Secrets Playa Mujeres: High expectations, expectations exceeded

Beautiful resort! The hospitality from staff is unlike any other. Grounds, pool, restaurants, beach, all spectacular! Preferred club definitely worth the upgrade! If your looking for the perfect getaway, Secrets is the place!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Deeply dissapointed

Hi and thanks for contacting us...actually our stay at GP was a complete dissspointment: the service was poor, I was full of mosquito bites every single day, no entertainment on the beach or pool site, when i complained about mosquitos the customer service rep sent me to the pharmacy to buy a remedy I will never consider this resort ever again. They used Rafael Nadal name to dub it a 5 star resort...far from that!!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Amazing Resort!

Everything was lovely, from the check in time, to the friendliness of staff to the cleanliness of the room. The food at the Buffet was awesome, with many options and great variations. The grounds are well maintained and everything was really nice and clean. The rooms were really spacious, with a lovely balcony (with partial ocean view), and a stacked fridge (way more than what we needed). The beach was amazing, with warm, white sand and azure water. During the time we were there (Oct. 2019) it was not too busy, so that was absolutely amazing. We were able to find plenty of spots at the beach in the morning and at the pool in the afternoon. I would highly recommend the place, and i hope to return next year!

Le Blanc Spa Resort: Fantastic resort- honey moon recommended

A shout out to all the amazing staff at Le Blanc. Jose and Alan from Blanc Luna. Anna from guest services, Cesar from the Italian restaurant. Daniel (Danny) and Baldemer from luminaire. Especially our butlers Mario and Emanuel from the 4th floor. Everyone from our spa services, but we can’t remember their names. The Michael Jackson show was amazing and it was not only a perfect honeymoon but the best place to celebrate this special time. Can not wait to come back!!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Great trip

This resort is beautiful. Everything is clean and very well maintained. It’s grounds are immaculate and the staff is very friendly. The food is always fresh and abundant. I would highly recommend this resort.

Occidental Tucancun: To an intimate hotel, thanking for hospitality.

We should like Occidental Hotel to know how immensely we enjoyed our travel in Mexico couple days ago. Apart from the good food and entertainment that you so good provided, it was your hotel that gave me a satisfaction that is to last a very long time. Temptation Resort & Spa: This place is (optionally) wild!!

For some reason, the late-night leather bound spanking parties (all 100% optional) seems to translate to the friendliest atmosphere you can imagine. I went as a nervous solo and was adopted as a vacation puppy by a lovely couple within hours of arrival. Sailing every day was just fantastic. (thanks Manuel). And the “boob cruise” is an overly innocent description for what happens on that boat. But so much fun that everyone must do once. Riu Dunamar: Spectacular vacation retreat

This hotel is amazingly clean and the staff very helpful, from the first welcome to addressing any concerns that may arise during your stay. We walked the entire grounds and not once did we notice anything seemingly out of place or untidy. You definitely will not be hungry or thirsty at this resort, from the well stocked fridge in the room to the several bars and restaurants, there is always something available to keep you hydrated or full. Park Royal Cancun: EXCELLENT

this resort was simply amazing, nothing to complain about, we enjoyed every minute of staying at this hotel, staff was very kind and pleasant, food was incredible and weather phenomenal. I recommend this to anyone, no matter age.....

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Excellent service

I really enjoyed my stay here. It in the hotel zone which it close to all the nightlife like the coco bongo and all the night clubs. The spa is amazing. Haven Riviera Cancun: Best resort by far !!

I took the serenity club upgrade and did not regret it. Swim up room, great services and many extras! The 30 minutes hydrotherapy treatment as complementary was really appreciated. The situation of algae on the beach and in the ocean on the Riviera Maya Coast was almost forgotten!

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing resort

I must say, moon palace cancun was an incredible resort with top shelf service. The only thing I would say is, I had to pay for an upgrade to the grand moon palace while the rest of my group (10 people) did not and were upgraded for free. That said, having to pay the upgrade did not play a role in how I feel about the trip. I would definitely go back to visit the grand moon palace! My 15 year old son thoroughly enjoyed his trip as well did I! Sean.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Marginally Nice, could have been much better!

The hotel was nice but worn down in areas and needs an upgrade. There are too many rooms/peoples to be accommodate in thé common areas, and we were there in low season. The quality of the food is quite variable and food items are recycled from dinner to lunch and breakfast. The drinks are often watered down. The hotel presentation (not mandatory but highly recommended by them) was I appropriate and uses as an opportunity to sell client further vacations

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Beautiful

I had the pleasure of staying at the Atelier Playa Mujeres resort in Mexico with my husband last week. We stayed for 10 days. We were more than pleased with everything about the resort. The food is outstanding and the staff are the most pleasant I have ever encountered at a resort of this caliber. The rooms are new and very well appointed. The views are amazing. I felt completely safe at this little piece of paradise. I would not hesitate to travel to this resort again.

