Ocean Coral Spring: Still in the works

Hotel was very nice. Rooms very spacious and new. People working there were very nice. Resort is not completly done. Two restaurants were still under Renovations. The lazy river was also not open. Construction going on in many areas of the resort. For what we paid almost 2000. A person was not worth the money. The beach is terrible and i am a beach person so very disappointed. We had a good week as we made the best of everything. This resort needs at least another year to complete everything. [... read more] I do have to say food was very good. So overall 50/50. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Best Choice in NEGRIL

Book Hideaway section or Diamond Club. You will be not disappointed. Don't go for the cheapest room without any privileges. Trips to Black river + and YC falls, Sunset catamaran to Ricks Cafe with snorkeling is a must.

Club Ambiance: Outstanding Staff and Service

This resort is small in comparison to most, and if you are looking for fancy lobbies and thick plush pool towels then you might want to go elsewhere. But this resort has a heart of gold and it’s the staff, and by the end of our stay we felt like family and will definitely be going back. Food was great and the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay amazing.

Melia Braco Village: Amazing Resort!

This is a beautiful resort with outstanding restaurants, beautiful grounds and fantastic customer service. This was our second trip to the Melia Braco and we can't wait to make it a third. If you can, I suggest you upgrade to the Level. This is the premium side of the resort with ocean front rooms, an enormous hot tub, lovely pools and an exclusive beachfront outdoor restaurant. No need to get here early to hold your spot on the beach. The entertainment at the resort was very well done (too bad the piano man is not there any more). The jerk chicken and pork are outstanding at this resort and the steak restaurant is fantastic! We had a couple of issues with our room initially but thanks to the hard working staff and the especially the help of Gloria (guest relations manager) it was corrected. If you're looking for a great resort with awesome food and beautiful beach look no further! We will be back this year.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: HORRIBLE 3RD AND 4TH STAY !! LAST 2 OUT OF 4 VISITS DISGUSTING

From having to kill cochroaches in our room, to the tubs not working to the very loud screech every time we flushed our toilet to the filthy dirty halls with extremely badly soiled carpets throughout to dirty dishes being left on hall tables directly outside our room for 4 days at a time to drywall/plaster in the stairs we used multiple times every single day not being cleaned up until our 8th day was unacceptable. The first couple times the issues were handled/fixed immediately with great results. But the last 2 times not even close to our first couple experiences here. We go to Jamaica every year for our anniversary, this was our 25th anniversary. We arrived to a room that was just freshly used, bathroom not cleaned, the towels all used and wet, the bed soiled, the fridge completely empty. We immediately went back to the front desk and waited for what seemed an hr for a new room. This time we were taken to another building and the view was beautiful but the room was awful. We requested soooo many times for a room change and were told to report to the front desk after breakfast one morning for our new room keys and info, when we returned we were told they didn't have any notes with anything we mentioned. Feb. 14th our 25th anniversary, we go to get in the jacuzzi tub and it doesn't work in fact it starts spitting out gross grey water out of the button so we had to get right out of the tub. Last year the wires caught on fire and filled our room with a terrible smell and smoke, we had to go out on the balcony and wait for our room to clear. From our first visit to this visit the vacations have been night and day, 100 % complete opposites. To save and spend $10,000.00 at this resort is soooooo sad and disappointing and a complete rip off. After this visit I would only have negative things to say about this resort. Not to mention when we left last visit we left an entire suitcase filled with things for a local person that hung out on the beach. He never received our suitcase. The person, the resort employee, whom is still there NEVER gave our gift to this person. The employees that are selling time share or whatever they're doing are relentless and don't leave you alone, from the second you get there, it's unbelievable actually. Every time you leave your room they're at you trying to get you to have a meeting with them to sell you something, (guessing time share). Not to mention how rude they become when you stick with your "no thank you". The staff were told how important this vacation was to us and never even made an effort to make it special even though we were told they would. I'm sure there are many other things I can say but I'm sure you get the jest. If you want to waste10 GRAND of your hard earned money to stay in a room with cochroaches you have to keep killing, tubs that clearly don't work, toilets that are broken, and staff that 100% lie to your face and really don't care about your stay at all then this is the place for you ! We finally realized after multiple attempts going to the front desk to get anything done that staff are clearly told to lie to you just to get you to walk away from that counter, I have no other explanation for this other then that. As it was many different people we spoke with and each one said that they would make notes and not 1 single one of them did. Jamaica is such a beautiful place, don't waste your money on this place.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Nice resort

Quick check in, good food. Stayed on the Jamaican side. Rooms a little tired but no issues other then rooms was double booked, but was quickly resolved.Rained everyday, however mornings were good. I love Jamaica. People, they are so friendly.

Sandals Montego Bay: Top notch trip!

