Riu Flamingos: Beautiful

I just came back from a one week vacation and really enjoyed it. I loved the location, I walked 2 hours a day and felt very safe. The beach was amazing as well as the water. The sunsets every night we're absolutely beautiful! The resort wasvery clean, loved the food as well, especially the Italian restaurant. The staff were very friendly and were always smiling. It was great!

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Beautiful scenery and wildlife

My husband and I really enjoyed the wildlife, rio lento (lazy river) and the ocean. The downfall is everything is spread out so lots of walking, although they do have shuttles. The buffet food wasn't the greatest either.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Beautiful Resort

Everything at this resort was beautiful. The food was amazing as was the service. It was very clean and the grounds were immaculate. We had an amazing first time all inclusive experience at a resort. Absolutely no complaints about anything and I am very particular - so it must have been great!

Selection Riviera Cancun: relaxing holiday

Service was excellent. The best food I have ever had at any alinclusive resort. Not really much night life to speak of. The beach isn't that good for swimming, great if you like wading in the water. They work hard to keep the beach free of seaweed, nice to walk along. From the front desk to the servers, to the maids everyone was polite and always had a smile. Take care of the people that are taking care of you that's my way . The beds are great so are the showers. Secrets Vallarta Bay: AWESOME RESORT !!!!

WE HAVE BEEN TO SECRETS PV TWICE NOW AND LOVED IT JUST THE SAME AS OUR FIRST VISIT, BUT THEY HAVE CHNGED TWO THINGS WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT BACK FOR TRIP 3........ -NO MORE COLD CANS OF BEER ON ICE IN A STEEL COOLER NEAR ACTIVITY POOL. -ALSO LAST TIME THEY SERVED FOOD ON A SURF BOARD IN POOL BAR WHICH WAS A NICE TOUCH.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Prestigious Resort

Spent our 10 year wedding anniversary spoiled by the friendly staff, carefully crafted dinners, crozy modern room and stunning views all around. Glad we had a swim out room to enjoy and relax in the cabanas all afternoon. A++++ Resort

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Simply said : Go elsewhere, save your money, worse than two star !

Where should I start... 1. Bad location 2. Mediocre service 3. Food choices: bad 4. Speciality restaurants : horrible 5. Amenities: worse than two star 6. Access to services limited unless you upgrade to some "BS" royal club. 7. Tours and excursions: overpriced as compared to what they cost outside the resort. 8. No beach at all !! 9. Tiny pool with a congested swim-up bar. All in all, I suggest you, readers, to go elsewhere. Not worth the money. Probably we would have had more fun  [... read more]and entertained better had we booked a regular hotel in the city of Playa Del Carmen and ate where ever we wanted and did what ever on our own.

Grand Sunset Princess: Great Resort

Amazing place! Good food, entertainment and staff! Enjoyed every bit of the trip. Great place to go for a get away vacation. Resort has so many activities to do. Can easily book tours outside the resort.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Excellent Service

This resort is well kept and the pools are excellent. My kids had a great time playing in the kids area. The rooms were a little small so upgrade if possible. However, the service of the staff was excellent. Enough can't be said about the staff (waiters, bartenders, lifeguards) and their attention to details. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing trip

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Awesome resort. Well laid out with pool, beach and restaurants

Resort only 4 years old. Location has the best beaches in Mexico. Ocean was always calm. Breakfast and lunch restaurants were located all near beach and pool area. 5 min walk or a 2min golf cart ride to the dinner restaurants and entertainment area which were at the main lobby area. This eliminated any noise from the entertainment areas for the rooms. All the food at the restaurants were top notch. No reservations required.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: 3 starts resort

This resort requires preventive maintenance, pool and hallways in the building are deteriorated. Lack of maintenance in the pool even sometimes low recirculation of the water in the pool created grease spots

Occidental Cozumel: Beautiful resort

Amazing resort with beautiful landscaping. Kids loved the pool and the resort crew and activities. Half days excursions were fantastic. We went for snorgling and fishing and saw all kind of fish: Dolphins, stingrays, octopus,... definively a resort for nature lovers.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Fantastic in every aspect

This resort has everything for everyone . It is clean upkept modern and stalked ... plenty of pools bars and restaurants filled with excellent attentive friendly staff. Took the bicycle trip to Puerto Morelos with Johnathon which was great but you didn't need to leave with plenty of activities and entertainment planned on the grounds. Looking into a return trip already

