Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great resort

The snorkeling is great off either the sunset or corel beach areas. The food was very good and some meals were fabulous. The smoked marlin at the salad bars was probably the best I have ever had. I have been there 5 times and have introduced it to 5 other couples with no concerns it would impress.

Example: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.) The hotel was clean well maitained, friendly staff, good food. I liked the on site shopping, but a bit too pricey.The ocean was warm and tranquile.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Very good resort

Grounds were beautiful.. Food was great.. Entertainment could be better.. Mosquito at nite were bad... Upgraded room was awesome.. Pool was wonderful... Bars were great.. Location was amazing as beach is beautiful

Grand Palladium Colonial: Perfect Vacation!

My husband and I had an amazing vacation here. The food was awesome and there was a great variety of restaurants...we didn't even get to them all. We were always able to find a seat at the pools and beach. There were always activities to take part in if you wanted something different to do. We won 2 bottles of tequila! The room was great (we got one that was recently renovated). We got roped into hearing a sales pitch about buying into the high end resort, but it was worth it. We got a tour of t [... read more]he area, breakfast, and enough spa dollars to buy 2 hour long massages. Totally worth the time and they weren't pushy at all. The resort is huge and very well taken care of. The only hiccup we had was on the last day, the staff said they would pick up our bags and bring them to the bus...we had to ask and check on them 3 times before they just made it to the bus on time. Other than that small stressful moment, everything ran smoothly and service was great. We even got a bottle of champagne in our room. I would definitely recommend this resort!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Christmas in Jamaica

My family and I spent last Christmas at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience. Being from Canada this was our first " Green" Christmas and the resort made it a wonderful experience. The pools, retaurants and staff were great. We had out 18 years old son with us, and he had a great time as well.

Grand Palladium Palace: Awesome resort

We had great accommodations with extremely friendly staff willing to go the extra mile for us. This was our fourth visit here so you can see we were pleased to return. The grounds were immaculate. The food was excellent and there was lots of variety. The beach was clean and one could walk for miles. This place was a paradise in the Caribbean! If you consider going here, you will not be disappointed.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: An average resort

We had just been to Bahia Punta Cana in October and preferred it to Grand Palladium. It was under some type on construction in the lobby and not very attractive. Restroom in lobby out of service most days. Front desk staff not friendly. The buffet set up was not very attractive at all.

Grand Palladium Palace: Wonderful resort

This was our second time at the Grand Palladium Palace and we are making plans to go back next year. It was a perfect two weeks of heaven. The resort is stunning with so much vegetation. It is a very large resort and we enjoy walking the grounds.There are so many restaurants to choose from that even the fussiest eater can find something they like. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and restocked daily with cold beverages. Can't wait to go back next year!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing Resort

We stayed at the Grand Palladiun Kantehah in March 2014. We have 3 children age 4-9 and they loved it. We say it is like a zoo, resort and waterpark all in one. The kids had a blast which means the parents did as well :) The resort was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. We would definetly return to this resort. Dorothy Della Mora

We now call this place or Jamaican home over the years it has needed a little more upkeep however I can feel comfortable in saying that there are constantly keep people on the grounds painting cleaning planting gardens and replacing furniture is a work in progress since the entire facility is open air so you have to expect that this takes a tremendous amount of maintenance the open-air feeling of the entire property is among some of the most beautiful I've ever seen the natural beach is my favor [... read more]ite with coconuts Birds palm trees coral reef and jerk chicken all of the staff are very friendly and there is in a building in the place that has a bad view the open air musical bar was our favorite place to hang out under the stars listening to a different live band every evening. The Ella cart restaurants are typical of a foreign a half star resort but the sports bar is amazing and staff will assist you in your late night snack cravings after a great night of dancing at the bar love that this resort is off on its own and you feel secluded from other resorts no paddlers timeshare people were annoyances of having to buy things on the beach great place to take

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Decent resort

The property is beautifull. It is very big but well designed that you can get from point A to point B easily. The cons are what make it a 3 stars for us. It is joined to another resort part of the same group which makes it so big that you are just a number. Staff is polite and well trained to be courteous but we definitely felt as if we didn't tip for everything they did for you, then you would often see some long faces and disappointment in their faces. A la carted are great though so book them often. Room was is a sad state of disrepair, shower leaking everywhere full of silicone from an attempt to repair. Pools are beak full but beach is small so 3 stars for us.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Love this resort....!!!!!!

The grounds are beautifully maintained. The food is excellent. And the staff are awesome! We've been to this resort twice and will definitely go back!! Excellent variety of drinks and Miss Lou's bar has the best desserts!!

Grand Palladium Palace: I would go back

Overall an enjoyable stay. Food was excellent, especially the japanese restaurant. Buffets were very good. Shows in the evening were entertaining and activity staff were great. Pools and rooms need some work, looking a little worn.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Been to better

For the money spent it was not as nice as I thought it would be. I think Cayo Santa Maria is much nicer and has the most amazing beach. Cayo Coco did not have a great beach at this resort and the food was not good. I would say for Cuba this is a 3.5-4 star but if you can get a good price it's worth a holiday.
