Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort!

Just to say that all staff were amazing. Great hotel and they gave us an amazing room. The people working there are enjoying their work and were so friendly. Usually we like to try different resort but we're thinking of going back there next February. No complaints. I don't understand people complaining about a crack in the wall or buffet food. It's a resort where there's a lot of people going through during the year. You shouldn't be spending your time looking at paint chip in the wall.  [... read more] The most important is to have a very clean room and a great pool. Melia Braco Village: Inviting and cozy!

Melia Braca was indeed a village. The set up was pleasing to the eye. The two storey buildings scattered on lush grounds, which were relatively easy to navigate upon arriving. Rooms were nicely updated. Our room in particular was PERFECT for my elderly mother since it took us steps to the lovely beach. We received mixed information re daily towels. Service was extremely hit and miss. Most of the staff were super upbeat and friendly, which made up for spotty service. Jamaican night and beach night were nice.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Very Dissapointed

This was my third time to this resort, and will be my last. I was very dissatisfied with to line ups at every resturant. We made reservations for a particular one, and upon arrival were told we had to be on the outside terrace, rather than inside where it was cold and comfortable chairs. We looked in the resturant only to fine half the tables empty. When we questioned why we couldn't be inside, we were told that they were reserved for members that may or may not show up. We arrived one morning for breakfast, and waited in line only to be told that the resturant was full, and we would have to wait until a table freed up. Then we were told that another location was open for breakfast, so we left the front of the line to try the other location. Once we arrived, we found it wasn't open and would not be open all day. We have now lost our place in line and ended up not getting breakfast that morning. When we arrived at approximately 12:30, we were told our room was not ready and that check-in was at 3:00. This is not a problem for us, as we totally understand, so we said we would go to the lounge and wait. At 3:00 we went to the check-in only to find out the room still isn't ready. We were with two other couples that were in the same building, so we asked that if we went to one of there rooms to wait, could they send the pass key to their room. No problem, they would do that. after repeated calls to the front desk, we finally had to go down to the front desk and get the pass key to our room around 5:30. I would not only not recommended this place, but would discourage anyone that is considering it. As I said, this was my third time here. The first time was excellent without any issues. This last time was plagued with issues. NEVER AGAIN.

Riu Montego Bay: Excellent vacation

Excellent food and staff! Everyone went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy and they succeeded. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and early every day. Drinks were generous with liquor. Buffet had a large variety daily and the restaurants were also nice. The entertainment crew were amazing with guests and evening shows. Will definitely go again.

Riu Reggae: Great trip!

Stayed at the Riu Reggae for 1 week. The rook was nice with a little balcony. We were on the first floor with a garden view. The view was some trees with a big wall behind it, but it was nice and quiet as it was away from the main beach/pools/stage etc. The food was decent, buffet was good. Our favorite restaurant was the Kulinarium. The drinks were great and the staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and fun. The entertainment was okay, very talented dancers!

I had an amazing time loved the resort and the people. Would strongly recommend to others. I liked the food and the accommodations were very nice it was well set up and very organized and all the people were helpful. Loved it

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great resort and very friendly staff!

The hotel was great. The staff really made the difference and took care of us all week with a smile. No big lineups meant walking into dinner with very little wait times. The rooms were very modern and had lots of room. I really appreciated the big hot tub in the room. The 24/7 no charge room service option is a great idea.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Royalton Negril Review

My family (two parents two kids ages 10 and 12) stayed at the Royalton Negril this February 2020. Very nice resort, great food, great beach, wonderful staff. The vibe team(entertainment crew) and fitness staff made this resort very memorable for all the right reasons. We stayed in the diamond club section, which allows access to a quieter end of the resort, although there are still daily beach activities with the entertainment crew. If you are looking to have the kids entertained, while you read a great book on the beach, then this is the spot.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Incredible Resort Experience!

This is a gorgeous resort with beautiful grounds, lovely pools, a beach protected by a rock barrier, and wonderful food. It is truly a special all-inclusive experience. Dietary needs are accommodated, the staff are all highly professional and kind, and the entertainment is also great.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort

I loved this resort for its size. I never liked resorts where you have to take a cart to get anywhere or you have to walk quite far between buildings. This hotel is right on the beach and the pools seem to be so close. The children's play area and pool is away from the other pools. The bars are well stocked and the bartenders are friendly and will make you anything you want. This is not a rowdy place. People were having fun without the falling down drunks. The food at the Buffet could have been warmer, but, no big deal The pillows on the beds needed to be "much more fluffier" ie new pillows All in all I loved this hotel, and would gladly recommend it

Coco La Palm: Awsome resort

The resort was beautiful. The staff were awsome and very friendly and helpful to your needs. Close to all your needs and expectations. The food was great the beach was gorgeous. Rooms were very clean and updated.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Awesome clean resort

Great food! Clean spacious rooms. Lots fun activities. Staff polite and courteous. One complaint is if you don't wake up by 7:30-8 am to get a lounge chair by the pool you will not get one for the rest of the day. People put towels or books on chairs to reserve then leave and don't come back for hours. This was frustrating for me.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: nice resort

Grounds are nice. Rooms average. Food is good. Pool area is large with 3 pools but Beach is small. Need more seating at pools. Large kids pool and play structures. Good entertainment most nights. EXCURSIONS expensive and most not worth the money. Very friendly staff.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Jamaica: Ya Mon!

Had a great time in Jamaica, awesome culture and weather. Pools and beach areas were great. Rooms a bit outdated at White Sands but good overall. Enjoyed excursion to Dunn’s River Falls - a must do! Food was great lots of selection but very busy and hard to get in at peak times for dinner. Zen was also a great experience. Wait staff and bartenders were great, check-in and customer service could have been better.

This was a beautiful resort. The beach was amazing, and there were always lounge chairs available at the beach and around the pool. The food was good. The staff was great. The entertainment was okay, could have been better. Would definately go to this resort again.

The drive to the hotel was long (over an hour) but we would do it again because we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This hotel is huge but very well laid out with areas for adults, families and kids. Although the hotel was overbooked, it did not seem crowded. There were plenty of chairs around the pool and on the beach, both in the shade and the sun. The beach was sandy and the water clean. The food was very good overall. We found the choice of cocktails somewhat limited. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the entertainment. The weather was fantastic (hot and windy) everyday. We had a great week!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very good

My opinion. Very good food entertainment, beautiful grounds. Nice guests. Ac a bit warm but a lovely view. Staff in dinning rooms and buffet fantastic. Sunset grill needs a bit refinement but ok. Beach is fun! My only negative comment is that the bartenders could be a little more curtious. Ya mon. All good. Irie mon.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Loved this resort

Food was great, staff amazing and looked after every need. Resort was spotless, only draw back from trip was experience at the airport, from the time we landed until we got to resort was 4 hours and had to pay $5 per beer on the bus while we were waiting for people to get through the automated system. Will definitely make me think twice about going back to Jamaica

Couples Tower Isle: always a blast

We return to Tower Isle as much as we can, and always enjoy everything it has to offer. Food,Ocean,Staff are the best. Atmosphere is vintage which we love! Hotel was built in the 1950's and the décor is from that era. Garden tour is amazing with Hayden, he explains all the wonderful plants and trees. Liquor is top shelf and bartenders attentive.See you soon Couples!!!

Riu Reggae: Resort was great

Really relaxing, food was good, ambiance was great. Would recommend to anyone. Beach was beautiful and service was awesome. Great games along pool every afternoon and shows at night were entertaining
