Grand Sunset Princess: Unforgettable vacay

The resort is really great. The rooms are very comfortable. Our only problem was that the swim out suite couldnt be locked from outside which makes it difficult to actually use as it should be. The restaurants are very good, both a la carte amd buffets. There were several parts under renovations but it didnt cause big problems for us. service and personnel very nice.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Beautiful Resort!

This resort was spotless, well-maintained, friendly. The workers here were phenomenal; always assisting, greeting, cleaning, etc. The food was delicious and plentiful. The drinks were also delicious and so many to try! The beach on the Infinity side is still being built but it did not disappoint; there was always a place to lay and despite needing water shoes the water was lovely and refreshing. Grand Sunset Princess: Very nice Resort

Travelled mid-october. weather was awesome (high twenties), weather forecast showed thunderstorm everyday but it was not accurate at all. only rained at nights a little bit but it would stop fast. Resort is huge, at least 20 minute walk from lobby to beach. good for kids, they have a family club area where you can drop your kids from age 3. Not much shades on pools if you travelling with infants. even the kids pool is uncovered and no shade in the pool. Rooms are nice and modern. they charge you [... read more] a small fee when checkin in, around 1 dollar per night. which tooks us by surprise, apparently is a new fee the locals are charging for maintenance of the beach, etc. Buffets were good, ala carte too but they dont all open everyday, we couldnt get the mexican because they fill out fast. Dont go to La fondue, bad service and food. the grill, International and Miso are very good. There are some royal club reps always trying to reclute people around to get you in to listen to their 90 minute talk to get you enrolled in their service. very very annoying, we got approached at least 5 times everytime we walked to the Buffet. At some point, i wanted to take another path to the buffet because they will always cut in saying hi and having small talks just to then offer you to join them and sign up with them for a talk. and they put pressure. also., they change staff every day so everyday you will get approached. Beach was ok, smelled really bad the days we were in there, and always with red flag. Some mosquitos at night for sure, very annoying if u get bit. Plenty of pools, entertainment could be improved. very close to playa del carmen. Other resorts have more things to do and ammenities i believe. overall i would give this a 4 star. good time

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Bahia Principle Akumal

Everything was so good! The staff are amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Room service was quick! All meals were to die for and the decorations were a beautiful added touch. The pool areas were so clean and the staff at the pools were fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and always cleaned. The grounds were amazing, everything so neat and tidy. " Awesome facility"!

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: completely satisfied!

Overall beautiful resort, great beach, rooms were awesome, staff and restaurants first class. Very well maintained and spotless. Really nothing negative to say. Would definitely stay here again. well located close to airport and attractions. Staff were very friendly and attentive to everything. Great entertainment in the evenings as well.

El Cid Resort Castilla: Great holiday to Mazatlan

Great resort, great value and well worth the money. A week in Mazatlan for a family birthday. Absolute pleasure Overall a good time was had by all, great family resort and well worth it, good location and great weather as usual. Met some great folks and the staff made the stay very pleasurable Highly recommended and would promote.

Riu Tequila: Very nice resort

Great beach area with a few snorkeling spots 20 minutes beach walk. Great food but small pool, rooms clean and spacious. Resort is located very close to 5th avenue shopping area in Playa del Carmen. There is a shopping mall right beside the resort, please do not go there. Is the biggest scam I ever seen, they literally charge you 30 to 50 times the value of the goods. Instead go visit Centro Maya in Playa del Carmen. I need to go there to buy basic stuff as Sunwing Airline mishandle one of  [... read more]my suitcase, which came after three days at the resort. Do not even consider Sunwing Airlines, they provide horrible service.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Stunning Resort

We have been to this resort twice now. It is absolutely our favorite. The staff are genuinely happy to help and the resort is immaculately clean. We travelled with our two toddlers, parents my sister and my husband. The food was delicious and plenty of choices. The restaurants were amazing. The entertainment was top notch compared to other resorts we have been to. I honestly can not say anything negative as we truly had a wonderful time.

