Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Incredible Resort!!

I almost don't even know where to begin... The Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya is absolutely stunning! The hotel itself has a ton of character, the Staff are incredible, and the rooms were impeccable! Moving on to the food... the food is insanely good. My wife and I determined that if you cannot find something to eat (that you like) then the problem is NOT the Resort, it's the patron!! Grand Palladium Kantenah: Wonderful Resort

The room was great...very clean, best maid service ever, always a beautiful sculpted art piece from towels....beds super comfy and also the pillows...lots of hot water for showers...the whole resort was kept clean and repairs always being made...food awesome...pools beautiful and warm....beach in front of our resort kentanah was nice...the odd large stone, but easy to see...waves very soft ...enjoyed our 9 days there...would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Perfect getaway

This resort was a perfect getaway. The property is immaculate .It was a great time to go as it wasn't very busy. The service is excellent, the food amazing. I can't really say anything bad about this Resort. We aren't Beach people so we spent most of our time at the pool where Jazmin looked after us all day ( with a smile) .Yes there was some seaweed on the beach but no big deal .we will definitely be back

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Had an Amazing Time!

This hotel and resort were amazing! It was clean, the grounds were stunning, the staff were incredible, the food and selection were delicious and the room was gorgeous! As this was my first ever vacation, the only negative thing I have to say is that I wish I had done my research to find a resort that had pools opened past 6:00. That was a little disappointing, but not the resort's fault at all!

Secrets Vallarta Bay: Simplly paradise!

We stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort in April 2017. The resort is top notch, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. The room is clean and the bed was great. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back!

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Barcelo Maya Beach

We had amazing days in this resort. Everything was perfect. Just a couple issues, I couldn't sleep at night because the hallways was noisy every night by some drunk people 😉And the second issue was about room service, the wet towels was in our room after they clean our room. And our fridge didn't full every day. Thank for everything Colleen.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Five star for sure

Traveled April 22, 2017 for a week. Had a lovely ocean front room. Food was fabulous as were the drink choices. Great weather and the beach was very nice except there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water whenever the water was rough. Staff were perfect and everything very clean. Say hi to Roselea in the sports bar from Canada. Perfect person for the job. No problems getting a lounge on the beach or by the pools.

Dreams Huatulco: Dreams

Excellent seafood, decent vines, clean area. Friendly people servicing my needs. The best part is the climate, you can trust (considering the time of season). Warm and clean water, Unfortunately very strong undercurrent to enjoy a safe swimming. Not far away from the airport.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Fabulous resort

This resort had the best food, wonderful entertainment and delightful people. Very clean resort and very comfortable beds. The staff were always helpful and the tour guides on our excursions were more than amazing. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the staff who were tricking us into signing up for time share. I had a full day of travelling and was very tired when we arrived. Arrived at the resort at 12:30pm and had to wait for our room to be ready at 3:00pm. We had no problem with  [... read more]our day of travelling and were trying to wind down before dinner and were approached by staff trying to sell time shares and forcing us to sign a meeting schedule. The next morning our villa, we then had a concierge bugging us to see if and what kind of deal was given to us for our excursions. I advised that I was not interested and was pursued for most of the week to buy time shares. Quite bothersome and annoying. Other than that we had the time of our lives. Thank you,

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Missing it already

I loved this place! The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The resort had a bit of everything from beach, jungle, animals, ruins and a small water park. I loved how they kept a lot of the natural aspects of the land and wildlife. It's not a heavily landscaped resort. That being said if you plan to swim at the beach I suggest having some footwear due to the rocks. If your looking for something that's a little less luxury resort and embraces it's environment a bit more this place is great. The Mrs and I had a wonderful time and can't wait till our next visit.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Beautiful Complex

It is a well maintained property.The staff is so friendly and helpful.The food is hot and tasty with lots of options.It is not a 5 star but very clean with all amenities.We have stayed here many times and will return at a later date.The small town of Bucerias offers some great dining options.Beach is great for walking with nice sand.I find this resort and area very safe.Hope this helps and I am looking forward to winning a free trip.LOL

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: INCREDIBLE RESORT!

This resort was absolutely amazing. The food, the hospitality, the views. Extremely clean and well kept, and no chance to get bored or have nothing to do! Every possible activity you can think of! Will definitely return. Not to mention how surprised I was at how good of a family resort it is as well. Although we stayed at the tulum (amazing for couples) part of the resort we visited coba (one of the hotel areas in resort) as well and would recommend it to anyone going on a family trip. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing resort

Everything was amazing, the food, the resort, the room, the crowd,and the staff. So much to do at the resort, which means no need to leave the resort. Everyone were really friendly and nice. The beach was a bit dirty.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Ideal for kids of all ages

The resort is really designed for families. Great pools and kids club. Baby club needs some updating and tighter rules re: ratio of adult caregivers to child. Food was ok, rooms were ok. Very good location.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Fabulous time!

This was our second time to the Barcelo Palace, so it's alwasys going to be a comparison to the first time. Two changes that I didn't like: the bedding, and the pillows. Honest to God, the sheets felt like they were plastic, and the pillows were so large they were hard to sleep on. Other than that we enjoyed everything about this resort. I loved the ocean, the on site shopping, the friendly staff, and a la carte meals. The french restaurant was our favorite and we went twice (like we did last ti [... read more]me) A huge shout out to Fernando and Garmi at the French restaurant. Fernando, in my opinion, was the best server on the property. He asked my name, and treated me like we were great friends. Another shout out to Ulises at the adult pool. He made fabulous drinks and was so friendly. We also love the Tokyo restaurant in the mall, and the chef put on a great show.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent resort

The grand Bahia akumal in Mexico was truly amazing,the people went out of their way to help and always pleasant.the hotel itself was breathtaking and the nature around the resort was truly like living in the garden of Eden .definately would go back and recommend this resort. John and margaret

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: A Must Go resort! :)

Very impressive resort! My mom and me were really enjoyed this experience! Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Good place

Pros It's a nice resort with a good layout. Kid friendly with lots to do. The staff are lovely. Breathtaking views. Within walking distance of attractions. Italian and Mexican restaurants are delicious! Cons The elevators are horribly slow when they're not broken. When we were there the zip lining was closed down for more than half our trip without warning which was disappointing since that's one of the activities our son was looking forward to doing. Platinum Yucatan Princess: Great looking on the outside rotton on the inside

Despite the modern decor and outstanding American interior design, the service was lacking for the $1800 dollar price tag. The cab company the hotel endorses never seems to have change for a 20 and the fares are never the same. The rooms terrible air filtration caused aggressive coughing amongst 60% of our 13 person group. I wouldn't visit again.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great beach for a getaway!

The 3 best things about the resort? Staff Beach Food We especially would like to acknowledge Jorge and Roberto for checking us in and out with ease and introducing us to the features of the resort. And Adriana in recreation for being so fun. One of the best beaches for playing and boogie boarding. The rocks are a bit of a nuisance but the waves were great.
