Dreams Rose Hall: Perfect resort for family vacation

My husband and I traveled with our daughter, son in law and two granddaughters. Our experience from the time we arrived to the day we sadly left was excellent. The staff of this resort were friendly and very helpful. The food was 5 star. My husband and I experienced the dinner for two down by the water. What an experience! Hilton Curacao: Paradise Found!

Clean, Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, beautiful beach and pool. snorkel and kayak right off the Hilton beach area. Curacao is an amazing hidden gem!! Everything you would expect in an island paradise and all the features of a modern progressive country. Perfect hot weather with a breeze all the time. Natural wonders abound. Rich history and cultural heritage. Will go back many times!!

Dreams Rose Hall: Fantastic resort

This is our third time going to this resort. We love going everytime. The Jamaicans are so welcoming. The food is always fresh. It is a great resort for families. The pools are very inviting since the temperature is not too cold! We also enjoy the shows. If you are looking for a high end resort, this is not the resort for you. The beach is nice but not the best since it has some seaweed.

Dreams Rose Hall: Family Fun

Hilton Rose Hall was great! The lazy river, pools and beach were a hit for my 3 and 5 year old. The staff were very friendly. It's 14 minutes from airport. We upgraded to a partial ocean view and was worth the extra money. We plan to return again next year!

Just returned from a great time. This resort has everything required to just sit back and enjoy. Good food, amazing service, nice beach, good activities for the kiddies, adults, along with good evening entertainment. Highly recommend this resort to anyone trying Jamaica for the first time or returning.

I'm not going to lie I was a little sceptical when we first arrived but to my surprise I was totally taken away by the hospitality we received from check in to check out, buffet was good night time entertainment was just enough and all the restaurants were good especially the Italian restaurant that was fantastic and that's coming from myself an Italian!! Oh one more thing the lazy river was the icing on the cake and no it's not just for kids. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Elara Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel Center Strip: Beautiful hotel

Quiet just off the strip but so close to all attractions. Excellent room service menu. Would definitely stay again. Great view from the room. Comfy bed. Clean. Only complaint was the bathtub was slow to drain, standing in a puddle while showering. They said they'd look into it and was never fixed. Not a big deal. Close to the axis which has the big shows.

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Hilton Puerto Vallarta

The hotel itself was not as nice as we thought a Hilton Hotel would be. The meals were lacking and uninteresting. The hotel staff were very professional in all areas wait staff front desk maids the bartenders were friendly. It would have been nice to have a swim up bar.

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Great Value!!

We stayed Feb 5-12th, 2017. The hotel rooms offer the standard amenities, along with comfy beds. The pools are warm, yet refreshing. The option of the adult only pool allows for quiet time; when needed. We enjoyed all our meals and although the buffets were not huge; they did provide an ample offering of fruits, vegetables, mexican and a minimum of three meat choices excluding fish. This resort had the largest selection of fresh fruit we have ever had. It was delicious to be offered the medley of fruits. We have stayed at over 10 resorts in Mexico without this type of selection. This resort is close to the new Isla Mall and within walking distance to many great restaurants if you wish to eat off the resort. We would stay here again due to the location.

Dreams Rose Hall: Fabulous Resort

Two years in a row to the Hilton Rose Hall with the family. Kids are 10 and 13, and are easily entertained by the awesome water park. Overall, the resort is not too big and not too small. Overall perfection and relaxation. Private beach for Hilton guests is awesome and you can feel at ease in letting kids run free. I should also mention the staff are simply the best. Jerk Hut on beach is to die for. Will be back,and have recommended this resort to colleagues, and they have gone and loved it.

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Excellent resort

This resort was very clean and the grounds were kept nice and comfortable. The workers seemed like they enjoyed working there. There is some construction going on to improve the decking and the floor of the restaurant by the beach but they worked around it as to not interfer too much with the guests.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful grounds very friendly staff! Exteremely Accomodating for my granddaughter' said gluten free needs. Food was good. Entertainment was lousy. Air Transat was not great. Changed our original departure from 12:30 to 3:30. Then the plane was delayed for 3 hours. We arrived at 12:00am. Lost half a day. Our return was changed to 8:00pm so we were very happy. Make up for what we lost. The flight was again changed to 11:30. Another day lost. Will notbook Air Transa [... read more]t again. Very clean and well kept resort, from bathrooms, hotel room, dining areas and grounds everything first rate. Staff was all very friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. Was perfect for grandchildren. I would go to this resort again.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained as well as the ground, the food was excellent. The entertainmemt was fun and the water park was perfect for the kids and older kids as well ;) The staff was very friendly and really good.

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Excellent vacation

Recently returned from Hilton P.V. Great location....walk out to the street and put your hand up when a bus comes by, hop in for 7 pesos. This resort is small, but has everything necessary to have a great vacation. The food and drinks were excellent. Service second to none! Beds, bedding, pillows were lovely.

I just returned from a family trip to Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa. I had an amazing time. The staff was great. Service was wonderful. Great variety of food. If you're looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine, they've got it. The new Waterpark is fantastic. Great for everyone. The rooms were great. Pillows could use a little updating. Having a clock in my room would have been nice. The complimentary WiFi throughout the resort was great. Grounds were kept immaculate. Definitely won't go hungry or [... read more] thirsty. ATM was unavailable during my stay which was inconvenient. I enjoyed the fact that the locals didn't harass me into buying anything. Everyone was so friendly. Great family resort. Lots of entertainment for kids and teens. Room service and housekeeping were great. Adult nightly entertainment needs a little work. As a young single girl I wanted to stay up late and dance. The vibe at the disco didn't offer that which was one of the very few things I was disappointed about. The buffet for lunch needs more options. Will definitely come again with family. Next time I'll try an adults only resort for more entertainment.

Hilton Curacao: Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Curacao. The hotel is older but has been renovated in the recent years and looks nice and fresh from the inside and public areas. Centrally located. Beach is small, quaint and not too many waves because its a cove, which is nice.

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Great Experience!

We had a fabulous time! The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and energetic. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The buffet was excellent and featured a different theme each night.

Secrets Papagayo Resort: Superb Secrets Papagayo!

This has become our favourite resort after many, many trial runs. Lol. We loved it from the beginning. The staff were so sweet and friendly, one of the best we have encountered. The buffet was absolutely fantastic, especially with their breakfasts. There was even a coffee 'shop' called Coco Cafe for early morning coffees, smoothies, and baked goods. Bartenders at the two pools were so gregarious and talented. We are beach people and so did not like the volcanic sand and so stayed at the pools, which was no hardship. Our oceanfront room was small but comfy. 'Loved the room service box which was accessed by both the employee and us without having to meet! Quite unique. An IPad on a night table gives all the info about what is going on in the resort at the touch of a finger. Wonderful. We have already booked for this December! Kim Hartlen from TripCentral out of Halifax is the best T.A we have ever had! We live in Ontario and get the same excellent service from her as do her DownEast customers!!!
