Luxor: Nice resort

Room house keeping was always problems Out of my six night stay , I did not get room house keeping services. Up on complain at front desk , say we have about 5000 rooms so you have to call house keeping service from room , we are not responsible for it. Room key was not working initial three night , after compliant send lock smith in midnight to fix. Very horrible, I will never stay here again. Very horrible experience,resort & casino is nice but poor services

Excalibur: great time out

We read some bad reviews but we were very happy with our room; it was big, clean and quiet with a very large bathroom. I love a tub but a few days it didn't matter with just a shower. Wish Vegas rooms had coffee makers in the rooms but we just brought our own.

MGM Grand: MGM Grand - Visit Sept 7-11

The MGM Grand was a fair place to stay. There was nothing really wrong with the room. It was a standard type room nothing fancy. The shower drain ran really slow, so when your showering the water pooled several inches around your feet, but eventually drained after several minutes when done. I did not report it. I was not impressed at the fact there was no coffee maker or fridge that I could use in the room. I requested a fridge but they were going to charge me 25 dollars per day. I refused t [... read more]hat therefore was stuck with nothing. Not even a kettle was available without being charged. Paying for hot water is ludacris. I my opinion these are the little things that please guests and make them want to come back and stay at this resort. I've been to Vegas in the past and stayed at The Cosmopolitan. There was no comparison to these 2 resorts. The Cosmo had everything a standard room should have (fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kettle - upon request with no charge). The good thing about the experience at MGM was that I expressed my opinion to hotel management and they had waived the ridicules (35 US dollars per day - tax included resort fees). I'm still not clear on what the fees are for? Wifi perhaps?? I could not rate the stars accurately for the food section below because I did not eat at the resort. I always ate out. Therefore I could only assume the food is fair.

Planet Hollywood Resort: Planet Hollywood

This hotel is a good deal for the price its clean and well maintained. Locations is central and has lots of stores and good food to enjoy. The casino machines could be updated to newer versions and they seem to eat you money very quickly. Overall I would stay at the Planet Hollywood again as I really like the location as it is close and across the street from the very luxury Hotels such as the Bellagio and Caesars Place.

Encore Las Vegas: Loved everything about Encore!

Upon walking in to Encore, the staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating. The food in every restaurant at Encore and Wynn was exceptional - the buffet had so many choices and everything was delicious. We stayed in the King Suite with the Panoramic view of the strip. It was clean, spacious and luxurious. We spent the days at the pool and enjoyed the sun on the lily pad and one night we went to their club which was on a smaller scale but really good. Encore Las Vegas: Beautiful top end resort

the grounds were top notch the food (buffet) not as spectacular as advertised the Mandarin in ontario better selection and quality would have liked an outdoor bar to sit at at night pool locked up and couldn't find a lounge to enjoy the ambiance and people passing by would stay again but try to find different places to eat and sit at night

The Palms Casino Resort: Wonderful stay at The Palms!

We were so impressed with our stay at The Palms. The staff were amazing! We had some requests for the housekeeping staff over our 6 day stay. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and prompt! Front desk, concierge and shuttle staff were amazing also! We got to know our shuttle staff by name (Terry and Nate). They truly made my daughter and I feel like part of The Palms family. We made use of the food court every day. Had a good selection of choices. We ate at the 24/7 cafe twice and were ver [... read more]y impressed. We also ate at the Cafe 6 restaurant at Palms Place. This restaurant is a "must do". The hamburger and chicken tenders were the best I have tasted. Thanks to Anthony for his suggestions! We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The Linq Hotel: Good resort

The Linq is a very clean and beautiful hotel. the front desk manager Craig was excellent in people skills and was by far the only staff I can applaude- thank you. The lady that did our room made bed tossed towels in bathroom all week never vac rug after some food had been dropped. Close to many shows we picked they were great. Food in Vegas very expensive! In cascino they are not fast to bring a free drink that is all the cascino in that area. Paris Las Vegas: The best location

Paris hotel is the one of the best hotel in Las Vegas .Having a best location and near the best hotels let visitors enjoy to stay and spend times in Las Vegas. The environment is the another reason to bring excitement to chose for staying.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino: Perfect Hotel

I was in a premium room, it was great no complaints everything worked. However a microwave in the room would really have helped. The view was great we didn't get the strip side as requested but the mountains and golf course we're beautiful. It was very convenient to take the monorail to the strip. The pool however, not at all what I had expected; overcrowded and mostly just children.

