Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Not the greatest for service

Food was good, room was good, but service was awful. Beaches were wonderful especially Coral beach, lots of great snorkeling. if you upgrade make sure you get and understand what is supposed to come with your package. Also apparently you have to fight to get towels...

Grand Palladium Colonial: Great Resort

We travelled with our daughter, son in law & 2 grandchildren(ages 3yrs & 6 months). The grounds of this resort are stunning and extremely clean. The majority of the rooms have been renovated,and were sparkling clean as well. Although we never made it to the a la carts , they were always full, so the food must have been good. The staff are very attentive and friendly. This is a great vacation hotel for families with kids as there is so much for them to do. We thought our grandson (3years old) would like the kiddie play area & pool the best (which he did) but he loved the beach even more. I would highly recommend this hotel ,but would WE go back? Not on our own as I feel it was more for families....as it was a very busy hotel even in the off season (we travelled Nov 19-26/2014) The staff are also accommodating , as our kids changed buildings after asking, as they were still doing renovations in the building we were in (Bldg 20), and the noise was a little loud when she took the kids for an afternoon nap. Any building is great and there is covered walking area in case it rains which leads to all of the buildings. Only negative is the hour and a half bus ride. Book it and enjoy! :)

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great time!

Beautiful setting! Was a guest at a wedding at this resort. We all had a wonderful time! Meals were above average selection, but not excellent. Lots of construction on site. The villa was located at the far end of the resort which made for a lot of walking however but a sporadic shuttle service was also available. Public wi-fi was available in the lobby but signal was always very weak and unreliable. Rooms were spacious and fun

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Pretty good resort overall. Not amazing & not bad!

This resort is massive, you have to take a trolly everywhere there are 8 different restaurants to eat at - you will figure out which ones are worth your time and which ones you should have gone to the buffet instead! aha my favorite: Japanese/ Mediterranean / steak house not my favorite: Ribs&More (food was nasty- service sucked) Brazilian (service was fantastic food was OK - greasy) I loved the salad bars at the restaurants though! Rooms were nice - not 5 star but i would say 3.5 - 4 service [... read more] overall good - not going to complain WIFI - this is where my issues are. Wifi went on and off (free version) the preminum for 60$ would not even connect! so we paid for that to find out we are better off for the free. very frustrating. Good resort to hang at - so much to do. for 8 nights we just hung out, lounged and enjoyed our self! we didnt feel the need this time to do excursions, there was so much to do at the resort. Loved the free drinks/salad bar Gym is actually half decent. (thats quite something haha) Something to consider - it take 65 mins from air port to this resort!! consider that because after flying for 6 hours/ dealing with customs/ figuring out transport .. do you want to travel for another 1hr??? - i didn't consider this when booking... when i was there dealing with this i was exhausted. food for thought ;) Overall good stay - for the $$$ it was a good pick.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Very nice resort

The rooms were very spacious and wonderfully air conditioned! The resort was lovely and the option of using the chauffeured golf carts to other parts of the resort and other restaurants was fun. There were many dinner options, but the lunch was limited to the beach-front cafeteria. We sampled the Mexican, Italian, Spanish and Steak Restaurants when we were there. The Spanish restaurant was particularly good. The beach was lovely and the water clear. There was quite a tide so snorkeling was not  [... read more]an option. There were a few pools, one central one which was very busy and loud. We found a quieter one which was virtually empty and had it almost to ourselves. Do not drink the water! Many of the folks we met had experienced tummy troubles, so take appropriate medication, just in case. The excursions are very expensive, so shop around.

TRS Turquesa: Disappointed

The resort itself is beautiful. Customer service is not their strong suit. There are some great employees but when you have a problem and need help don't expect it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Go to the Hard Rock or Paradisus instead. Didn't get the room we booked and paid for. Compensation was a joke. The manager was NEVER around to meet with.