Sandos Cancun: Awesome resort!!!

The resort was great, awesome location, the rooms and all of the facilities were very clean, great views from all of the rooms. The food was really good, and plentiful, overall nothing to complain about except the internet connection which simply was crap outside of the hotel, but it is called vacation for a reason so perhaps crappy internet connection is not so bad.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great Resort

This was our second visit to Blue Bay and we were happy with our stay there. The staff are great, the food is great and although we didn't’ have as much choice in the food this time, we still had plenty to eat. We think this may have been due to the pool snack bar being closed for repair. This is a nice clean resort if you’re not fussy on going in the ocean. There is also a quieter adult pool a little farther back which we enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will likely go back.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Amazing resort

This place was absolutely beautiful and amazing one of the best trips we ever did cant wait to return The food was amazing the room was to die for ...so enjoyed this place so so much not enough words to say how beautiful it was

Riu Vallarta: Great week at Riu Vallarta!

The grounds were in great shape. The food was very good! It was better than our last two stays. The entertainment staff did an awesome job! The resort was good and so was our room. I do wish that because this was our third stay there that we would not have had to use our Riu points to change rooms so that my sister and brother-in-law could be in the room beside us. I could also not negotiate with the front desk to keep our room for an additional 3 hours on the day we were leaving without paying  [... read more]$60.00 C$. We had an enjoyable 8 days. Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Great Hotel

We have traveled to over 8 all inclusive resorts within half an hour of Cancun airport and this for many reasons appears to be our favourite. New, modern and clean hotel. We had a swim up suite as always and it had the best view of all hotels, and a huge reason we will return. Fantastic bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom. We went in October and always found spots around the pool or beach, which was so clear and blue. The food was good but nothing wowed us, however it was good enough to not be a deterrent to go back. Also, no nachos on room service menu! However, taco carts that came around the pool made up for that. Drink service at the pool was the best yet. Very attentive. The airport shuttle took 30 minutes so perfect for us.

Ocean Maya Royale: Good vacation!

This was the first time we had been to mexico and had a pretty good time. Food was great, staff were very friendly. We would highly recommend the Italian and japanese steak house for dinner! Rooms were fairly clean other than the floors being a bit dirty but to be expected when you are at the beach. The shows were great but nightlife is a bit lacking at this resort. We had no issues during our stay!

Platinum Yucatan Princess: A Great Holliday

We thought this was the best resort we have been to . The rooms were very clean and well decorated . The food was first class. The service was fantastic . They did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay . We were alliwed to check in right away . They sent us champagne the first night . We loved the beach . We loved the restaurants . We also had a special dinner in their Skylights restaurant . It cost us extra that night but it was our choice . Great holliday .

Our room at the Esmeralda was a great room and we were perfectly satisfied with the location. It is a great spot for families. We can only say positive things about this resort. We will definitly go here again and we highly recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: not bad

Resort was nice! Rooms were nice! Only problem was check in. It was unorganized and took way too long. Also had to pay for wifi because the one in the lobby don't work. Food was good at the a la cartes. The staff are very friendly. Overall I would recommend the grand bahia principe coba. I've stayed at a lot of places and none was as good as this. And If you are bringing children this is a perfect resort it's clean and they were very friendly to my children.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Love this resort!

Great dining options, food was always delicious and fresh with lots of healthy options and offered Mexican cuisine at all buffets. The rooms are wonderful! Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony. Awesome views of the ocean. Well maintained grounds, beautiful beach. Good drinks, clean pool. Would love to return someday!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Good not Great Resort

The room was nice, the pool was good and the drinks even better. But the overall service was not the best except for the cleaning lady for the room and some of the restaurant servers. I also had a bad experience with one of the internal transports as I was almost thrown off. The driver started pulling off before I got seated. Also my family felt that we were treated poorly in some areas because of the colour of our skin.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Food!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this resort. The staff were very friendly. We went to an a la cart restaurant and Jose from mashua welcomed us back another night for food tasting!! What an amazing experience! Great food and great people.