This was our 17th stay at sandals hotels. Our first time at Montego Bay and this was the hardest trip to say goodbye on. We met so many people who work there that our incredible people mainly our butlers Nasha and Cameal ( sorry for the spelling) so many amazing friends we got to meet on this getaway. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: JAMAZING TIME!

The hotel staff were all great, and super friendly. Special Shout out to some jamazing workers though, Stringbean with the activity crew, Jevon at the bar and Evette in the dining area. We connected most with these 3 and they were nothing but phenomenal. Also if you have a chance to go to the japanese restaurant request Merrick, hands down the best chef/performer I have ever seen at a tapanaki restaurant and I have been to quite a few. My only negative here was that our room smelt of mildew, I dont think there is enough bathroom ventilation and so humid in there due to weather and moisture. Food was delicious, temperature was hit or miss sometimes. Ton's of variety in the buffet for all. Al la carte Restaurants were good too. Japanese was our favourite but we had a yummy tenderloin at the steak restaurant and loved the ravioli at the Italian restaurant. Went to the disco once, we had a good time. Saw some shows which were pretty good a magic show and Michael Jackson. Lots of activities through the day to keep you busy if that's your thing. Thanks for everything!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Resort, Beautiful People

The resort was more than we hoped for based on some very negative reviews. Wonderful views. Huge rooms. Food was good - a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly always smiling and helpful. Grounds and buildings were continually being cleaned and manicured by staff. There were two small beaches....sufficient for our needs, but, I am not sure if beach lovers would be completely happy since they weren't very big. BEWARE OF AIRPORT SCAMS - A man wearing the same uniform as our shuttle driver loaded all of our luggage on a trolley and would not let us take our own bags in spite of people asking to take their own bags. He told everyone not to touch them. He then forced our busload of people to follow him into the airport. Upon arrival at the West Jet counter he told us it was time to "Pay Up" He was very aggressive and people were pulling money out of their pockets to pay him. My hubby refused since he had already given the bus driver a tip and believed it was the same man. The man was bordering on abusive. We did NOT pay him. 2. West Jet Reps at hotel were not pleasant or helpful (they appear to be more interested in personal phone calls than helping people)..West Jet Check-In Rep - not friendly- no smile, no eye contact.

Riu Negril: Wonderful Resort

The resort was very clean and efficient. Our room was well kept and housekeeping made it special every day. The food was excellent and our servers looked after us amazingly. They remembered what we liked and when to serve our drinks at the table. The resort grounds were well cared for. All the staff were friendly and the entertainment every night was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riu Negril.

Riu Negril: Awesome

Beautiful resort, very friendly staff and excellent food. A great place to relax and chill with a nice cold drink. The Sports bar stays open 24/7 for those that like to catch up on their favourite sports anywhere in the world

Riu Negril: Nice resort

The place was clean had a problem with the toilet the wifi was not that good food was amazing entertainers were very good weather was nice beach was nice alot of seaweed in the water. I would go again.

Riu Reggae: Great Resort

Had a great week. Food was amazing with lots of options to choose for every taste. The service was great. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. The beach is small but there are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone by the beach and near the pools. Would go again. The entertainment shows at night are okay.

Riu Ocho Rios: Riu Ocho Rios. Exceptional Resort

This resort is clean, great atmosphere, attentive courteous staff, grounds well kept, food is excellent lots of variety. I would recommended this resort to others, and I am looking forward to going again.

Riu Reggae: Great little resort

Well kept small resort. Just a short 5 minute drive from the airport in Montego Bay. Beach and pools had plenty of sun loungers available, no need to rush to find a place to soak up the sun. The food was delicious and the wait staff were always friendly. The bars had plenty drink selections to choose from.

Sunscape Splash: Fun resort for our family

This hotel had helpful staff, delicious food and interesting evening entertainment. The Barefoot Grill served jerk chicken in the afternoons each day and Shakira was a very welcoming and friendly staff person.

All the bad reviews are accurate!! Did not receive swim up room. Trouble with door lock and air conditioning. Sewage smells. Very dirty resort and not due to construction but because not being cleaned. Catalonia Montego Bay: great vacation

this was our third time to this resort, food is always good. hotel is well kept and clean. beach is great. Beachcomber Club: get what you pay for

hotel was nice In a week they only cleaned our room once. never changed the sheets and we ran out of toilet paper rooms where nice and big the owner or I should say Half owner was very rude to her staff right in front of us which was terrible. I would not recommend you to do the all inclusive as they ran out of booze every day and food was only served when they where ready which could be any time and again ran out of food. Ocean Coral Spring: Great Stay

beautiful new hotel. very modern. a few kinks to work out as being brand new but the amazing staff offsets that issue. stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. recommend and will stay there again.