From the moment I stepped foot onto the resort I was greeted by the most polite and hospitable staff. The grounds were meticulously manicured, the pools were crystal clean, and the beaches were flawless. I truly feel as though I made lasting friendships with the staff of Grand Palladiums Lady Hamilton Resort.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Stunning wedding

The hotel was under some construction but that area kept clear and clean. The resort was quite slow so they did opened up all the A la carte restaurants to no longer need a reservation. It was 2 grand hotel/resorts in one. A ton to do and to see. Would highly recommend this resort.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Perfect

We had a wonderful vacation. The staff were all very kind, the room and it's view were so beautiful. Everything was very clean and the food was terrific! Please don't listen to the negative reviews on here, we read a lot before we went and have decided that some people you just can't please. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been and I would return in a heartbeat :)

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Fantastic Time at the Palladium!

We stayed at the Riviera Oct 27 - Nov 3 as a group of 12/family reunion and I have to say it's one of the nicest resorts we've been to. Service was great, the grounds were very clean, tons of food choices. Favourite a la carts were the steakhouse (El Dorado) and the Italian (Portofino). Would definitely return here again. The only downside was the inconsistent transportation around the resort. My elderly parents spent a considerable time waiting for the little carts to come around (they're suppo [... read more]sed to show up about every 15 min but sometimes they waited over a half hour). Other than that, this resort is top notch.

Example: What did you think about  We were greeted at the airport which makes us feel being taken care of. This feeling last till we finish the trip. Hotel staff are very friendly. My daughter loves the staff at kids club and buffet restaurant.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: You never get bored!

This hotel is huge, there is so much to do that you never get bored. Great resort for walkers, and if you don't walk that is ok too as there is always a train waiting to pick you up and bring you practically anywhere on the site. So much wildlife and sea creatures to see. Food is great, especially the fresh salad bar. I would return except for the fact that I like to explore different sites.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Wonderful experience!

The resort was truly impressive, just perfect for a destination wedding. Immaculate grounds, great beaches, picturesque pools, good food and drink, great night clubs and entertainment, good shopping, and great service from the ultra polite staff. The experience was perfect! Ya man.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever visited it's beautiful it's clean the food is delicious the staff is good I am really impressed would come again anytime The pool with the swim up bar impressive

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Very Nice Resort

The resort was sprawling. The staff were excellent: very friendly and helpful. The food was great and dining at the numerous A La Carte Restaurants was always a good experience. We enjoyed the pools and wish the entire beach area could have been as nice as the area in front of the Colonial resort. The rooms were a tad tired and could use a little refurbishing- I personally found the bed uncomfortable/too hard. Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Great Vacation With Friends

This resort is very big, so bring your walking shoes. They do provide some golf carts, trains and transportation throughout the resort which is great. The staff was amazing, went above and beyond to make our vacation fun. The a la carte restaurant were great, service was great,food was five star, no reservations needed. We ate at a different restaurant every night. Good show, nice music in the lobby at night. Our only complaint was the beach, not as nice as some that we have been to. A lot of se [... read more]a weed and they weren't cleaning it up so it smelled really bad and you can only swim in one area. The rooms need to be up dated but the are large and kept clean by the staff.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Want to go back!

This was our second time at the Kantenah, and it was even better than the first. We loved the beach, the snorkeling opportunities, the food! We enjoyed walking along the boardwalks and the stone path to the salt water pool. People were friendly. Beach volleyball was great! Can't wait to go back!

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: palladium white sand resort

I would not recommend this hotel. It smelled like mold. Our flight out of toronto was delayed so we got to the hotel at 4 in the afternoon no were to eat everything opend at 6 for dinner. Front desk no open spoke english so they were no help if you had any questions.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: This is an amazing & HUGE resort.Simply beautiful.

Very clean resort, loved the washrooms all around the resort always clean. You can see and do things all day long. More than enough swimming pools and bars to enjoy! Food in any place you ate, be it at the buffet or at the restaurants a la carte, just to die for. Delicious!!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Great vacation great people!

Travelled there with my best friend, we are 30-something's. Hotel was great! A couple minor issues but easily forgettable if you're laid back and just there for a vacation and not to nit-pick. All staff were great and each person spoke at least 3 languages (almost all spoke English) so very easy to communicate. Food was great! Been to Mexico, Cuba, and Jamaica, and this was my favourite, you can't go wrong when they serve pizza to everyone on the resort around 4pm everyday!! Amazing!!
