Riu Tequila: Loved this resort!!

The grounds were beautiful! Service was great all around from house keeping, to waiters, reception...! And the food was amazing not a day we were there were we disappointed!! Hope to be back there again sooner than later :) Thank you To Riu Tequila for an amazing vacation away! Miss it already!!

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Great Resort! Would Definitely Return!

I booked this hotel last minute "Deal of the Day" so entry level room. I travelled on my own and it was important for me to go to a 5 Star Adults Only Resort. 30 Minute Shuttle from the Airport. Room was ready at check in. Large suite room, top floor overlooking one of the quiet pools. Mini fridge in room. I was in Block 5 which is quite a walk to the main areas which was fine as I like the exercise. Pools. Main pool quite lively and loud. Was there for the first day and ended up at al [... read more]l of the quiet pools for the rest of the week. Very friendly staff EVERYWHERE. Pool bar service exceptional. Never had an issue with getting chairs as long as I wasn't too picky on location. Food was very good and plentiful. Lots of options at buffet which is avail breakfast and lunch only. Mar the greeter was so friendly everyday! Sit down restaurants for evening. Men should bring long pants and closed shoes. Never had an issue with having to wait for dinners either. I tended to eat before 7. Loved the piano in the Bordeux Restaurant. Service hit and miss there. Bars were really well located and the best of any resorts I've been too. Brendi at the Veranda Bar provided exceptional service. Beach wasn't anything to write home about. Lots of seaweed and sandbags to preserve the beach. If you aren't too picky about it you will be fine. Lots of lounge chairs there. Cesar/Masseuse at the Spa was great. Enjoyed the yoga most mornings. Never got to the bike tours. Lots of activities you can join into. Would definitely recommend going and I would go back if the price is right.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great experience!

No complaint's. Checked off all our boxes. Food: Good. Staff:Good. Resort: Amazing Rooms: Good. Overall we had a great time and if we decide to come to Mexico again the Grand Bahia Principe would be our first and only choice.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Huge resort to cover, falls slightly short on deciphering the goods of 5 star luxury.

The hotel itself is pretty grand. Beaches are a disappointment, food could have more flavour and zest. A la carte meals were much better. The Medeterrian and Japanese restaurant are a must to try. A/c in the room wasn't working as expected.

Sunscape Dorado Pacifico: WOW

From check in to check out was great , the SERVICE, grounds and all the people we met were great . The waters were rough but that didn't bother us was great to see and hear the power of the crashing waves. Like to add the town was nice to visit being right across the street Thanks again

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Amazing resort!!

We recently got back from 7 days at the Azul Fives Resort and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The resort grounds, staff, service, food, pools - were second to none. Absolutely amazing. The beach was beautiful too however quite rocky and wavy, especially for our toddler but it wouldn't deter us from coming back in a heartbeat!

Riu Emerald Bay: Smaller than usual, but great all around

This was the first time to the pacific side of Mexico for us, very nice hotel, very friendly staff with great service. Our room was nice and had amazing views of the ocean and peninsula. Shirt ride into the city short walk to a really cool water park. Only downside is that we have been to the Caribbean side twice prior to this where the hotel grounds are much larger so we were expecting to enable to take a couple hours to wander the resort and see the sights....ended up being a five minute walk  [... read more]lol. Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Excellent 2 week Vacation

Hotel dated but very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. Food was fantastic at buffet and the a l'Carte restaurants. Beach was gorgeous and right there soon as you walked out of the hotel. Swam in the ocean everyday. Enjoyed yoga daily and water aerobics. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Wonderful Vacation

We just returned from this resort on April 10th. It was a very nice vacation. We travel to the Mayan almost every year and have been to several resorts. The property is very clean and the rooms we amazing. We were upgraded upon our arrival to a bigger room which was nice. They did an amazing job everyday cleaning the room and putting clean supplies in. The transportation between the resorts was timely and never really had to wait. Food was great with lots of choices. We ate at a la carte e [... read more]very night which we booked on arrival. Our butler Fausto helped us with a few needs we had right away. Miriam at the breakfast buffet looked after us every morning and was very quick to remember all the little things we were looking for. Near the end of the week they set up breakfast outside which we loved. The other staff member that needs special mention is Oscar one of the managers. He was very helpful and attentive to all the guests. I would definitely return to this resort.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Truly amazing new resort

