Lovely Hotel

The rooms were very nice but have no fridge and no water in the rooms. The food was good and we only ate at the buffet. The beach is very nice with quite a bit of sea grass. We loved the entertainment, Funky D!

Great value

This hotel was a great value , the beach was great, the staff was wonderful, the grounds where beautiful. The rooms need some update. The first room the safe did not work and there was no shower Handel. We brought it to the hotel staff and they upgraded us right away. Great time and a inexpensive way to go to the Bahamas

Funnest Trip Ever!

I went to Breezes with my best friend for a week and we loved it. It was so fun. The staff was the friendliest staff. The entertainment was amazing. Every night was something fun and different. Plus they had a disco and piano bar. Drinks were available until 3am. The beach was fantastic-long, clear water, white sands. The pools were great and had a swim up bar and a hot tub. Fantastic Beach Front!

Pros: beautiful beach and cabanas, friendly staff (most), open air massages and fantastic 'Funky D' Band and entertainment in the lounge Cons: tired rooms, poor water pressure with shower, food was average but included a variety, resort lacked in the deliverables and services

Run down

The resort needs alot of repair and it feels more like a teenage hang out with cheap drinks and basic food more than a resort. The beach is beautiful and the trapeze is fun but I'm sure you can get these elsewhere.

Excellent beach and location ~ hotel not so much!

Stayed there for 3.5 days to attend the Junkanoo Carnival, which was amazing by the way! Staff on the resort well unfortunately they do cater more towards the locals staying there and you feel 2nd class due to this: Requests were not met as promised and repeating the request over and over again for items like a blow dryer (which is stated as in room) was not received. Food was very good for this resort, Beach AMAZING! Felt very safe in Bahamas and will be back just not to this hotel.

Definitely some Pros & some Cons!

Prior to booking this trip, I had read that the hotel had some recent upgrades/refurbished. The hotel itself is old and dated and needs a face lift. There were some small issues with the room (shower head did not work and the t.v. didn't work well) however the room was clean, towels were readily available and the beds were comfortable. A bit dated

The Breezes resort is very close to the airport and an average hotel at best. The price was right however and the original room we booked was dated we upgraded to a beach front, walk out room which was great. The service from the restaurants, (Ricky you are amazing!) pool area (Rashad we miss you!) and maid service was great, very friendly. Front desk staff was very slow to accommodate or get to your request (for example we had a fire alarm that went off every night all night and although we rep [... read more]eatedly asked for this to be looked at, this was never done). For the price the resort was clean and easily accessible to the airport, downtown. Would rate a 3 star.

Great resort for a quick girls getaway!

This is a great resort for a quick getaway. It had amazing staff, great food, and a nice beach. It wasn't very crowded when we went and it was 6 girls sharing 2 rooms. The decor and room were slightly outdated but clean and comfortable. The best part of this resort was by far the staff. Always so pleasant and eager to help out any way they can, all the while not looking for a tip either! There aren't many all inclusive resorts in Nassau but this great value!

Amazing 8 nite 9 day stay

We had an amazing vacation at breezes ..not at all what we expected after reading all the negative reviews We were impressed from the time we drove up to the resort Beautiful bright colourful lobby and reception..room was clean spacious and overlooked the ocean and pool..we could see the ships arriving and leaving from our bed Every meal was well prepared presented and delicious from the buffet to the al a carts to the mouthwatering burgers at the grill pool side Can say enough about the staff.. [... read more]friendly ..and always there for all our needs ..funky d and his band were awesome Special thanks to Jeffery Stubbs and the management Oscar..Jason..Joey.angela and Christine Will definatley return ..not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but they aren't talking about breezes

Decent Resort

This resort is exceptionally clean and neat. Food average. If you want a balcony you must not expect one. They have only French Balconies (8 inch platform ) Only the ground floor has a terrance which they charged extra per night. The beach was perfect.

Superb experience

My husband and I enjoyed seven wonderful days and nights at the Breezes hotel , Cable Beach, New providence and I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time there. The staff were so friendly and no request was ever made to feel an imposition, they really helped us to relax and recharge our batteries. The food was varied and plentiful, the facilities clean and well tended. My only personal changes would be the volume of the evening entertainment and perhaps the pool side entertainment b [... read more]ut as most guests appeared to enjoy them I concede its my preferences

Overall a very nice vacation

Had a great time at the resort and in Nassau. Beach and water at the resort are excellent. For an older resort it is nicely maintained and the staff do try hard to enhance your stay. Nightly entertainment by Funky D was great and the disco afterwards was fun too. We would return to the Breezes in the Bahamas for sure.

Amazing resort

the hotel is a little outdated but charming the food was fabulous staff went out of there to make sure we were having a good time beach is beautiful pool is freezing though would be nice if heated amazing I would go back now

Quick Getaway

This was our second time at the resort due to the value that the resort offers. If you want a five star hotel and five star service this resort is not for you. We enjoyed being able to get away for the weekend for a great price and enjoyed being away from the crowds at Paradise Island. Adults only adds to the quiet as well. The nightly entertainment (Funky D) is lacking and the pool/hot tub really need to cleaned better (we are beach people) as they were always cloudy. Very courteous staff .. Very clean resort

Rooms clean , and upgraded .. Food at main lounge all right .... Pool bar closes at 6pm , instead of 24 hour service ... Club hurricane , min standard ... Restaurants at hotel very good , staff very polite ......

A fun and fulfilling resort

Overall had a great experience. Staff was amazing and friendly. Amenities were sufficient for what is needed and room was clean. Only complaints were that we wished they offered more than one choice of beer, and that the rooms had fridges or at least came with complimentary water. That aside we had a great experience and would definitely return.

9th Time Back

Its been 3 years since last visited-grounds always in great condition,rooms clean but a bit dated,2 new restaurants were a welcome addition and food in the beach grill was great, some areas in the hotel have been improved and renovated specially the main buffet room. buffet food choices were reduced but the food quality has been improved which is a decent trade off-however they need to do a better job of dealing with vegetarian and vegan food issues. Easy and Breezy!

The hotel is well maintained and the drinks are flowing! The staff really make the trip worth it though; They are so friendly and fun! Updated bathrooms and every room has a decent-to-great view. Food was out of this world, for an all-inclusive. Been to lots of places where you only get great food at the a-la-carte restaurants, but even the buffet here had super good food! Gorgeous beach!

Wonderful Holiday

The Breezes Bahamas was a great resort. The beach and pool areas were kept very clean. The food was very good and plenty of variety. The rooms were not anything special but clean and comfortable. We were there for a wedding and even though the weather didn't cooperate the staff went out of their way to make sure everything went off perfectly.
