Gran Club Santa Lucia: Good resort

Grounds clean; rooms clean and cleaning ladies are all very good.Food in the buffet restaurant is good. Excellent pizza. Fresh fruit smoothie section is very good. We have problem with our accomodation when we are checking in but was rectify by sunwing rep ( Mirtha) the next day. A very huge thank you to her.

Gran Club Santa Lucia: Home Away From Home

This Hotel is amazing and the Staff makes you feel like you are at Home. There has been many beautiful renovations completed at this resort. Rooms, Lobby Bar, Beach Snack Bar, Entertainment Stage, Buffet Restuarant, Tennis and Basketball Courts and the Reception Lobby. There are many a la Carte Restaurants so you can enjoy different cuisines Many Excursions you can book through the Travel Representative Mirtha and Customer Relations Representative Reynaldo Smith. Managers are always there if you have any complaints or need help with anything. Reception is there to serve you if you need anything. They have WiFi services with a purchase of an Internet card and they also have Money Exchange. I recommend this resort for Families, Couples and Single people You will have an amazing Cuban Experience.

Gran Club Santa Lucia: A great place to spend quality time with family and friends

This resort should already be rated as a 4 star. the food is Always delicious and varied. the fruit smoothies station is serving great tasting combinations of the most amazing tropical fruits. the beach is beautiful, however there's sea weed in some areas but the hotel has an early morning crew cleaning up as much as possible.

Brisas Santa Lucia: great time

We recently came back from Brisas Santa Lucia. IT was a great experience for all four of us. I would highly recommend it for people with small children. Everything is so close. They have a small pool for kids, and the beach is a minute walk from the pools and the restaurant. Only thing I would recommend is to buy your own water at the store in the resort. Water in the resort is safe to drink but has a specific smell, and we were not able to drink it.

wish to go back soon,; garden is amazing, staff are the best, foods too salted, but lot of choice, fruts, pastry, smoothies, délicious omelettes, every body smiling, and at the bar do not forget to try; COFFEE ICE. délicious. price is good, beach is white sand, , lot of transats, and they add. 40 palapas. bring mosquitos stoff.

I liked this resort because the price was amazing, the weather unbeatable and the staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. I would bring get some mosquito spray if I had to change anything but the bites don't last whereas the good memories will.

Brisas Santa Lucia: Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay.the moment we got to the hotel we immediately felt welcome.the staff greeted us.we were directed to the restaurant for our meal even though we got there very late. Drinks were served to us right away. Everyone was so warm and we felt safe. Our eleven day stay was one that will always be remembered as a wonderful holiday.we thank everyone for the great hospitality. Gran Club Santa Lucia: seaweed

If you like to drink twenty four hrs. great and hang around the pool. Beach stinks, seagras,it is raked away unpleasant for swimming. Room was clean,pillows stained. Requested clean one. $3.oo for safety deposit box $two for water, than refill at bar 5peso or/$ to have blood presure taken. Food good at times, do not aske a Greman . ... many return. Brisas Santa Lucia: Brisis st lucia

The Brisis hotel is totally worth what you pay. Just finished 4 days , what a way to relax! Everyone goes above and beyond to make your trip enjoyable. Rooms are fine, very comfortable bed. Buy bug spray! It rained for about an hour and the mosquitoes came out! The restaurant was so so, there is always something to eat. Spanish coffees are great! Swim up bar, you can't go wrong. Club Amigo Mayanabo: Beautiful Resort

Rooms were bright and clean,pool was large and the people were amazing. Beach was great the food was good,coffee was awesome and the beer was ice cold!!! Nice place at a great price.We went of site for lobster dinner and had the best meal ever,people were very friendly and we had no problems.The bus ride from the Cuban airport was a little long but the views were great and we were able to take cold cheap beer on the bus!!!! By noon its a good wind so if you wanna play in the Ocean its best to go after breakfast,then after lunch hit the pool. The entertainment at night was great,singing and dacing and as we went at an off time they still put on full shows every night even for less than 30 people some nights.During the day they would great everyone at 10 am with a goodmorning over the P.A. then start the music.As the day moved along you could get snacks{pizza,burgers} buy the pool,the pizza was great !!The gift shop has a great selection so if you want to take a gift home or if you forgot something they had a little of everything.

Gran Club Santa Lucia: Good Resort

We had a great time at the ROC. Most workers were very pleasant and the entertainment staff were second to none. The place is beautiful and easy to navigate the beach was OK. The only down side was that the children pool and the adult pool were joined and there are too many kids around the swim up bar. The food was actually very good at the buffet, first time that i go to Cuba and enjoy the buffet. If you go to Santa Lucia you should book the water excursions first thing, because you never know [... read more] when they will be cancelled for reasons like wind or motor will not start.

Club Amigo Mayanabo: LOVE IT!!!

