Breezes Bahamas: Decent resort
Very decent resort, good value for money for Nassau. Me and my husband were lucky to attend when there were not many people and our room was upgraded without any request from our side to ocean view room. When resort was built, it meant to be luxury. Our spacious room was in a very good condition with glass wall and sliding doors opened to beach. Spacious bathroom was with granite countertop and shower with granite bench and two shower heads. Room was nicely and conveniently furnished. I would g [... read more]
Warwick Paradise Island: Objective assessment
We were disappointed with the hotel beach area, very small and closed. On the other hand we were offered shuttle service to an alternative beautiful beach (Cabbage Beach) but we had to pay for renting umbrella and chairs. Would have been nice if resort compensated for that. As for food, it was average, Asian restaurant food was below par. On the positive side the resort was clean, nice amenities other than the beach and above all a fantastic service and very friendly staff
Warwick Paradise Island: Great resort and will go again!
This adult only resort has everything you can want and need. It has daily activities around the pool and inside the hotel. Evenings you have some entertainment and night club. The food is fantastic from breakfast til dinner and in between! The entertainment crew (Dr. Dre and team) were so funny and engaging! I want to give a shout out to Verona and her colleagues (towel station) for such a cordial and welcoming attitude with their smiles and attention. They are all the faces of that hotel! Grand Hyatt Baha Mar: Exceptionally excellent
Everything and everyone was amazing Also we have a medical issue at one of the restaurants and the staff were more than professional in dealing with it and they did all what they can to help that happen at Marcus
Warwick Paradise Island: Beautiful Resort But Lousy Beach
The resort was beautiful, staff were friendly, the pool was beautiful, Food was amazing! However, the beach was awful and view of rusty tankers not pleasant. Thought I was getting a pretty marina setting but not so. Room was very basic and cleaning left a lot to be desired. Forgotten towels, TP, coffee replenishment, filthy floors, etc. Only two bars on site, with only one open at a time. We thought we were getting a quiet adult only resort but in our last few days they booked a massive group of [... read more]
Warwick Paradise Island: Adult Only-those over 50 need not apply!
Food was very good in Buffett and both ala carte restaurants that were open when we went. Wasn’t a lot of entertainment unless drinking around the pool and drinking at night while listening to too loud rap music is your jam. There was a few karaoke nights, and a band one night but other than that not a lot of guest participation activities at night. We did have a day where it rained and there was literally no back up plan for activities during that time. Cleanliness of the room left much to be [... read more]
Grand Hyatt Baha Mar: The best resort
This resort was amazing! Everything about it, the grounds, the rooms, the staff and service. Can’t beat this resort. It was a 8 minute ride from the air port. The beach was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel
Breezes Bahamas: Charming resort
-Good value -Good food and drinks -Helpful friendly staff -Very clean resort -Disability friendly -Beautiful beach -Loved the beach being not being overly crowded like the 5 stars we've stayed at. - Just needs better entertainment.
Warwick Paradise Island: Warwick rocks
First time in the bahamas and it wont be our last. The Warwick was a fantastic hotel. Resort and our room was cozy and comfortable. Food was great but what makes the Warwick standout is its staff. Ellie from the Verandah made our vacation. From the time we got to the hotel till we left her smile and lovely personality was mesmerizing. A real gem of an employee and a person. Special shout out to Ian from the Verandah (inside and out). Karen at the front desk was the sweetest. We will definitely b [... read more]
Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Nice resort
The hotel is beautiful. This was my 4th time visiting this hotel. Food is great! Clean facility, rooms were nice, a bit run down this time, the toilets were old, tissue holder was broken. There were no drinks like they used to have. But they kept it as clean as possible. The entertainment show was only half hr., I remember it being about an hour previously. No kids club any more. Some of the activities has been cut down. The beach was dirty with seaweed, they only cleaned it twice for that whol [... read more]
The Royal at Atlantis: Truly Aamazing Resort
The grounds of Atlantis are spectacular. The pictures of the resort do not show how beautiful it really is .Truly a trip of a lifetime. The staff are wonderful and the food delicious. The view of the marina is unbelievable.
Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau: Beautiful Resort
The resort was beautiful, very well maintained. We stayed on the condo side, bedroom was immaculate, and view was spectacular. Only bad thing were the noisy seagulls in the morning and evening, but nothing too disrupting, just annoying. Food was delicious but extremely expensive and overpriced, especially the alcohol. $20 USD per alcohol beverage and hardly any booze! Our bartender we found at the S.O.S bar was amazing!! Water park was fun, and got to enjoy some kayaking. I highly rec [... read more]
Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Wonderful resort
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, this is the place to go. We all so enjoyed the fact that the resort was not surrounded by other resorts, a walk along the beach felt private and not packed with people. The rooms, although a little worn were clean and comfortable. The meals were plentiful and varied, we especially enjoyed our fine dining night. Without exception the staff were polite and very friendly. We took advantage of a lot of included activities. My only moan would be [... read more]
Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Relaxing resort
Very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet contained good , plentiful and varied food. The optional restaurants had delicious food. Beautiful beach. Lots of activities. Rooms could be rejuvenated.
Lighthouse Pointe at Grand Lucayan: Wasn't overly impressed
We have travelled quite a bit and we expected more from this hotel. Front desk wasn't very helpful and we felt in the way. Service was hit or miss. There were some amazing people but they were far and inbetween. There was no entertainment, so no pool games, no evening shows. Bars closed at 10:30pm. They only played music on the days the ships come. Not very one is all inclusive, some paid for their drink/food so you have to sign for your food even tho you don't have to pay if you are AI, which s [... read more]
Lighthouse Pointe at Grand Lucayan: Overall Positive

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Nice resort
I liked the size (not huge resort, which was nice!). Food was really good and top notch drinks. They did not clean our room, one day,,but not a big deal. Ninety percent of the staff were friendly and made us feel welcoming.we enjoyed our time and just wished we had booked a little longer. We tried the spa (was raining, so we managed to get in). The massages were good. They did push their products, but we declined. Our favourite restaurants were Italian and French. The crepe truck were so [... read more]
Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Lots of stuff to do and Beautiful private beach
Pickleball players should know there are 4 good courts for use. We did lots of Hobbycat runs that were great! Beach is huge for just this resort. 90% available chairs. Amy is one of the entertainment organizers and kept busy with fun silly stuff. I love the smaller 260 room environment as you get familiar with the staff and other guests. Fun Foam party! It was more a serve yourself environment which I like i.e. at buffet noone brings coffee etc but coffee beer wine are on tap. Also no one [... read more]
Breezes Bahamas: Wonderful vacation!
We had a great time at Breezes. Amazing staff, gorgeous beach, good food and entertainment! Was never disappointed with any postion of the vacation. Wish there were more cabanas for shade. Looking forward to booking another trip!
Breezes Bahamas: Very disappointing!
I've been to Bahamas several times over the last 20 years. This, by far, was a very disappointing trip. It was important to us to stay at a resort on the beach that is an 'all inclusive' experience. We booked ourselves into The Breezes understanding that it wasn't a 5 star resort, and that this resort caters to students who are on Spring Break. We knew what we signed up for. What we didn't anticipate was that this resort decided to house a bunch of young students who were attending some ath [... read more]
