Excellence Playa Mujeres: Paradise

This resort was remarkable! Every little detail taken care of. Service was over the top. Entertainment was extraordinary! Food was everywhere and very well made. Cleanliness was beyond. I would definitely go back to this resort

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Beautiful resort

The resort opened two months ago, the food is delicious, the staff is amazing and the resort is modern and beautiful. The resort is still under construction (on a side that isn’t available to guests) and there may be some minimal noise. Also, the hotel is at pretty low capacity right now so there isn't many guests around (which was actually fun and relaxing). They’re still working out some kinks but overall our stay was great.

TRS Coral: AMAZING RESORT

AS WE FIRST DROVE UP MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS WOW IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL WE HAD A SWIM UP ROOM AND I CAN NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN THE ROOM ALL THE LIGHTING IS SENSORED THAT WAY YOU USE ONLY THE LIGHTS YOU NEED. THE DECOR WAS AGAIN WOW THEY PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO THE DESIGN. AND THE SWIM OUT WAS FABULOUS!!!! AND THE DECOR PIECES FOR THE PATIO WERE ALL DIFFERENT BUT GORGOUS. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE CABERET DINNER THEATRE WAS AMAZING. Riu Dunamar: Exciting and So Much To Do and See !

My room was perfect! I loved the view. Bathroom was comfortable and shower felt nice before and after the day. The pools and buffet layout were perfect as well as the beach front! Sports bar was very much what I needed to catch the NBA Toronto Raptors Championship Finals!

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Great resort expect for BDtravels

everything about the resort was great except for BD travels... The two ladies that work there did not know a single thing about anything and up sell you on transportation from the hotel to the excursion but on the receipt they not only put the wrong Hotel name but they didn't even put to way pick up and drop off everything about them sucks... (BD travels that is)

Atelier Playa Mujeres: 10/10 - Would Recommend!

My best friend and I wanted to get away for a quick vacation. We spent 5 amazing days at Atelier Playa Mujeres. Everything was amazing from the beautiful accommodations, attentive resort staff, and delicious meals. Notable mention goes to Caesar and Jose who made sure we were never without a margarita in hand (which was quite an undertaking), and to Michel who went above and beyond to ensure we were having the best time. Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Extra luxury vacation

Amazing deal in new and amazing resort , great food and service.rooms were excellent and almost everything was included, good drinks and variety you cannot ran out of options.the resort is definitely one of the most luxurious one in Cancún. Learning some Spanish will be helpful

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Truly Excellence

My husband and I booked this resort to celebrate our two year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say that from the second you walk through the lobby doors, this resort is PARADISE. From the food to the staff to the hotel room itself, everything was incredible. Our favorite restaurant was Agave (Mexican) - the chicken fajitas are a must try. We booked a room with a plunge pool, which was worth every penny. Our search for the perfect all inclusive resort is over and we cannot wait to come back!!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Quiet

This hotel is new and absolutely stunning. However, it was not designed for the average person to safely get around. Lights on the walkway at night reflected right into your eyes. Steps were not clearly marked and were the same material and colour making it easy to miss your footing. There was no shade. You need to walk through buildings just to get relief from the sun. Very quiet hotel and felt much like a ghost town.

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: The palladium

It was ok, the people on the beach were very rude. We had a baby and would ask for an umbrella, and they would say they have no more. I think you kept ur hand in ur pocket, they might help you out. I wasn't impressed..

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: One of the best resorts in Cancún

It’s a brand new resort, with luxury feel to it. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and variety of options to choose from. The sport and entertainment team were amazing. Overall you can’t go wrong with this resort.

TRS Coral: Very nice resort

The trs coral hotel is a very beautiful and modern resort, it’s grounds are very clean and well kept. The rooms are amazing and the swim out suite is a must. The beach is long and clean and very beautiful. The staff and service is phenomenal and so their best to keep you happy and entertained through our your whole trip. The food is also exceptional, everything I ate I enjoyed! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great Location

This property is great because everything is in the one building. Great for anyone with mobility issues. This was our sixth visit to a Royalton, but it was not up to the standards that we expected from a Royalton property. Concerns are mostly around service and applying policies consistently when it comes to dining. We found some staff rude, when there were much better ways of handling the situation. We were promised multiple times from supervisory staff that a manager would be in touch reg [... read more]arding our concerns, but no one ever did. Every time we asked, we were told that the general manager was not available. This lack of care attitude is definitely trickling down to their supervisory staff at giving excuses for policies that make no sense. Please explain how it is unsafe for a man to wear sandals when a woman can wear flip flops? Many resorts have policies regarding dress code, but they also realize that people are on vacation and are not stringent on this policy. I would return to Royalton again, but not to this property.

Riu Dunamar: Sooo Nice!!

RIU Dunamar is an amazing hotel. Had everything. It’s a newer hotel so everything was fresh and up to date. Service staff was wonderful. The entertainment was fantastic. Food incredible! The photography packages were outrageously priced. More than double what we paid for our wedding photos in Jamaica. The braiding skills at the salon were lacking but other than the cost of the photography and the salon everything else was a cut above. I would definitely recommend this resort!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Money Grab

I'm not sure what I expected; I was travelling alone and was told that I wouldn't have problems at such an experienced resort. I thought that I had purchased a premium vacation but it turned out that my all inclusive stay was subject to a lot of extra costs including internet, safe, and shows. The check in was brutal as well-I arrived at the hotel before noon and stood in line for well over 2 hours. I knew that I would not have a room until 3-which i was not upset about, but I didn't end up in m [... read more]y room until 5. The resort is huge so you'll need to keep you're map handy to find you're room and locate food buildings. If you're under 35 and like to party be sure to visit over the weekends-they have lots of entertainment for party people. The best I can say about this hotel is that the resteraunt food was good, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel grounds were stunning. I'd visit Mexico again in a heart beat but I won't be staying at the Grand Oasis.

Paradisus Cancun: Amazing resort

Hotel is very nice. Room is newly renovated. Most staffs are very friendly, some staffs are very passionate about their jobs while some others might need you to tip them well in order to provide services with smiles.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Very little to complain about

Let me start by saying this was my first time in Mexico and im very glad I chose this resort. The hotel itself is gorgeous, very modern, our room was nice and spacious, it was very clean, we never felt unsafe and the food was very good. My favorite was the buffet because it had a little bit of everything. Second favorite place to eat was pepe's, the bar b q was perfect when you want a quick bite by the pool. Only bad thing I really could say is this resort is not really wheelchair accessible.  [... read more] Elevators were pretty far away from eachother, not enough ramps, and no automatic doors (from what I can remember). Other than that I really dont have anything bad to say about this resort.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Amazing resort, very slow service

The resort itself was amazing! Keep in mind that it’s huge so you might get a little lost. The food is great and the entertainment is great. The service however is soooo slow. Takes forever to check in or to find someone to help you. Over all I loved my stay and would recommend this resort to friends!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Beautiful Resort

Just returned on May 26, 2018. This was our 8th Mdxico vacation. The Riu Palace was by far the most luxurious resort.. The staff was very, very friendly. Food was amazing at a la cartes & the buffet.. Our room was very clean and spacious. We still can't explain the bath tub in the middle but??? Our only complaint was with the room balcony. We faced the sister Dunemar resort. The noise from the mechanical rooms made it impossible to sit outside. Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Very good and beautiful place

I really happy to went to Riu palace and l receievd Exellen serviece and perfect food and drink. Thanks RIU staff and front desk that help with friendly to every one. This place is quite and peacefull.clean and modern. I really enjoy of my vaction and is good also for family .