Travelled as a couple Mar28 - Apr 4 ( with a group of 46, from Ottawa,) (Travel arrangements with Trip Central-Rachel Lennie- Mktg , and accompanied by Manager, Groups , Barry Tomlinson) Room 8325 - Oceanview- Awesome , perfect, good location The staff at the resort are all top notch, friendly and timely service, and good memory for what your favourite cocktail / cervesa was!!! Alot of kids at this resort, which of course greatly reduces any chance of obtainin [... read more]g a lounger after 830 am., and forget about snagging a palapa- The number of large families greatly outnumbered us "couples" - and explained why for any type of adult entertainment - piano bar, music , non-existant- unless you go to Secrets next door. Room service every morning 730 am sharp -yes, always exactly on time!! And so easy to order (the evening before, using ensuite ipad!) Impressive service. Beach was very, very nice, and....once you passed by Secrets(next door)......... endless white sand beach with no resorts ! Windy though, so remember the return walk-into the wind- ha, ha. (just take an extra cervesa with you) The grounds and landscaping at this resort are perfect-beautiful. I guess the new era of "boutique hotels/resorts" has also hit Mexico! - miss the vibrant /bright "mexican colours" like we've seen in past! And yes, I miss the beach vendors -where you could get a couple of Tshirts,and a coverup for $7. Rather than the resort store - wanted $25US - for one ,,,,,no bartering ! Oh, and $21CDN for bag of chips!!!! And be sure and bring lots of sunscreen, pills, bandaids etc - no shopping at all except for the mega overpriced store - We are not big or fussy eaters so I dont want to comment too much on the restaurants, none were really anything spectacular, dont know why they dont have an Italian one (although there is one at Secrets.)

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Great Resort

This is our first time at this resort thanks to Michelle Turco, Trip Central and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good - we ate mostly at the A La Carte restaurants - Italian was my favourite - Mexican not so much! The grounds and pools were very maintained, the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was good but the tub needed some work due to mold around the edges. The buffet was also good for breakfast as well as the Rancho Grande for lunch. Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Loved it'

If you're looking for luxury, this is not your resort. But if you want clean rooms, good food, well kept gardens, pools, beaches and fantastic people, this is the place to go. We loved heading into Bucerias daily as well. We will for sure return!

I can't begin to express the amazing time we had at this resort..started with the effortless check-in to the service from the staff from all the restaurants, and servers from the pool and beach. I would recommend this resort to anyone, I will not hesitate to return.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great resort

This is our 3rd visit to this resort. The only change is the addition of the adult area, otherwise the resort is same as in the past. We think this a great resort and will be returning to ( Akumal) again.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: amazing place

the staff the grounds the food every thing is great about this place. if you like small intimate places this is the place . after a couple of days you start to know the staff by name. everyone goes out of there way to say hello

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Fun resort!!

The resort was awesome but would have been better if it had a swim-up bar! Staff was very friendly there was no disco at night however the swing bar/ black and white bar and they have a beach party were all great additions instead that keeps it different. :)

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Another amazing stay at the Valentin

This was our third visit to this resort and it was amazing just as the first visit was. Each time we visit we find they are always changing/improving the resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccable. The food is very good and they offer premium alcohol. I can't say enough about the staff. Starting from the conceirge to bell boys, waiters, grounds keepers, entertainment staff, cooks, hostesses, cleaning staff. These people are friendly and will go out of their way to have a conver [... read more]sation or ask how your holiday is or just to smile and say hello. They are literally on the go at all times. I commend them on how attentive they are to every detail. I would highly reccomend this resort.

Grand Oasis Sens: Great place for adults!

This was my first adults only resort I have ever stayed at. Not having to worry about kids being around really helps with relaxing. Prepare to get up very early to reserve yourself a beach or pool side chair, this vital if your not the best with the sun. Book your restaurants asap, I highly recommend sakura, the food pallete was great. Moonlight for lunch or dinner is a great option for Italian food. Lots of stairs so be prepared.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Beautiful, relaxing resort.

The hotel was beautiful. I have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts and have not been up to the same level as this hotel. The staff were very friendly. It was nice to have cart service throughout the resort. The pool was clean. There were many chairs so there was never a problem to find an area to sit and relax poolside and as well on the beach. Sunscape Sabor Cozumel: Fabulous Resort

An older Resort, with lovely walkways, beautiful gardens, and extremely clean. Rooms are older, but spotless. Everything worked well in our room. We had a fridge stocked with beer, soft drinks, drinking boxes and bottled water. Bottles water was replenished everyday. The maid did a great job of cleaning the rooms. N [... read more]o reservations needed at the restaurants. We enjoyed all the restaurants especially the seafood grill. Our only disappointment was no espresso machine on the Resort. The coffee was fair. There was a main bar( which was on the beach and close to the pool). Another bar at the end of the beach which was close to our room. Excellent drinks made individually from the blender. White wine was different at each restaurant(I preferred the wine at the Market cafe.) No bracelets or towel cards needed at this resort which was a plus. No problem getting a lounge chair on the beach unless you wanted shade- best to choose one before breakfast. A lovely, long beach, water usually calm and clear however very rocky. Water shoes are a must. Snorkelling was great; beginners could snorkel in the shallow water. A very active beach, lots of snorkellers, kayaks, paddle boards, diving boats,etc. Entertainment was outside close to the pool- had a stage and some nights they had singers and dancers, and a band. Movies for kids. Very kid friendly Resort- a kid's club, soccer games- all the kids seemed to have a good time. Excellent on site diving was available with a special diving pool for scuba divers. We really enjoyed this resort except for the rocky beach. Staff were most helpful and friendly.
