Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Awesome

Stayed April 13 to 20th. Hotel is one of the best resorts i have stayed at. Food was fabulous. Stayed in penthouse; was fantastic. On the down side; they do play the towel game on beach and pool chairs. Mostly french canadians seem to be doing this. The smoking in lounging areas is just gross. Other than that; this place is gorgeous

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: We Loved this Resort!

This resort was amazing and surpassed our expectations for vacation as well as our wedding. The grounds were beautiful and everything was very natural. The staff were so kind and always greeted you with a warm smile. I feel very fortunate to have had our wedding at this location.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: A fun and friendly resort!

We came to this resort for a family wedding. The wait staff for the dinner and reception April 18 were wonderful. It was Anita and another great young man, whose name I forgot, who helped keep the fun going. Our room was large with a balcony we enjoyed ,that looked over a wooded area. The rooms were well kept and the mini fridge restocked daily. We enjoyed the friendly staff and their helpfulness. Samuel the bartender was great as well as the bike tour guy and the concierge . The atm [... read more]osphere was relaxed and they were always accomadating at restaurants to put tables together. Also thanks to Edwin at the Mexican restaurant for making a family birthday special. It was a good holiday!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Very beautiful resort

Everything was wonderful, not too far from the airport , staff was very friendly well dressed and clean and helpful. The place was very well maintained beautiful looking and very clean food was amazing .

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

What a beautiful hotel! There is always something going on, weather it's a reggae party on the beach to bbq's for lunch with events, they sure go all out. Great entertainment every night as well. Rooms were a great size and we had a beautiful ocean view room. I enjoyed listening to the waves every night. We also took advantage of the golf and played 3 rounds at Vista Vallarta and 1 at Marina Golf Course. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Looking forward to returning.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Our best resort after 40 years of travel !

Our room ocean front was great, the service was superb all around, the grounds were beautiful . The food, whether in the cafeteria or the specialty restaurants, was very good. And of course the weather was great for the full 7 days.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: great resort

Food and rooms were great. The only drawback was that there was no don't feed the animals signs by the pool near building #6. The animals that are similar to racoons have tripled in population since our trip last year. These animals were harassing us for food by the pool. Other than that , service was great except for the servers by the pool restaurant. the servers had a bit of an attitude.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Very Impresed!

Luxurious hotel that offered quality service. All employees were fantastic, they went above and beyond to make sure you were well taken care of. One of the best all-inclusive experience. The food at this resort was outstanding. The rooms were excellent, very luxurious. The sunsets every night from our balcony were just gorgeous. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how beautiful PVR is. We will be returning to PVR since we enjoyed it so much. Thank you to our travel agent Cassandra Royle fro [... read more]m Trip Central, for strongly recommending this resort for us. She selected the perfect vacation for us. If she didn't recommend it, we wouldn't have gone.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Fabulous trip

The resort is very large, clean and beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and included a great variety both in the buffet and st the a la cart restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and the wedding venue was amazing.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great Resort

Overall the resort was great! The one big disappointment for us was the ocean water: with rocks, seaweed and the water not being clear, we were unable to swim in the ocean. Even with water shoes there are large rocks that you're unable to see. The beach sand itself, is nice and it's wide. Normally our time at any resort is spent at the beach, this time we had to do pool side. Our room was Eden swim up, which we really enjoyed, rooms are beautiful, all the staff very friendly, please to assist [... read more] you with anything. Great selection of a la carte restaurants to choose from, no reservations required except for the the Japanese one. The entertainment staff did a great job, always lots of activities to do, if you wanted to participate. The Casino opened while we were there, it's very nice and the the Ice Cream bar was a great spot, always busy! We really enjoyed the Circus show, and another evening they had a live band playing some great older rock and roll tunes. I would only recommend this resort to people that do not enjoy the ocean.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Near Perfect

