Ocean Eden Bay: Loved our vacay!

We enjoyed everything about the resort. Staff are super friendly, helpful and really go out of their way to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. Great variety of food & entertainment. Beds are comfortable and rooms are cleaned and stocked daily. Pool and lazy river are cool, but refreshing. The beach is definitely small, and quite rocky. We couldn’t really lounge there because it was windy everyday. Not sure if that’s the norm. The only suggestion I have is that they stop, or at least cut b [... read more]ack on the games and chatter around the pool all afternoon. It becomes annoying. Just play reggae music, relaxing music, or even have quiet time.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres: Ocean Allure

Beautiful new build, adults only resort. Excellent food selection, attentive staff, beautiful pool and beach area, highly recommend! It is new, so there are a few finishing touches that need to be completed, so keep that in mind. Lots of amenities on site…gym, spa, stores, a d good variety of activities all day to keep you active.

Ocean Coral Spring: The Staff are what made our trip

This resort is a small, friendly spot. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The pools are clean and well maintained and they do their best to keep the beach clean. We did not spend much time at the beach because it was small and shallow but it would be great for kids.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres: Perfect getaway

This new resort has had its growing pains but all considering my 10 day holiday was great. I would skip the privilege category, not worth the money. The food was excellent at the buffet. Restaurants needed more personal.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Will return

I love this resort. This is my second time there. The food was amazing, above expectations. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pools were beautiful. The entertainment wasn’t quite what it was the last time I went but not a deal breaker.

El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: A week in January 2026 at El Beso

Ocean Blue and Sand: Nice Resort

It was a nice hotel although not a 5 star resort overall. Rooms were worn out. Definitely need an upgrade. Drinks at the bar were afoul.. hardly any alcohol in them. Lady at the beach bar not very friendly. I’m not a big drinker although I’d like to enjoy my cocktail ones in a while. Also the management had to do something about reserving the lounge chairs at the beach as well as around the pool area. People reserve them early in the morning 7 am and not show up half the day. One person comes [... read more] and occupies multiple chairs for whole group of 10 or more. Not good. Other than, staff were friendly at the restaurants and reception area. Room cleaning service also good.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Amazing resort

I was at Ocean blue and sand for 10 days. Never had one problem. Staff was excellent. Food was great great entertainment. Everybody was very friendly. I would recommend this and I would definitely go back I had a fall on the grounds uneven pavement twisted my ankle and hurt my wrist

Ocean El Faro: Great Resort and Experience

The resort exceeded my expectations. Our Jr suite was spacious, bed was super comfy, and bathroom had everything we needed. Grounds were impeccable and very scenic. Evenings at the strip were fun and entertaining. Shows were good and the restaurants were all great, including the buffet. Main beach was a bit rough but right next to it was a beautiful and calm bay/beach that’s still part of the resort. There aren’t any chairs there but if you just want to swim, it’s perfect. Bars served up amazing [... read more] drinks - lots to choose from but our favourites were the caipirinhas and mojitos. Mike’s Cafe was also a special hangout for us where you can get specialty coffees, smoothies, juices and small treats throughout the day. Ocean el Faro is one of my favourite resorts in PC and we’ll definitely be returning.

Ocean Eden Bay: ***** amazing resort *****

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with attention to every little detail. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Breakfast was delicious and well presented, and overall the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. 3rd visit. Esthetically, the grounds, pool areas, beach are still beautiful and well maintained. The lobby is nice and airy with a decent vibe. From there, things can appear badly in need of an update...We upgraded to Privilege, specifically to avoid a sub-par room and better service. On arrival we were assigned to a back alley view (garden) room with dicey a/c, twin beds (requested king), broken latch on the sliding doors, welcome gift (wine) assigned to someone other than us. Also, not sure ho [... read more]w cool it is to allow the OB cat population to explode as it has there, but we were serenaded by reproduction for the entire first night. We were instructed to resolve the room matter with our butler, who was super helpful (at the beginning) and we did manage to get the room up to date. Privilege helped us to that point, but beyond the reserved beach cabanas, we may as well have been standard class guests. Privilege does not elevate the food experience at all. Despite Butler arranged reservations, we had to line up each night for our tables. Our coveted "Steakhouse" experience was a disaster. Mostly ignored for the entire meal (no welcome, no bread, no refills)...until my partner showed the server her well done (ordered mid rare) dinner. If anyone came by to offer wine/water/bread during the meal, matters could have been resolved, but we were made to feel that it was our fault that the meal was sub-par. Skip the service nightmares at "a la carte" restos, and just go to the buffet. Saving grace...one privilege benefit was the little lounge overlooking the sea with serve yourself snacks and top shelf bar + lovely restrooms!

