Dreams Curacao Resort Spa and Casino: Dreams Could be Nightmare if not for its Employees

The Main Hotel section a Dream requires tender loving care. It has the potential if managed and directed effectively to be like Jan Theil area. But the Senior management must have the foresight. The issue is dreams have spent so much time trying to upscale and upsell their portable looking timeshares accommodations that they've neglected the main buildings, interior and exterior. If I had another companion I would have demanded another rule The tub itself alone had peeling marks on it and sealed which it is not attractive. The employees were kind and cooperative. The spa area was nice. I give that a 4 /5 The building itself alone its renovation And it needs I got a touch of adventure and excitement because it has the structural ability to do so I give it a 2 / 5 And if you can eat off the resort. There's a nice restaurants within walking distance with a beautiful view of the sea and the food is very good

Dreams Cap Cana Resort and Spa: Wonderful time, wonderful memories!

Stayed at Dreams Cap Cana for the Christmas holidays and to celebrate a birthday! Family of 7. The resort was a dream. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the grounds and the overall esthetics of the resort. Food was good. Restaurants should have hours displayed as they didn’t follow what was detailed in the app. A lot of the staff did not speak or understand English, which would be the only negative. And the beach. Lots of rocks and some seaweed, we had to walk away from the res [... read more]ort to find some cleaner water, but that is an issue only Mother Nature can control.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Great place to relax and enjoy Mexican Hospitality

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa was a beautiful place with ocean views from the lobby and some restaurants. This resort was spotless. Never been to such a clean resort. The service and staff were amazing. Friendly, engaging and polite. We stayed in the preferred club which gave us an upgraded king suite, 24 hours a day room service, private heated pool, premium drinks in the preferred club lounge. all with exceptional service. The preferred club pool was too warm for me some days. Beach was good except for the sea weeds that would wash up. I would give this place 4.5 stars. The service and staff get a 5 star rating.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

We stayed at the Secrets Royal Beach and had an amazing vacation. Staff, restaurants, beach, pool and all amenities were fantastic. We certainly will be returning! Thank you to Shannon Ashford for helping us book this trip.

Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana: Beautiful resort!

This resort was a wonderful all-inclusive. The staff were outstanding especially our butler Manuel. Food was excellent and considerably better than other resorts. The 'Preferred Package' was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this resort.

Really unhappy with our 10 day stay. Initially everything was amazing, that soon faded away. We had a staff member of the resort walk into our room at 10:30PM while me and my fiance were sleeping. We went to the front desk about our issue and they took a statement and saod they would follow up and took down our number when they had answers wich we have still not heard anything. We had a good bracelet stolen from our room wich the resort dosent take and responsibility for since it wasnt in the lo [... read more]cked safe. The buffet was closed at night only open for breakfast and lunch along with other restraunts so for supper you had 3 options wih is not bad but when you book they make it seem like there are so many food and restaurant options when in reality there is not. We both got sick with food poisoning wich we never have been sick before on resorts but that wasnt much of an issue. The front desk will not inform you of a price but if you need to see a dr for meds they start at $2000 USD for just showing up at your room and price goes up from there. Overall alot of things that we felt were not right and left us very unhappy.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Beautiful walkable sandy beach!

We checked in late on Nov 24, our first experience with the resort was in the morning at orientation seminar. Our room was modern / larger than expected on the top floor. The grounds were very well kept and pools were impeccable and was easy to find loungers either on the beach or pool area. The beach was beautiful and very warm along with lots of palapas and loungers. We enjoyed the lazy river and water slides. Good variety of food at the buffet with gluten free and vegetarian options. The barefoot grill was a great place to pick up a burger and great fries along with a salad. We found no problem getting through any of the 6 A-la-Cartes, with the French and Steak House as our favorites. The Fire show was excellent and would highly recommend it. There were a number of weddings while we were there. It was great experience and plan on returning soon!!

Buildings are in excellent condition; the preferred room was in excellent shape and very clean! Facing and literally overlooking the beach, I can confirm several morning breakfasts enjoyed on the balcony watching the sunrise with no stink. Pools are well maintained. Food is very fresh with lots of variety. The staff and everyone are genuinely kind and helpful and at times going above and beyond expectation! Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort

Friendly staff, excellent food and very clean. The only issue is people placing towels on chairs to reserve their spots on the beach and at pools and not being there most of the day. The a-la-carte restaurants were very good however unless you arrived early because it was open with no reservation required you could wait 1 to 2 hours with a buzzer.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: Beautiful but a little messy

We really liked so much about this resort. The only problem was that our kids both got sick (presumably food poisoning) on day three, then I got sick (again assumed food poisoning) on day five. So all of that put a big damper on our vacation and we had to miss all of our excursions.

Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana: The Best Family Resort!

The staff are so helpful and kind. You never get hungry or thirsty during your stay. There is plenty of cold bottled water and drinks to have at the pools. They clean your room whenever you need them to. I can’t say enough about the staff. If there is a special need, they accommodate you. Dreams Dominicus La Romana: amazingly clean resort

Employees were everywhere, ensuring that everything was clean. Before entering any restaurant, guests were given hand sanitizer. The beach sand was white and the water turquoise. In the deeper water, they had sunk a line of large concrete reef balls, used to grow coral and attract fish. Every day that I snorkelled, I noticed different fish. The service was excellent, and the food was very good.

The resort is nice, the pools are nice, but the beach is not. We did go in the off season during November. As for the beach, even after all the seaweed was finally removed access to the water was poor with coral everywhere

Dreams Curacao Resort Spa and Casino: Could be Potential

I recently returned from Dreams Curaçao and I was not impressed. We did not get served tea/coffee not one morning. Basically everything, other than a la carte is serve yourself. When we are paying a so much money, I would like at least drinks. Nobody by the pool served you. Majority of the employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. We could not find a Westjet rep to help us nor was there a binder for flight/bus pick up times. They did their best with night time entertainment, however it [... read more]’s not the best. The buffet is basically the same every meal/every day. Jessica who worked the bar at night was amazing and Livy with entertainment did a great job! The resort itself has potential, however they require proper management in running it to a 5* standard. Currently it’s running at 2.5-3 at best. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Beautiful resort amazing

Returned from a sister vacation and had an excellent time. From the time you walk into the lobby you will be amazed with all the beautiful foliage, took our breath away. All the staff are outstanding and will go out of their way to ensure you are having an excellent time. The pool was amazing, the food out of the world, no issues what so ever. Love this resort and will be returning in March for our third time. The only issue are the patio doors do not have handles to open from the outsi [... read more]de, which is a struggle for people that do not have strength to push on the glass to open.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Fun Resort

Just came back from a week long stay at Dreams Onyx for a family wedding. The resort is the perfect backdrop for a beach wedding with it’s picturesque views. It’s family friendly for all ages to enjoy including a fun water park. We also spent time at the neighbour resort “Breathless” where it’s adult only. Both resorts had great food options and the staff were very accommodating to ensure our stay was perfect.

We loved this resort !!! The staff. The pools. The entertainment. The Food! We are planning to return at the end of January! Definitely rooms in block 5!!! The ocean beach were beautiful!!! We cannot say enough about the entire staff!!!! Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean! Cannot wait to return!

Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort and Spa: Great resort, terrible service

The resort is new and beautiful - great rooms, clean and awesome pools, lots of loungers and long beautiful beach. The service however ruined it all first we thought it was because resort is new but soon became apparent they just don't care - can never get drinks at the buffet, wait for hours for room service only to get 1/2 order, people forgetting your order, brining you food you did not order or asking repeatedly for water and having to go get it yourself. Took 3 days to get a laundry bag an [... read more]d then another 2 days to have it picked up for actual washing. No one seems to care about customers or service. First four days food was so limited at the buffet I felt like I was at a mediocre 3 star in Cuba. It improves for the weekend when more Latin American guests arrived. Note it's over an hour and a half drive from airport. If you want a beautiful place where you'll just have to serve yourself and eat same food every day then this is it.

We booked preferred service at hotel, we had a private car service from airport to hotel we were dropped off at the preferred lobby, it was a nice touch. After check-in our butler showed us to our room. The food and drinks were good, it was nice not needing to make reservations for dinner. We had a food allergy and the majority of time this was adhered to, except one meal we were served this food. They didn't seem to take the situation seriously which was disheartening. There are lots of pools to choose from which includes multiple swim up bars. The beach is disappointing, there is a rock shelf on this resorts beach front which makes it very difficult to swim, we were at this resort for a week and barely saw anyone in the water. It would have been nice to have beach access to the other sister hotels up the beach as you can swim in these areas. The washroom is too far from beach. The ladies at the cafe were friendly and attentive, by mid-week they new our order, great service by Oscari & Rosemary.