Aria Resort: Beautiful resort

We enjoyed our stay. Spending time around the pool area was the best. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and i enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay at the aria again.

Flamingo Las Vegas: Good for the price

Great location right in the middle of the strip. The rooms (we had a "Go Room") were basic but functional and fairly stylish. We did have issues with the bathroom door coming off it's tracks. We had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed and it then came off the track again before we left but it wasn't a huge issue. We did have to pay a large resort fee that came to almost $100US for 3 nights but because we had gotten such a good price for the trip we weren't too upset. Also the pool is very adult themed with a DJ every day, a long lineup and few options for loungers that are not cabanas which they charge for.

The hotel is new, modern and clean however it lacked some of the basic amenities as a better quality hotel. Location is excellent and restaurants are really good. Hotel was a bit Smokey probably because of the low ceilings. The crowd was young and the hotel was always very lively.

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Unprepared for arrival

When we arrived on the red eye (already tired), we were told our room we booked over 8 weeks in advance was unavailable. We had selected and paid for an upgraded room. We were offered to move from a lower grade room the next day which would interrupt our plans so we stayed where we were given. We were told on check in that if we decided to stay in the room assigned we would be reimbursed for the 4 day upgrade. This did not happen. The next day when we talk to the gentleman at the desk he sa [... read more]id it was not possible to reimburse our upgrade fee and all they could do was reimburse 3 days of our resort fees. I found this to be unusual as the supervisor the night before had informed us differently. He went to his supervisor who would only reimburse the resort fee for 3 days. In my opinion the staff need to be given clearer instructions on how to deal with issues as they arise. When we finally got to our lower grade room neither key card worked and I had to go back to the desk for new keys, all of this also happened to two others in our group. I was not impressed....

Horseshoe Las Vegas: good times

great services ,rooms were large ,food was good a little pricey ,lots of new slots to play .I would stay there again .Went with a bunch of ladies and the area to play was easy to find each other when needed ,access to Paris hotel and monorail to visit other hotels

Quickly placed into our roomsSpacious rooms friendly staff clean gambling area. Nice restaurants prices.comp breakfest was a bonus.Would go back anytime . looking forward to playing there again in the future. Very beautiful venders a little pushy but just doing thier job. Miss it all ready.

Park MGM Las Vegas: Decent Resort

Resort is decent, rooms need to be updated and are very basic/small. They should look at offering a fridge for the room as it's very hard to keep drinks and food cold, especially since there is a $30 resort fee per night.

Flamingo Las Vegas: Sympa but noisy, great location

Room Ok . Really nice pool and gardens. Hallways and elevators outdated. Pretty noisy lot of loud music, party people at night in the hallway and couple fighting after a party. Good view. Really good location. More like a party hotel.

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Amazing first time in Vegas

The location of Ballys was excellent. It was close to many of the most popular resorts (i.e. Caesars and Bellagio) and was an excellent price. Our casino and lobby was not as impressive as others but again was significantly cheaper than others and had excellent customer service. We were upgraded to a suite for the first night since no other non smoking rooms were available. For the inconvenience we had 2 resort fees taken off of our bill (60 US dollars). We also got fantastic advice from the con [... read more]cierge regarding where to eat, buy tickets for shows and the grabd canyon and where to shop. It was an amazing first time experience and we will definitely be back at Ballys. I would definitely recommend this resort. I now love Vegas!
