotel

Very good food, great staff with one exception, well looked after facilities, close to Bucerias, no tennis, generous drinks, weak entertainment, dated but clean rooms. Ancient windsurfing equipment, good catamarans, no paddle boarding

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Very nice resort

The Azul Five Resort in Riviera Maya was very clean and very nice. The food was great and the staff were very friendly but yet professional. Had a great time. We went to Coba for a day excursion and had a great time. The girl that helped us book our trip was very knowledgeable and sincere.
