Grand Palladium Colonial: Our Favourite Resort

This was our third visit to Grand Palladium Colonial. We were there in March, but usually we arrive in April. As always, it lived up to our expectations. It is indeed a beautiful resort. This resort has very friendly staff and wonderful grounds with lots of sights to see. The room was always cleaned very early in the day and we appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping staff. Since this was our third trip, we were very familiar with the resort offerings. This was entirely a rest and relaxation trip for us - Grand Palladium Colonial was the place to visit, a place for us to enjoy. We spent the entire week on the resort enjoying the food, drink and company of the other travelers. It has something for everyone and we have plans to return again in the near future.

TRS Turquesa: Excellent vacation

The accomodations were exactly as advertised. Beautiful room and the jacuzzi tub next to the bed was a nice touch. They had 3 bottles of premium gin, rhum and vodka for guest use in each room. The main pool and beach area were top notch and each building had it's own pool and bar. Dining was really good in the Turquesa restaurants (steak diane, lobster, rack of lamb etc). Grand Palladium Palace: nice but too big

a lot of variety,but too big especially when u have young kids.u need to take the train regularly to get to your points of interest. the kids club is amazing u never know where u will end-up staying .our reservation was for the palace but we ended in another part ,they didn't even bother to tell us it wasn't the palace. nice staff,but very anonymous and regularly pushing for tips.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Amazing vacation!!

We travelled as a family for a wedding. The resort ended up being much more than anything we had imagined! There was something for everyone!! The staff were fabulous! The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful! The food was wonderful. We actually enjoyed the buffets the most! We would definately return!!!!

TRS Turquesa: Beauitful resort!

Hotel grounds were beautiful.We were put in the wrong room the first night and were moved the second day so we had to pack everything again!Staff were very friendly!Meals were good,drinks were good as well!Only problems we had was the balcony door would not lock and our shower door needed to be adjusted because there was an inch gap in the closing and the floor would get soaking wet!All round a beautiful hotel,just a couple of room maintenance problems.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Resort

Food was very good, rooms were clean, pay the extra for the white bracelet it is worth it. Had a great time. Would recommend this resort to anyone, even has an adult pool with its own bar area. Main pool is huge.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Awesome Resort

First time in Mexico, and loved it, clean and friendly. Loved, Loved the Grand Palladium, very clean, super staff and most of all they had hand sanitizer in the buffet before u entered in and they changed out the cutlerly every so often, for us this was big. Lots to do and will go back again. Thanks to ALL THE STAFF WHO MADE OUR TRIP SOO ENJOYABLE D & T from N.S. Canada

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Awesome resort

The room was great, the a la carte's and buffet were amazing, the grounds were well kept, the pool was huge, "the biggest pool I've ever seen". I can keep going on but no need to say we had a great time. Obviously there were minor issues like any resorts. But we achieved what we set out to achieve, and that was to relax, enjoy the views and have a great time.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Not what we expected!

Room was ok but the bathroom was bad. In the bathroom selling was brocken, lightfixture was brocken and rusty the shower did not use at all got chills when i opented the shower door...jacuzzi tub was new and had a pull out shower...the pillow case and bed sheets had moled on it really bad for someone with allergies and asthma. When we got the room was not clean properly....box of cigarets from previos clients in the room. Asked for a new room and got one on the lady hamilto side and same conditi [... read more]ons ... So we did not take a new room supervisor came in the room to see the issues and asked us to give them 2hr...the room was spotless and maintainece issues were fixed but still did not use shower. For the rest of the stay rooms where cleaned twice a day. This was villa 21! My parents stayed at villa 20 and was ok room! The 3 buffe restaurants they have on site hade the same food for breakfast lunch and dinner and no new choices the next day so eating same breakfast and lunch for a week. A lacarte was 1 hour wait and another 45min until you get the food. One morning the salad bowel was black filled with small flies ... Just discussting! To summe everything up they take all the money and do not invest anything in the resort. My parents stayed two weeks and after we left resort had inspection and changes where made. I would not go back there! I have been othere countries and this was by far the worest I have seen ... After all we got a free couple massage from the resorts managar and 300 west jet dollars to use towards our next vacation!

