Ocean Coral Spring: Relaxing!!

Hotel was very clean and beautiful designed. Has a modern feel to it. People are not very social though with the exception of Latoya "sunshine" at the pool bar. Drinks were,very well served and tasty although cold beer ran out quickly. The hotel caters more to tourist with there American foods and lack of authentic Jamaican food at the buffet. A la carte restaurant were the worst things to eat with there lack of choices and taste. Stick to the buffet or the small hut that servers great jerk  [... read more]dishes with rice and coco bread. The hotel should have more chairs for the pool and beach because when the hotel is half full you won't find anywhere to sit. Pool is only 3ft throughout which i gues is good depending who you ask and the beach is full of coral and sea weed so there very small area to actually enjoy in the water. Other than that it was a great stay and better them most hotels I've stayed at in DR or CUBA. A must try!!!!

Riu Negril: Amazing vacation

We have been to this resort many times. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. The resort has been fully renovated and the rooms and public areas are lovely. The staff are wonderful, with a special shoutout to Claudia and Kevin at the Sportsbar, they are friendly and so welcoming. The beach is lovely and I like that it spans the full length of the resort, unfortunately water is very weedy, but nature is what it is. It’s kinda out dated and the food is not hot otherwise it would be excellent . To be at the Riu palace now you must be come a elite member and that I should have been told before I booked online instead of finding out when I arrived there

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: A Great Resort

From the moment you walk into the reception area you know this place is going to be a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious, the food at the restaurants and buffet were wonderful with the buffet having a very large selection. Riu Ocho Rios: Everything was great!

This resort is HUGE!!! Can be good or bad I guess, but rest assured that they are a well oiled machine!!! They never ran out of anything, everything was clean, food was plentiful and the staff were so friendly!!!! Would definitely recommend!!! Riu never disappoints!

Riu Ocho Rios: Fourth time at Riu Ocho Rios

Never a disappointment! We love the hotel, entertainment and staff! I prefer the à la cartes to the buffet, only because I’m a picky eater. Might go back for a 5th visit in 2027! We tried Riu tropical palace in Negril but it doesn’t even compare.

Ocean Eden Bay: Great resort

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The room is stunning. Bathroom with the double shower was great. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Rooms cleaned thoroughly everyday. The staff jn the privilege pool area do not let you know perks you have access to. We saw someone ordering from a menu to have food delivered to pool. We were not aware of that option till we saw that the day we were leaving. The beach is really beautiful we wore shoes as it’s rocky till you get out farther. The only drawback is the lack of shade from the sun . You have to get up very early to get a seat with shade from sun . We would go back to this resort for sure.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, buffet had variety. It was a good resort for a quick getaway. Close to the airport. Entertainment was weak compared to other resorts I’ve visited comparing to Mexico.

Couples Sans Souci: We love Couples Sand Souci!

Fantastic, small, private resort. Perfect for quiet time together. You can be social if you wish, but the staff and other guests really respect your mood either way. The staff is lovely, food is great and we really love the beach and the amenities.

Everything was wonderful the beach is very nice and spacious, entertaining is amazing surprisingly the buffet was good and the choice of drink menu very good overall highly recommended i would definitely go there again

We had an amazing time at the Riu Ocho Rios. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the food delicious ? The only complaint we had was it was very difficult to get reservations for the al a carte restaurants. Will definitely come back!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Disappointing!

I was fortunate to have stayed at this resort 15 years ago when it first opened and was excited to return... The service and food was lacking. It's a line up to get into any of the buffets and an even longer line for a fried egg. Not all of the a la carte/buffets are open daily so it's a guessing game as to which one you'll end up at. The resort app is glitchy but the best way to book a la cartes, note that they book for 3 days in advance right when the window opens or you will miss out. Very  [... read more]difficult to reach any service agents to address a host of issues from lack of toilet paper to being locked out 3 times. We were promised certain amenities upon arrival and they were not recieved. We have had equal and/or better at lessor rated resorts in Montego Bay.

Riu Negril: Awesome hotel

Everything was fresh and new and wonderful and clean. The food was great. The beach was always clean. Only draw back would be the actually location on the bay which makes the water murky sometimes and areas of seagrass, more so than other nearby resorts. But the snorkelling is great there. Highly recommend it. Our tripcentral experience with Luis was great also.

This was the first all inclusive my wife and I have done. We really enjoyed the Rio Ocho Rios food was great resort was great would definitely go back. staff were fantastic and very personable was easy to get figured out where we needed to be.

Ocean Eden Bay: Amazing Resort

The Ocean Eden Bay half of the resort is adult only and you have access to the family friendly side too. We have stayed at resorts where the pictures were great but the reality did not match. This is NOT the case here, the resort is just as beautiful as the pictures or even better! Just as important is the food. The buffet restaurant is quite good, my wife had a fresh amulet made for her every morning. I generally had the jerk sausage, some eggs and granola with yogurt and fruit. There [... read more] was so much we did not try. My wife did take her own tea bags, she likes plain old King Cole tea and everyone seems to provide specialty teas and that is not her thing. Not a big deal at all, but if you like a specific type of tea, pack a few bags. Lunch was similar in that we generally went to the buffet. There is a burger hut by the water park. The burger was good, but I loved there crispy fries. Now on to dinner. There is several restaurants that also available. We ate the Bluemoon Restaurant, Sakura (Oriental) and the Steak House. All were fantastic. Unfortunately the hurricane move/removed a lot of the sand at the beach. We did not swim, it was too rocky, but I did do some snorkeling. The beach is somewhat small, it is limited to the width of the resort as the resort. We did not have any issues getting chairs at the pool, we are early risers so maybe we just got there early enough. We did not make a special effort to get them, we always had breakfast first and then just made our way to the pool. Most of the time we even had loungers that were under the cabanas at the edge to be in the shade. I am not a beer drinker, but the beer choices did seem to be rather limited. Cocktails of all sorts were much more prevalent. I did have to ask to have more soda than rum. They do pour liberally! There is lots of noise on the internet about not using the safe and thefts. We did not have any of that. We did purchase a small personal travel/beach safe for our cash and passports and put that in the safe. We never felt unsafe ever. There is an Air Canada and WestJet desk next to the main lobby. It was easy to get answers, like when to be in the lobby on departure day. As well we used the AC agent to book us some excursions. Paid in CDN and gave us some comfort that the drivers and events were safe and insured. All and all, the best all inclusive resort that I have ever stayed at. My wife has even talked about going back.

Riu Negril: Amazing resort !

The staff and the food was amazing ! The resort is clean and everything is close by ! The service is the Best that I have seen ! Definately a 5 stars ! Walk left and the beach is amazing just pass the beach market , also has a nice beach bar outside the resort ! We took a private transportation for airport and activities where he was taking us to local food and things we wanted to see . I recommand Lees Éminent island tours for the best trip of your Life ! Ya mon

Riu Ocho Rios: Better for families

We were a group of women in their 50s on a girls trip; we found the resort had too many children (not a real complaint as it is a family resort. The only restaurant that we liked was the Italian as we found the others lacking in quality and flavour.