Riu Santa Fe: Decent Resort but Terrible Service and Food

This resort was beautiful, great location and great accommodations. However the food on this resort was absolutely terrible, i expected better and was disappointed. Even the A La Carte restaurants were crap, not even close to being good. Also the service wasn't as good as I hoped, waited a long time to get little things done, like extra towels. They move at their own pace and there's nothing you can do about it. The last thing that really surprised me was that you can't go into the ocean from th [... read more]e beach......the tide is strong and the waves are very high. The lifeguards constantly keep ppl from going inside because of the danger.Aside from all that, had a lot of fun at the resort...but would def pick another place to stay at next time im in Cabo.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa

Our family visited this resort at the beginning of July for a week, and we had an extremely pleasant time (Arrived on July 4th). The grounds are very good (everything is well maintained, great view of the ocean from the swimming pool area, everything is walking distance), the food is good (lots of choices), and the beach was very relaxing and chairs were always available. The rooms were upgraded to the privilege section and we were pleased as well. In addition, the coffee shop was very enjoyable and it was fun to have afternoon tea and sweets there. The fourth of July dinner and the Mexican dinner was a hit- we loved having dinner in the open air. Entertainment went on every night and was excellent quality! The only thing we would like to suggest is to improve the cleanliness of the dishes in the buffet and restaurant, was not the best level we've seen so far. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be interested in visiting again!

Moon Palace Cancun: Super amazing place

It was our first time at Moon Palace -Sunrise, Cancun (actually recommended to us by our Tripcentral agent). We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from check in to check out 😊!! All the staff was exceptional, the food was always fresh and delicious, the rooms and the grounds were spotless, so clean. We travelled with our 16 and 14 year old girls and they had a blast. The fabulous entertainment team (Sunrise side) of Francisco (Poncho), Ana, Patrizia, Daniel, Roger, Larissa, Maria, Alfredo, Sero [... read more]nimo, Abisai, Jorge, Fermin were all exceptional they kept everyone entertained and involved. The activities were fun and the team especially Francisco, Roger, Ana, Abisai and Daniel were wonderful. We will definitely be going back!!

Riu Palace Las Americas: Just breathtaking...

This resort was so beautiful. It was literally like living in luxurious paradise! No words. The entire outside of this resort is white, pools are blue and the view is amazing! We went for 3 nights 4 days in July ( past week) and it felt like 3 weeks. July has to be one of the hottest humid times of the year in Mexico - I would recommend going during another month where it is much cooler, for your own sanity. I am Indian so I would have preferred more spice and flavor but never the less, it is still yummy. Their buffet area has an amazing view however there is a lot of pesky wild crows that find a way in (despite the netting) and pretty much eat the buffet with you lol. Not a huge botheration but do not leave your food unintended.... because its no longer your food now. Beach - white sand and very clean. There were specs of seaweed but hey! its the ocean. It is how it is. If you don't like it, then there is always the pools that overlook the ocean also. Rooms - clean but get very moist because there is not much ventilation. Did not like the bed cover too much. It felt really heavy, old and an almost moldy color blue but luckily I brought my own sheets so I made due. Overall, I do not have any concerns with this resort. It was an absolutely beautiful trip.

Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun: Wonderful place

I love the resort concept of the pools winding through all the villas. The food and restaurants were all excellent. The service staff, were for the most part, friendly and accommodating. The grounds were impeccably clean and beautifully manicured. I love the beautiful flowers and variety of plants and trees that perfectly framed the villas and public areas. I wish the groundskeeper are compensated for their hard work which often goes unnoticed, unlike the servers and bartenders that get tipped e [... read more]very time.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Beautiful.resort

When entering the resort it is visually beatuifil. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was very nice comfortable bed and great shower. The steak.house and.Italian alcarte were great we upgraded to star prestige which was very nice. For.us the only down side for this property was way to many kids. From.here on in its adults only for.us. Shout out to.Raul our concierge he was fantastic

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Great resort

It's amazing for family trip ! So manny things to do, we will definitely be bringing the whole family next time. We enjoyed the spa and gym area. So manny pools. The beach was spectacular. We loved the food and the buffet. The only thing I would say is do not forget to bring long pants if your are a man as it is required for special restaurants.