Excellent hotel.. Very clean.. Staff always willing to help ..great food and drinks ..always something to do ..will go there again ..excellent entertainment ..spacious rooms pools are very clean......

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Awesome Resort !

I had never been to Jamaica this was our first trip The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort and Spa was absolutely beautiful ! Staff were very friendly and accommodating , rooms really good size and very clean grounds were well kept . Really enjoyed the Spa services , food well what can i say it was excellent loved the beach bar at the Sunset Cove you order off the menu :-) Jerk Hut on the beach was a favorite amongst the group ! Came back early May and started the planning for next year .There [... read more] were 19 of us in the group and everyone enjoyed the resort .I will definitely book another trip at this resort

Grand Palladium Palace: Beyond my Expectations

This trip was a present to my daughter just finishing her Master's Degree. We both needed a place where we could relax, unwind, and enjoy the landscape and setting. We felt safe and taken care of the minute we walked through the airport and were brought by shuttle to the Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area and culture. They made the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied. I am a vegetarian and had ample choices of restaurants, meals and healthy selections of fruits and vegetables as well as protein. The waiters and waitresses recognized me and brought me special treats as I also did not drink alcohol. My daughter on the other hand enjoyed the variety of tasty meat dishes enhanced by the right wine or refreshing beverage. This was the first time I went to an all inclusive and I will definitely do again.

TRS Turquesa: All inclusive vacation at it's best

We honestly had the best all inclusive vacation. We connected with the staff with such friendliness that they will dance with utmost enthusiasm on seen us. We stayed at the premium suits which entitled us to excellent food included lobster. The grounds are expansive with well manicured lawns. It's like a beautiful city.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Family Resort!

We had a great time at this resort in April 2014 with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 3. We truly really enjoyed everything about the resort. The kids had a blast at the splash pad, on the waterslides and at the kids club. We all loved the nightly shows, the food and the grounds. It was clean, well maintained and large enough to keep you busy. Yes, there was a lot of walking, but we like larger resorts. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Beautiful Resort, But Disappointing....

The resort itself is beautiful. Gorgeous buildings and well maintained grounds. It is a huge resort, but there are really only 2 nice beaches. Both a distance from the buildings on the Grand Palladium side. There is only 1 jerk hut, which is always packed and the chicken isn't even that good compared to other jerk chicken I've had. Lots of restaurants, but confusing as they all have different hours, dress attire, and/or reservations. A resort map would have made things much easier! We also had a leak in our bathroom ceiling coming into the hot tub and they would not let us change rooms. The pools were nice, but all in all the resort definitely was not what I expected for a four star.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Great resort

Super resort. Great food and beach was breath taking. Of all the spots we have been over years, (12) this resort is the best. Great selection of restaurants. We were a group of six and everyone truly enjoyed themselves.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Our Dream Vacation!

This Hotel was totally amazing! The worker's were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The huge white pillars, beautiful pool area and variety of entertainment and restaurants made it a dream vacation. Our room was nice, had a huge bed with French doors to the balcony, a Jacuzzi and television. There were a variety of Restaurants from Italian to Chinese with delicious foods. The only thing was I wish there was more sand and room to lay on the beach. Food and drinks were easily accessible and always made with a smile. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fantastic!

We had a great time on our vacation to the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort and Spa in February 2014. The grounds were beautiful, staff were friendly and the food was amazing!! There was a great selection of off-resort tours as well. I did read some other reviews that talked about all the walking. We stayed in one of the furthest rooms and it took a maximum 2-3 minutes to walk to the lobby.

TRS Turquesa: A Little Peice of Paridise

The Royal Suites Turquesa was by far one of the best resorts we have ever been too. We have been to 17 previous resorts. The grounds were well maintained, you can tell why when you see all of the work they put in every day. We only ate at the restaraunts and the food was fantastic, can not comment on the buffets as we did not use them. Great beach and pools. Hotel rooms were very impressive. Maid survice and butlers #1. All staff was helpful.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Resort!

This hotel was clean and the grounds nicely kept. Loved the variety of food available. The beach was beautiful as well. I liked that we had access to the other resorts. There were paths for walking as well.