What we loved: 1. Food: for an all-inclusive, the food was great! They have a variety of seafood, steaks, and pasta. The à la cartes we're all amazing; the French/gourmet being the group favourite 2. Staff: everyone is so friendly. You don't have to worry about theft at this resort. I wouldn't have been scared to leave my safe unlocked. The service is absolutely wonderful. We barely had to get up for drinks all week. Shout to to Maria, and Oscar! We miss you 3. Beach: the beach is rocky  [... read more]on the right side of the resort but on the left side, its crystal clear and blue. There is a lot of sealife and we spent a lot of time snorkeling. We saw tons of turtles and stingrays. What needs improvement: 1. Pool: the main pool is never clean or clear. The tile is very slimy and it leaves a weird feeling on your hands when you rub up on it. The tile is green in some spots. They need to start scrubbing the tiles and adding more sanitizer to the water to make it clear. A swim up bar would also be nice but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. All in all, this vacation was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Catalonia Maroma

4/5 stars!!! -Relaxing one week getaway -Great for young families and couples -I appreciated the small scale resort-different -Food was great and staff were wonderful -Rooms were clean but somewhat dated -Really enjoyed the dancing and entertainment on the beach during the evening; day time activities provided on Beach and by pool -Loved the two times we had lunch (paella)made and served in the Beach -loved the fruit and veggie in a cup made available at food truck by the pool and the  [... read more]juice stand on the beach-real fruit and veggie juices -FYI- late March and early April, anywhere you go on the Carribean side...watch out for the seaweed...was a little disappointing especially when we were awaiting to see Maroma Beach which was rated as one of ten most beautiful beaches in the world -thanks Catalonia!

Occidental Tucancun: Wonderful Resort!

Great all inclusive resort by the beach. Clear skies in low 20s. Ocean a little choppy but warm. Rooms well maintained and cleaned often. Several choice restaurants. Voucher reservations for ala carte a bit of a drag. Went as family with pre/teens - not a lot of activities òther than the pool. Spa service excellent (Thx Magda). Beach kept clean however needs umbrellas! Hotel a short ride from airport and behind Kukulcan mall. Excursions at least 2 hours away. Overall wonderful experience rec [... read more]ommend it. Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort: Great resort

The rooms are very clean food is great grounds are very well kept the staff is wonderful I would go back to this resort. Just 10 min walk into town. Sports bar staff was amazing they had the leaf games on during play off and cheered along with us

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Family Resort!

The grand Bahia principe Coba was a perfect for Families. This Resort was exactly what we were looking for for a family vacation. That's all the feedback I have about the Grand Bahia Principe Coba. Thanks

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: GREAT RESORT

This vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I just wanted to to relax. The staff were all amazing with great service. When they greet you they put their hand on their heart which I learned meant service from their heart. The rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too hard for me.

NYX Hotel Cancun: Would Recommend and Return

A few things missing were the customer service at the front desk, access to all-day drinks and non-domestic drinks (unless you upgrade), but all in all, the servers/bartenders/bellhops were wonderful! The resort is gorgeous and very clean. The beach was beautiful and the food, oh wow!! Some rooms were good for the value, but not 5-star.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Wonderful Resort !

This resort is amazing. From the amazing food and restaurants to the fine attention to detail of the grounds. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been to this resort twice and have been recommending it to friends and family since. Thank you Azul Fives for the great vacation .

Barcelo Karmina: Great resort

Resort was clean rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lots for the kids to do. Food was good only complaint was the pool chair availability. Rules of the resort were no reserving allowed yet people would throw towels on chairs and disappear for hours on excursions. Once we talked to security we found out we can just move them and take the chairs if they don't show up so we did. Resort was full and very busy but overall was a great family holiday.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Beautiful resort

Lovely, clean rooms, could use dehumidifer. Mayan people beautiful, helpful and hard working. Warm waters, cool sand, a small swimming area with some rocks, lots of sea weed but they do a great job racking it up. Spacious Pools and good food. Enjoyed my visit. Would give it 8 out of 10.
