Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great Resort

Overall the resort was great! The one big disappointment for us was the ocean water: with rocks, seaweed and the water not being clear, we were unable to swim in the ocean. Even with water shoes there are large rocks that you're unable to see. The beach sand itself, is nice and it's wide. Normally our time at any resort is spent at the beach, this time we had to do pool side. Great selection of a la carte restaurants to choose from, no reservations required except for the the Japanese one. The entertainment staff did a great job, always lots of activities to do, if you wanted to participate. The Casino opened while we were there, it's very nice and the the Ice Cream bar was a great spot, always busy! We really enjoyed the Circus show, and another evening they had a live band playing some great older rock and roll tunes. I would only recommend this resort to people that do not enjoy the ocean.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Near Perfect

What we loved: 1. Food: for an all-inclusive, the food was great! They have a variety of seafood, steaks, and pasta. The à la cartes we're all amazing; the French/gourmet being the group favourite 2. Staff: everyone is so friendly. You don't have to worry about theft at this resort. I wouldn't have been scared to leave my safe unlocked. The service is absolutely wonderful. We saw tons of turtles and stingrays. What needs improvement: 1. Pool: the main pool is never clean or clear. The tile is very slimy and it leaves a weird feeling on your hands when you rub up on it. The tile is green in some spots. They need to start scrubbing the tiles and adding more sanitizer to the water to make it clear. A swim up bar would also be nice but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. All in all, this vacation was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

Occidental Tucancun: Wonderful Resort!

Great all inclusive resort by the beach. Clear skies in low 20s. Ocean a little choppy but warm. Rooms well maintained and cleaned often. Several choice restaurants. Voucher reservations for ala carte a bit of a drag. Went as family with pre/teens - not a lot of activities òther than the pool. Spa service excellent (Thx Magda). Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort: Great resort

The rooms are very clean food is great grounds are very well kept the staff is wonderful I would go back to this resort. Just 10 min walk into town. Sports bar staff was amazing they had the leaf games on during play off and cheered along with us

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: GREAT RESORT

This vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I just wanted to to relax. The staff were all amazing with great service. When they greet you they put their hand on their heart which I learned meant service from their heart. The rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too hard for me.

NYX Hotel Cancun: Would Recommend and Return

A few things missing were the customer service at the front desk, access to all-day drinks and non-domestic drinks (unless you upgrade), but all in all, the servers/bartenders/bellhops were wonderful! The resort is gorgeous and very clean. The beach was beautiful and the food, oh wow!! Some rooms were good for the value, but not 5-star.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Wonderful Resort !

This resort is amazing. From the amazing food and restaurants to the fine attention to detail of the grounds. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been to this resort twice and have been recommending it to friends and family since. Thank you Azul Fives for the great vacation .

Barcelo Karmina: Great resort

Resort was clean rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lots for the kids to do. Food was good only complaint was the pool chair availability. Rules of the resort were no reserving allowed yet people would throw towels on chairs and disappear for hours on excursions. Once we talked to security we found out we can just move them and take the chairs if they don't show up so we did. Resort was full and very busy but overall was a great family holiday.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Beautiful resort

Lovely, clean rooms, could use dehumidifer. Mayan people beautiful, helpful and hard working. Warm waters, cool sand, a small swimming area with some rocks, lots of sea weed but they do a great job racking it up. Spacious Pools and good food. Enjoyed my visit. Would give it 8 out of 10.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great stay overall

We stayed @ Grand Bahia Principe Tulum from April 11-18th with a group of 12, 6 Adults and 6 children. Overall our stay was great, very nice place and huge....lots to do but we had some issue during our stay. My wife, my nephew and my older brother got sick with very bad vomiting and diarrhea, it’s likely the food from the buffet at Tulum main lobby area. But I have to say in general the food is good especially @ the snack bar and the la cartes. Booking the la cartes is a very slow process a [... read more]nd my experience with one of booking staff was not good ( long story). Overall the staff @ Tulum and Coba is very nice, friendly and they work very hard to entertain you. The rooms at Tulum was nice but shower door, phone and TV was faulty. My biggest disappointment is the BEACH, lots of seaweeds at the time, lots of rocks most part where you cannot swim and just a small area was designed to swim. We will go back to Grand Bahia Principe in Mexico but not in a hurry.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Excellent place to go.

If you like big resorts, this is the place for you. Many activities possible on the resort itself as well as outside the resort. You can visit a few places by taking the collector bus which is very easy and inexpensive. The food is fantastic, the place is very clean, the employees very nice and helpful. Wonderful vacation spent with my family.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Good Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed the Holiday Inn. The service was excellent, the price was the best of the all inclusive hotels, the rooms were clean, the grounds were the best around, the pools were clean, and service at the meal times was superb, the cab service was very good. We have only one comment regarding the buffet meals. The food left uncovered soon became cold.We liked many items but they were cold so we didn't eat them. Allegro Cozumel: Amazing Resort

All is perfect!!! We are impressed of the resort stuff doing just perfect job. The a la carte restraunts are amazing. We suggest Italian and Oriental - delicious food. The beach cannot be better - the best place for snorkeling,diving and just swimming. We will definetely return.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Wonderful resort.

We loved this resort. Had a great time. Grounds were beautiful. Very well maintained. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend a swim up room. We were in building five. In my opinion the best section of the resort. We stayed there most of the time. Beach was beautiful. Very rough though. We only spent one day on the beach. Our swim up pool was so much fun. Paulino our waiter was the best I've ever experienced at any resort. He kept the drinks flowing all the time. Bro [... read more]ught lunch and snacks poolside everyday. Always smiling. The main pool was beautiful with two swim up bars. You could walk to all the restaurants. Nothing was far. But there were golf carts if you wanted a ride. I can't say enough we had a great time. Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Not for those seeking adults only

Great beach and the restaurants are good if you can stand screaming kids. Room service not good we had to call for towels almost daily. The morning we left we ordered breakfast from room service it never came, we called for the bell boy but thirty minutes later we had to struggle with our own suit case up three floors to the lobby with my wife having a broken arm. This was our second visit to this resort but standards have really slipped in six months so we will be looking elsewhere in future.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Worth the money

All in all it was a great resort! Food was plentiful and good. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only negatives and there not that bad is that the resort is very busy. Maybe because it was the easter long weekend. The water along the shoreline on the beach was almost unusable. We were told it was a seasonal problem with weeds. About 40 feet into the water and several feet thick. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Won't return there!!!

The staff is great.. The a la carte restaurants are awesome. Our room was great but had a horrible musty mold smell. Had to cover our nose all night. Beach had 4 feet high and 10 feet back of weeds!!!

Vamar Vallarta: nice resort

very clean resort...helpful staff.....had fun playing Frisbee and participating in the games,contests....great food....only complant was with air transat rep... not showing up for our Friday orientation meeting...I got the front desk to call the rep. with the number that was on our card..number was out of order...so could not get hold of anyone...would have liked to book a tour there and ask questions...thanks to the air Canada rep..he was there every morning and answered some of my questions.. [... read more].he was a big help...I now know who to book with next time......