Riu Dunamar: Great resort...!!!

The resort is fairly new 2017?) and this is reflected in the room décor and layout that we had. The grounds, pool and beach amenities were comparable or better than some other beach resorts that we have stayed at in the past. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The few requests that we had were promptly attended to and followed up for satisfactory resolution. The food was quite good although appearing a little repetitive to us at times.

Very clean, excellent service, beautiful beach. Restaurants were really good, and rooms were amazing. Public bathrooms always clean. Pools were always clean as well during the day people were constantly cleaning them. Beach was clean and very beautiful.

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: Hard rock cancun amazing

The room was amazing, the food and the drinks of the resort was top notch. One of the best foods I ever had . Family oriented resort.They have one big pool across the resort. The beach bar is amazing get drinks while you lie in the sun. Premium liquor as well (black label).

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Amazing Honeymoon!

Our stay was amazing! We went for our honeymoon and it was exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing yet still a lot of activities to participate in and very close to all the activities outside the hotel. The restaurants were delicious and the people were so nice!

TRS Coral: Very nice resort

We were at the resort Sept. 30 - Oct 7, 2019. Service: Service we experienced was in general very good. Staff, from butler to restaurant staff was very attentive, and no complaint. Only place where we weren't impressed was on the beach. We were on the beach for almost an hour before somebody come to provide service. By that time we were tired of waiting as was packing up to go. TRS main pool: apparently lots of people do leave their towels on poolside lounges for a long time without ac [... read more]tually using the chairs. I realize this is a problem for a lot of resorts. really enjoyed the pool entertainment. nothing loud and crassy, very good quality. Food: no complaints re food quality. good cuts of beef for steaks, even had a tomahawk. lobster for dinner in TRS restaurants, although sometimes it tends to be overcooked. some inconsistencies to how dishes are prepared. the same restaurant, same dish can taste quite different on different nights. best and worst lobster dinner both at El Goucho. Grounds: impeccably clean. Room: no complaints whatsoever. whatever was missed (face cloth for one day) was quickly brought to us when we called. same as mini fridge items. One serious suggestion: this is the only 5 star resort we went to that doesn't provide a single malt scotch. as I am a scotch drinker, that was a big disappointment. Conclusion: over all, we've enjoyed this resort. Biggest + for me is lobster dinner almost every night. biggest - for me is they do not have single malt scotch. Others, like consistencies in the dishes they serve in the same restaurant, would be good. improvement in the drink service on the beach would be nice. I would go back if I come across a good price.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Not a luxury Resort.

We stayed at the Secrets Playa Mujeres from September 20th to 27th (room 2201). Went there for our 5th wedding anniversary. When we arrived after registering we were welcomed by Leo from the VIP services, thanking us for choosing the resort for our stay. He explained about the $200 resort credit and how to use it and also wanted to book some time for the “welcome breakfast” the next morning. We had arrived early afternoon and was starving so went to have lunch at the Seaside Grill. Service  [... read more]was very slow and after almost half hour waiting still did not get my order, had to remind the Manager again and even when the meal came it was not a listed on the menu, again had to call him over and showed him what was supposed to be served. That was our first impression of the service so far. Next morning when we met with Leo for the “presentation” said to him we are not interested as the service we received so far was disappointing so we would not waste his time. He apologized profusely and said that “we will make it right with you”. We even showed him the email we had sent to the Customer Service a few weeks before we arrived stating that we were spending our anniversary there and showed him there was not even an acknowledgement of the email. Again promises and nothing materialized. He actually asked for a copy of our Marriage certificate. (We spent our previous anniversary at the Beloved Resort, five minutes down the street and the service was completely different). We received a call in the room a couple days after from Jennifer asking about our stay so far, again we voiced our disappointments and was told we are going to make it up to you, again nothing. So overall, our experience with the front desk was not great, they spend too much time trying to sell you their “unlimited vacation packages”, the staff around the resort itself went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home but again the front desk service sucked, they even lie to you to get you suckered into the sales pitch. I personally would not go back to this resort or any under the AMResorts brand, while this is barely a five star resort, definitely not a luxury resort. If you are in the preferred club you may be okay but if not it’s not worth the money. For a true luxury experience try the Beloved in the same complex.
