Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton, Jamaica

We had fantastic time, the food was superb the Ala carte restaurants did not require advance reservation as it was first come first serve so many to choose from, the rooms were spacious and very clean, staff and customer response to our needs were very timely, although the resort is very spacious, you had a choice to walk to your favorite spot or ride. We wouldn't have any problem recommending this resort to our family and friends.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing & Beautiful Resort

This resort was beautiful. It was so clean and well kept up on the grounds and interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was amazing and huge. We spent a lot of time relaxing.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: 3rd visit to Grand Palladium

This was my 5th time to the Riveria Maya and my third time staying at the Grand Paladium. I would go back in a heart beat! The newly constructed water park for the kids was an excellent addition to this already beautiful resort. I love nature and did not want to be surrounded by cement and skyscrapers buildings so I really appreciated the iguanas, flamingos, lush vegetation and well maintained walkways and boardwalks. Also, if you have mobility issues the layout of this resort is not ideal.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Resort

We stayed at this resort in April 2014. This resort had a lot of great things about it. The food was good, in particular the buffet restaurants were great. The entertainment was good and the pool is fantastic. Even the beaches were not bad - specifically Sunset Cove. And the rooms were wonderful - with lots of space and the individual villa concept is beatiful. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurants in the evning, which made for uncomfortable dinners some evenings. [... read more] Apparently, it was a power load issue with the Grand Palladium being so far from everything. However, this was overall a great resort with lots of reasons not to leave the resort at all.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: WONDERFUL VACATION

This is a beautiful resort. Couldn't ask for anything more. The staff, food, activities, cleanliness of resort are top notch. There is everything here that a person could want. Have been to many resorts and this is definitely one of the best. Would highly recommend it.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Resort was fine

I liked the pool areas. The restaurants were average, at best. The Indian food restaurant was far superior. To the other locales. The rooms are tired....several broken items(soap dish in the shower, fridge door of hinge) but clean and generally comfortable.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great resort!

We really enjoyed our vacation. There are activities for everyone, my older daughter did snorkeling, lots of fish to see, middle daughter liked the kids club and son didn't want to leave from waterpark. Great beach. Lots of green trees. One small issue we had is lack of towels in the afternoon. So pick your towel up early in the morning.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great Resort

Grounds nicely kept,always working on vegetation.Lobby clean and rooms clean.Service staff very accomodating and friendly.Pools (adult) well kept with great ocean views. Entertainment okay if a little repetitive but well presented and lively.

Grand Palladium Palace: Fabulous

It was excellent good food great pool comfortable bed quiet great bath and whirlpool tub room service was super alcohol was free and abundant breakfast lunch and dinner was easy fast and great tasting and plenty food at all servings

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Beautiful Resort!

Loved all of the space and how open everything was. Food was great and beach was spectacular! Was very clean and well kept. Loved the natural beauty from different plants and animals. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Overall, such a great stay!

Grand Palladium Palace: Overall Great Resort

Ocean view room was good, fairly clean, beautiful grounds, great food. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Staff was accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Special mention to Ginette and Alex in the buffet dining room. Had a superb time and would recommend to anyone. Only thing negative I can mention is certain upkeep needs to be done (i.e. peeling paint, chipped tiles in bathroom and certain tile areas of pool and pool bar.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Nice but HUGE!

The Grand Palladium Kantenah is a very pretty,very large resort.A bonus was that we had unlimited a la cartes. You just got a beeper and when it went off your table was ready-all the restaurants we ate at were very good. The salt water pool was incredible as it was connected to the ocean and all the fish came in so you could snorkel as much as you wanted.The wooden walkways were in disrepair and needed fixing.They had trolleys to take you around the resort as it was so big which was good as some [... read more] of the restaurants would have been a 20 min walk-the are 5 sections to the resort and itis quite spread out. It was over an hour from the airport.We went to Xel Xa for a day excursion and it was breathtakingly beautiful-fantastic snorkelling and good food at the restaurant that was included in our excursion.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great Girls Vacation

The Adult pool was amazing, it had the best view ever. Food was great and a lot of variety, staff were helpful. There was a lot of Drinks options and some crazy good drinks I had never heard of. Can't wait to go back!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Beautiful beach

Our room was located next to pool beach and lobby. Everything we needed was close. By mid week we realized we had access to several other resorts of higher rating. And all a short walk away. The menu and entertainment was of much better quality next door but fortunately we paid considerably cheaper at our resort. The only real problem I found was the shower. Everyone we met felt the same. We had a whirlpool tub which if it would've been cooler or miserable outside we might have used. It was diff [... read more]icult to keep the water in tub. We had to bunch towels around to try to keep water in otherwise you had water running through the room. Overall I felt it was the best bargain for my dollar. To date it's my favorite resort

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Not a five star hotel

We stayed there in February for a wedding. There were no seafood serve in the buffet restaurant. I.e no grilled fish or shrimp. The shower in the room is moldy and smelly. The rooms are noisy . You can hear the doors from the other room closing and opening. I think the price for this hotel is over priced.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Nothing special

The service especially on the desk was very poor. The restaurants were not that good and along line, not organized. The rooms was terrible very old many things not working first the air-condition the fan,the lock of the door then the bathroom also many things not working properly.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: It was ok

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were not comfy either. We found the buffet was just ok but better then the a la cartes. The adult pool could have been better looked After and warmer.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Grand paddulium jamaica

Beautiful place. Food great, staff awesome. If you want great beach or have mobility issues this resort is not for you. The biggest pool in Jamaica but not crowded at all. Loved our room . The location was great. We were in building 11 right by the pool on bottom floor. No bugs in room at all.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Great hospitality and good food!!

I had a great time At the grand bavaro I would definitely go back again ! The people made me feel right at home and the weather was just gorgeous! The rooms were top notch and the service was just as good ! I will definitely be taking a trip back there some time in the near future!!!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great stand alone resort

The hotel was clean and well kept. The food choice was great and we enjoyed the different restaurants. Not a good place for someone that has difficulty with stairs since there are many. We will return.
