Riu Ocho Rios: fantastic resort

very nice resort ,staff were very friendly, well maintained and easy to find your way around the resort , very nice beach with lots of lounge chairs available , food was very good at all dining locations , bar staff very friendly and eager to serve you , room was well maintained and cleaning staff did a good job room was always cleaned when we returned in the afternoon .

Clean rooms Nice crew Amazing shows Restaurants are ok but they should change some menu Fun time for kids Resort very clean Lots of greens Safety area Clean beach I recommend for everyone I hope I will back

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Nice!

Great food, friendly helpful staff and nice facilities! I would go back tomorrow. Very good area for snorkeling too. Large resort so lots of walking! Free wifi is a bonus and works well enough for most people.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great time as always

This was our 6th visit to the Palladium and we had a great time as always. Staff are friendly, food was good, and grounds were very well maintained. Stayed for 10 days, want to do longer next time. Highly recommended.

Riu Negril: Amazing trip

The rooms were clean and very nice. The grounds were kept well maintained. The food was great and always available somewhere on the resort. The pools were clean and perfect temperatures. The beach was fun to walk and see all the different fish and underwater life. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely go back to that resort again

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Overall excellent

The food is great and plentiful and has lots of variety. The yoga/exercise class at 0730 each day by Owen Ellis is fantastic and he really helps to start your day well. The communication between staff is not the best if there is a problem to resolve but patience and perseverance usually works. The daily room cleaning and nightly turn down was missed sometimes as I think they are understaffed in that area.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Overall a terrific stay!

Good: Decor and layout fabulous and timeless. While the resort is older, it has been designed with great taste.The a la carte dining was great, the buffet had great variety and was good. Activities and music great. Cappuccinos fabulous! Selection of included alcoholic beverages good. Great for family or adult vacations. Loved walking the resort and the beach. Much to see and do each day. Lots of room to have space or be social as desired. Overall a wonderful place to vacation! Missing it already!

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Beautiful Resort

I was there first week of Feburary 2020 Hotel room, sheet/towels were very clean, staff is very nice, food is delicious, beach and pool area is amazing - well kept. My only problem was the closet door in my room was not sliding back and forward - need some one to fix the track - I have mentioned to the front desk every morning and no one came to fix it. Hopefully it is fixed by now.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: The Lady Hamilton is not just a resort. It is a hidden jewel in paradise.

This resort caters to all ages with activities, a pleasant mix of international cuisine and overall Jamaican charm. The staff was amazing. The blend of travellers from all over the world reflect the warm environment we experienced (again)! The clean, spacious suites were impressive, the overall maintenance of the resort was noticeable. There is no singular event or activity that would stand out because the overall experience, from start to finish, was impressive and completely satisfying.

Riu Reggae: Riu Reggae, Jamaica

We have to say that we had a fantastic stay at Riu Reggae. The room was very clean and was as we requested, king size bed, top floor, very quiet area. Our room was always tended to daily with perfection. The staff were wonderful starting with the morning buffet, to the lunch and then to dinner. Also, the bartenders were always amiable. The food was kept in an air conditioned area with accessible doors which kept out the elements outside. There certainly was a lot to choose from in the buffets. You have no excuse to leave hungry! Overall, we have to say that Riu Reggae was certainly a good choice and have to thank Wendy at Trip Central for helping us make our choice! I forgot, the staff at the front reception desk were also so helpful . Thank you all at the Riu Reggae for a wonderful week!

Riu Reggae: Great Resort

The resort Very clean and well kept resort. Rooms were very nice, clean and enjoyed the mini fridge. The staff were all very friendly. The Entertainment was excellent. Great shows. The entertainment team is Very talented. Food was really good. Enjoyed buffet and restaurant. Nice no lines up for restaurants If you like early dinner. I would have liked to have plantain.

Riu Negril: Lovely!

My husband and I had an awesome time away in Negril, Jamaica. We stayed at the Riu Negril and it was fantastic! Overall the hotel is lovely, clean, spacious and food was good with plenty of variety. The beach is nice, the pools refreshing, the hotel staff were super accommodating and professional. The service was very good no matter where you were...the hotel bar, hotel shops, beach bar, jerk chicken bbq station on the beach, the spa - please get a message, it was incredible! Riu Ocho Rios: Amazing!