Absolutely loved this place. Had a blast. Everything went smoothly n I’m overly happy with my very first trip away. Happy with my travel agent. Would definitely go again n recommend. Food was great. Entertainment was fantastic. Resort was beautiful n fun.

Ocean Coral Spring: Awesome Resort

Very large resort, huge pool, multiple different restaurants and bars, with lots of different food choices, and styles, well prepared. Loved Sakura, the Japanese restaurant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well cared for. Lots of staff, friendly and hardworking. Caters to family groups on one side, and adults only on the other side, with 2 beach areas, some coral on the one side, but beach clean and raked every day. El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: LOVED IT!!!

This property is beautiful , well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the balconies are great size with bird swing on them. There are so many pools to choose from and they are large and well maintained. The only thing is if you want a chair by pool you need to get up at 5AM to put your towels out. The beach is not nice at all , but i am not a beach person. The entertainment was great, always something to do at various parts of the property. The a la carte were decent. The staff were a little rude at EL BESO reception. Denise and I were only ones not given two double beds and we checked in first. I made them switch us the next day , but they were very rude about it. The pool staff were awesome , especially DAVIE . I would definitely go back and would recommend this place to others

First time at this resort. It was more than I imagined. The layout is great, food was great, spa was fantastic. Rooms were clean Abundance of entertainment , staff was very friendly. Will absolutely be back

Ocean Maya Royale: Another Great Visit...only one glitch

This was our 4th visit to Ocean Maya Royale, and it didn’t disappoint once we sorted out the room during check in. Last year when we left, we received a letter indicating a room upgrade if we came again within the year, which we did. When I inquired by email about what kind of upgrade we could expect and request certain locations on the property to stay, Luis indicated that "they would be happy to offer us a Privilege Junior Suite". We were surprised, but looked forward to a new experience.  [... read more]Upon arrival, I presented his email; and we were refused his offer. Additionally, the room location that was initially indicated was none of the buildings we requested. Not sure how the wires got crossed, but we were very disappointed. It did turn out well, as they did give us another building with an Oceanview upgrade and had a lovely 11 nights. It was just frustrating that a senior staff member would offer something that was not acknowledged upon our arrival.

Ocean El Faro: Love it!

This is the second time we go to Oean El Faro because we loved it so much the first time. It was still great the second time around. I love the staff, love the food and love how well maintained everything is. My family with 2 rambunctious babies was treated so well and never felt like a burden (even when my toddler was throwing tantrums). My daughter got a cold while we were there and the doctor was right on site to do a wellness check on her. Totally free! Will definitely go again!!!

Food was generally warm at best at all locations as we ate at the buffet and most of the restaurants. Hotel is a bit over 6 years old and the rooms decor is old looking and not well maintained. Some staff were very good and others were just there to do a job and appeared as they couldnt care less if you were there or not.

Ocean El Faro: Okay Resort but wont go back.

Food at alacarts was excellent, buffet was pretty good but the service set up not really great. i like to be offered coffee, tea, water, juice when i sit down. i don't like to have to serve myself of flag somebody down. Pools, lazy river, water park all fantastic. Resort old but very well laid out. Beach too small and too rough. Bathrooms spaced out too far apart. Lots of walking to get to the facilities. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Very nice resort

The resort was very nice. Nice rooms, good food. I wished they changed up the buffet a little more each day but the food was delicious regardless. Pools were nice, We stayed in the adults only portion of the hotel. Beach was nice, a couple days the seaweed had blown in but the grounds keepers were making quick work of getting rid of it. Beach bar was always busy but all the other bars you could just about walk up to without a line. You have to get up fairly early to get a decent chair anywhere.  [... read more]Drinks were delicious. Resort is off the main roads so you need to take a taxi to go to most places. The bellboys will help you with that. Overall a great place to stay. I wish my travel agent gave more details on arrival as there are lots of people wanting to take you to the resort but they are all charging and I had pre paid for airport transfers. It took a little while to find out who I needed to ride with.
