Riu Palace Antillas: Beautiful Aruba Amazing Resort
Thank you O’Neil Graham of Tripcentral for arranging this special holiday and suggesting this fabulous hotel. Celebrating our 45 Anniversary and making this mild stone very memorable. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and service was excellent. The food was delicious in the speciality restaurants and the buffet. They say Aruba is a windy island but the breeze was welcoming allowing you to spend the entire day on the most beautiful beach. Cant wait to go back!
Riu Palace Aruba: Riu Palace Aruba stay 7 fays
Hotel needs upgrades. Room was not satisfactory. Breakfast/ lunch was good. Dinners horrible. We ended up going out for dinner because food quantity and wait was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Beaches are beautiful. Pool was okay. Lots of people at pool bar throwing their cups in pool causing hazards. Need staff in pool cleaning up cups, and mint from people’s mojito drinks. Overall 4 out of 10 for resort and 9 out of 10 for Sunwing Airlines
Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Trip
Best experience I've ever had, friendly, great service, amazing food, Aruba is beautiful. We had the time of our lives, the ocean is gorgeous, nothing bad to say what do ever. I'd go back to this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Renaissance Ocean Suites: great family resort
Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious. the All inclusive package was amazing. Plenty of delicious food!! The flamingo island was so fun and the beach was so pretty. The flamingos were funny and very friendly. This holiday was one of the most incredible times we had as a family. Fresco is the italian restaurant on the grounds. The food was marvelous, and we chose to eat there every night. Delicious italian fresh food. From the manager to the wait staff were most a [... read more]
Riu Palace Aruba: Loved Aruba!
The Riu Palace grounds were amazing. Food was excellent. Only thing is the rooms need updating and some love put into them. With all the newer resorts there, Riu needs these updates. Staff were pleasant for the most part
Riu Palace Aruba: RIU Palace, Aruba - Excellent
Though older, this hotel is elegant, grandiose and beautiful inside and out. The rooms (I've stayed in a couple) are spacious yet warm and cozy and well laid out. The beach is well maintained, clean and free of vendors. The beach is also very beautiful and the sea is always warm. The Hotel offers a wide variety of tasty food delights to suit all and the staff at this hotel, in every department, provide a warm and welcoming friendly service twenty four hours a day and they are outstanding. Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Amazing Resort
The hotel is amazing…clean well maintained staff are unbelievable and accommodating. Thanks to Richard Roy and Jeritza Arends for making our stay so memorable. Thanks to Jerry Lascase and the team for making my husband’s birthday so special. This is definitely a 5 star resort for us.
Divi Aruba Beach Resort: Great Resort
We enjoyed this resort immensely. Our rooms were modern and clean with a hard working staff who aimed to please. The restaurants were great and an abundance of good food and drinks. At this resort you are able to travel easily by shuttle to the sister resort .
Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Resort
We stayed at the Riu for a glorious week vacation with my 83 year old mom and a friend. I can honestly say we wanted for nothing. Right from the time we arrived the staff were out of this world. They went on and beyond to make sure all our needs as guests were taken care of. The food at this resort was amazing and there isn't anything you would want for. The steakhouse and Italian at night were our favorite. The constant cleaning was ongoing throughout the hotel. It was spotless. Hats off [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Fantastic Resort
The location on Palm Beach was perfect. Room clean & beds most comfortable. Staff accomodating with requests for extra bedding/toiletries etc. Food available in 4 themed restaurants along with buffet. Great variety Casino ( especially for craps players) - only one table , but always action from 9 30 pm onwards The general atmosphere inside as well as great daily entertainment around the pool.( Adult oriented.... not for kids ) Nothing negative to say about our stay.
Riu Palace Antillas: Fantastic resort
We had a great time the Riu Antillas. The hotel was clean inside and out we had no issues with the accommodations. The staff were extremely friendly and were always there to help us out. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants and buffets. We would highly recommend the Aruba Antillas as a destination for anyone looking for an awesome Caribbean get away
Riu Palace Antillas: Almost perfect!
Our priorities in choosing a hotel are safety, cleanliness and service. The Riu Palace Antillas more than exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel was impeccably maintained and we never worried about our safety or that anyone would violate our belongings at the beach or around the pool. The service was superb; requests handled promptly and efficiently. A staff member was never more than a few steps away. The food was fantastic, especially the 4 restaurants, the Italian being our favorite. [... read more]
Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Excellent Resort
This is our second trip to Aruba and first time to this resort. We chose Eagle Aruba Resort for its proximity to the grocery store, bus stop and beach. All within a five minute walk. What we didn’t expect was the cleanliness of the entire resort, our room, pools, and public spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. A great resort for all ages. We will return in 2024!
Riu Palace Antillas: Beautiful resort
As usual the RIU did not disappoint. I enjoyed the beach and pool area. Food was superb and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable although the bathroom lacked any kind of towel bar or hook. It was inconvenient as there was no place to hang towels. I did not have a an ocean view room. The only negative was a construction project right next door of the new St. Regis resort and a barge in the water in front of it. It was noisy all 7 days. But that can’t be a negative about RIU, ju [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Excellent resort !
Hotel was really great. Rooms were large and clean. Service throughout was efficient and very friendly. The buffet was very extensive and of high quality. The other restaurants were excellent for dinner although there could have been a couple more for greater variety. The location of the hotel being right on the gorgeous beach was perfect.
Riu Palace Aruba: beautiful property...
the grounds, pool and beach front were beautiful, however, the hotel buildings are showing it's age, rooms need to be renovated, we were lucky to receive a renovated room, however, it was located on the second floor with NO elevator, we asked to be changed because of my hip issue I couldn't do 14 days without an elevator...second room was horrible! it had a horrible musty smell, we were ankle deep in water in the shower every single time it was used as it wouldn't drain properly, in addition one [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Excellent
Everything was fantastic. We are saving and planning to go back next year. Unfortunately, the entertainment/theatre was under construction later in the week, but that was okay, we walked around the area and visited the sister resort.
Barcelo Aruba: Not a good experience, not even close to other Barcelo resorts
It's the first time ever I write a negative review, but I've felt it's in the travelers' interest to know about our bad experience with Barcelo Aruba. I would pass on the fact that the hotel is outdated, the beach crowded, and you have to wake up early for a spot in the shade. Worth mentioning that buffet food has no variety. But what I can't accept is spending 3 nights at 18 deg Celsius, that got us almost sick. After the first night, when we tried to adjust the temperature manually, automati [... read more]
Barcelo Aruba: Not a great hotel to stay
The hotel is very outdated and I was not impressed at all. We had issues with the air conditioning and it took 2 days to figure it out, and then change the room. The a la carte restaurants were super good but the buffet same food every day. The beach is nice and clean and people are nice but very slow on addressing our concerns.