My husband and I stayed at the Riu from Jan 6th to Jan 13th. This was our first tropical vacation and it did not disapoint! The hotel was beautiful. It was very big and expect to do a lot of walking, but its all worth it. There were 4 a la carte restaurants and a buffet. We tried all of the restaurants and liked them all. The french cuisine place was unique but very tasty. The italian was half buffet (salad and appetizer bar and desserts) while the main courses were served. The steakhouse w [... read more]as delicious. We went there twice. The japanese restaurant was a buffet which was disappointing but it was really good food. You do not make reservations but if you line up around 6 it is quick to get in. They have a buzzer system too for those who do have to wait. The pools and grounds are very clean. The staff were all friendly, even the ones trying to sell you drugs (which is common in Jamaica). The entertainment staff was stellar. We loved all the night shows. They have a foam pool party and a beach party each week. The jerk chicken hut near the party pool is delicious. My only "conplaint" is the long ride from the airport. I would recommend getting a private transfer so you can go straight there,otherwise you are stopping at numerous resorts on the way which takes at least 2 hours. I give this resort a 5/5!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great for families with young children

Hotel tired and worn , dark hallways and rooms ...a lot of stairs everywhere .. staff accommodating but you must dig the information out poor communicators... food quality and selection good .. alacarte restaurants hard to book...buffet management staff very rude ... beach area poor small crowded entertainment scattered pool bar service good did,t help It rained onand off over4 days

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Was an amazing resort

This was our 4th time to this resort. The staff do not disappoint. They are friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I love the people. What has changed over the years is the beachfront (it is getting much smaller) and the solicitor trying to sell cannabis on the beach. In past years they were never walking the beach but this year they are. At one point there was actually an altercation between a solicitor and a guest and then police. This is unacceptable. A large beachfront and not having guests bothered day after day. I am an IBerostar prestige member and may reconsider returning here.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Our 4th year at Hyatt Ziva! Best people, food, and hospitality.

Loved all of the services. Clean resort. Fun staff. Chillaxed uninterrupted. We’ve visited other resorts in Jamaica, and this is our favorite. If you’re undecided, book this one. You won’t be disappointed! Close to airport. 15 minute drive versus others that are up to 2 hours drive to and from airport.

Everything was wonderful. The only criticism I have is bar staff can be bold requesting tips. But everyone else is super friendly!! Our room had a smell that improved with the daily cleaning but was back by the evening

Riu Montego Bay: Everyting Irie

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The buffet was good, Italian restaurant (beef) was excellent, the steak house was also excellent. Entertainment was as expected. Areas were well maintained and clean at all times. Assistance was provided to us when we wanted to leave the resort and we were well taken care of. The only negatives were the house wine selections were only good in the Italian restaurant, and a coffee machine in the room would be nice. Catalonia Montego Bay: Wonderful Resort !

this was our first experience to Holiday Inn resort Montego Bay Jamaica and it wont be our last - it was super convenient to be so close to the resort maybe 15 minutes in the shuttle i honestly cant say enough about the staff they were lovely to deal with very accommodating ! rooms are clean and typical of an all inclusive "star" rating resort WAS absolutely wonderful and was very accommodating to families and "adult only" areas so we could have some quiet times... buffet and restaurants had [... read more] great choices for everyone and the grills were in my opinion perfect alternate for food. drinks were plenty rum punch yum yum Creme Rum was delsih!! my personal love was the snorkeling at this resort and the jerk after dark and going into Montego Bay with Ward a personal driver you can get from the resort for $ fee and very reasonable! we were very close to many excursions off site if you choose to wander off resort we golfed at both Cinnamon Hill and White Witch it was a beautiful experience. the only bad experience we had was for a few hours we had no water but they quickly took care of that and it was funny because we heard one of the workers say in Jamaica we have no problems only situations mon...LOL so that made the SITUATION even funnier and bearable . all in all it was a lovely experince and we would venture again to Jamaica mon! missing redstripe and jerk chicken already ! Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Amazing

Rooms were decent, the resort itself was beautiful, the staff was 100% top notch amazing, beach extremely clean, amazing family resort, we would go back in a heartbeat. Water park inside is very good and fun for everyone. Again the staff made this trip even better!