Best hotel ever, food is good, staff are super friendly, a lot of fun, beautiful views , nice beach, nice everything, the shows at night are soo good. I recommend this hotel to everyone, I will go back one day thats for sure. LOVE IT SOO MUCH!!

Club Amigo Mayanabo: Another fun time!

This was our fourth time at Club Amigo Mayanabo. Things haven't changed much, still excellent service, excellent coffee and pretty good food! Lots of fresh fruit and omelettes in the morning. Lunch and dinner were a bit more repetitive this time around but that may have been that it is toward off-season. Never was a fan of the nightly entertainment however, which seems not to have changed much. No more cheesy shows please! Its nice they have something to engage the children but it goes on too long. And men dressing up like women as comedy is out of fashion. All in all, a great place to go and relax. We enjoyed the Playa Bonita catamaran/snorkeling/lunch trip very much.

Club Amigo Mayanabo: Amazing resort!

Love this resort! 5th time here, always treated great. Small resort but treated like family by all! Food is good, beach is nice, drinks are flowing, what more could you ask for! I had a suite and it was big, most room are a little small but you don't spend much time there anyway. Spent 2 weeks there's and will definitely go back!

Club Amigo Mayanabo: Great experience

This was the third visit to this resort. The personnel are great and the resort has continually improved. From the cafe con leche in the coffee shop in the morning to a late night snack the menu is both filling and savoury, the variety over a two week period was ample. The ice cream is amazing and the service welcoming. If you're looking for a laid back location to read a book on the beach and just relax Club Amigo Mayanabo is an excellent value. Hotel Caracol: Very satisfied

The ground is not bad though not perfect. The rooms after the recent renovation are very good especially the shower toilet area. In fact the rooms have three enclosures: 1. the entrance room with a sofa, an armchair, a refer and the exit to the balcony with a small table and two plastic (brand new) armchairs on it. 2. the bedroom with a new AC and a new TV. 3. the wash room. The entertainment here is one of the best. One has to take into consideration that the majority of the guests now are from Italy though we got along with them very well. The Canadians are represented by a much smaller number of guests than two years ago.

Hotel Caracol: Best Holiday Yet

We stayed Mar 30th-April 6th 2017. We received a warm reception from check-in staff and porters.The free bottle of sparkling water was appreciated but needed a bottle opener.(none in the room).This was my second visit to Caracol and the 4th for my companion so we knew what to expect from the suites which are newly renovated and up to date.As I have mobility issues the walk -in showers were a must for me and thanks for the rubber bathmat.Thanks to Rosa our maid.The beach was beautiful and easil [... read more]y accessible.We swam every day. Thanks to the beach staff who set me up with a chair ever day as loungers are difficult for me to use. The Animation team was terrific,very friendly and provided lots of activities on the beach every morning.Something for every one from darts to dance lessons.Night time entertainment was very good.Plenty of choice at the buffet and great wait staff.Had 2 great sessions with David the masseuse-highly recommend. Everyone we met were also enjoying their vacation at Caracol. Thanks to all the staff .We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

Brisas Santa Lucia: Great Value and very Comfortable Resort

We found Brisas Santa Lucia to be the perfect sized resort. Our mother travels with us and she isn't able to walk great distances but everything was convenient and easy for her to get around. All areas were well maintained and clean! Most of the staff were friendly. The entertainers were exceptional! They provided different activities throughout the day at different areas of the resort and were incredibly entertaining and hilarious (Carlito specifically). The buffet offered a great variety of different food but I was particularly impressed with the lunch buffet and the large salad bar. The chef preparing omelettes and eggs at breakfast is extremely talented and well worth the wait for the specialty order. We went to one a la carte restaurant and although the service was great the food was not very good. The salad was tasty but the remainder of the meal was either overcooked or cold. I highly recommend the horseback ride. It's only $15 cuc and worth every penny. Raul was very friendly, funny and incredibly accommodating. He also organized the horse and carriage tour of Santa Lucia for us which was also very reasonably priced and most enjoyable. One thing I really thought was fantastic was to find out that the resort cares enough about their staff that their families could come and visit them when they are working many days in a row. My fondest memory will be the reaction of one of the entertainer's son when I gave him a toy and his face lit up and he promptly hugged and thanked me. His day was made a little brighter but my vacation was made at that very moment. I look forward to returning to Brisas Santa Lucia!

Brisas Santa Lucia: Amazing and friendly resort

The resort had the friendliest staff, good food and a beautiful beach. The pool activities were fun and the nightly entertainment was such a good time. Would go back just to see all the employees that work around the resort.

Brisas Santa Lucia: 4 th time on this Resort

The main reason we go back to this beautiful place is the beach and water. Walking on the beach is my favorite thing to do in a vacation and on this place you can walk for 1hr each way. The water is amazing for children . For 30 ft in the water is about 2 ft. The kids swim with the fish. Safety, No pollution. Is like a different world. .Leave the worries at home and you will have a great vacation. If you like fancy rooms and fancy foods, this is no the place for you.
