The hotel is very clean, you walk into lobby and feel like royalty. Food was amazing but sometimes cold. The beach access was great & is quiet. 3 pools good sized & always cleaned and chemicals at night.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: A resort to return to

We went from April 4-11with Air Canada vacations . We loved this resort from first to last . You are in the jungle and not on the beach but there is a trolley system that gets you to the beach in minutes . The beach is nice with good swimming,snorkelling and you can walk the beach right down to the next resort . We loved the food in the buffet at ur resort and also at the Akumal resort . We ate at 4 restaurants but liked the 2 at our resort the best . We are outside people and as long as the weather is nice we were fine but if the weather was not nice the room would be uncomfortable as besides the bed area all you had was 1 small table and 2 uncomfortable side chairs . If the room is important to you either upgrade rooms or stay at Akumal as their standard room is nicer . Remember if you stay here you are in the jungle so their are lots of birds and animals and at times the birds can get fairly loud but we loved this part . You can visit all 4 resorts but only Akumal can visit you and we saw how quiet and calm this resort is compared to the other 3 . We would definitely return to this resort as long as the price is right .

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Not dissapointed

Had an amazing time. Service was great! Entertainment staff over the top. Rooms clean and comfortable. Some bartending staff do try to trick you by not giving you the premium booze ie Greygoose. Have never been to the same resort twice but this one is a redo!

Riu Emerald Bay: super

this our 9th time to this resort it only gets better but the first 2 weeks of april are march break in mexico so there are lots of locals at the resort.but its still great.place to go.the staff is so friendly you almost think you live there .it is the cleanest resort we have been to and we travel a lot.

Secrets Aura Cozumel: Nice resort

Resort was nice, room was nice. Snorkelling in front of hotel was very good. Only complaint was the buffet restaurant on site could of had more people doing the specialty meals. Waiting time was a little long.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Huge resort

The travel to and from the hotel was not well organized, air transat rep was not fluent french nor english, the room was freshly painted (we had to keep the patio door opened, the bed was banana shape (not as per past Bahia experience where the bed was so confortable, our room was done daily but at 5pm and done poorly (bed half done for ex - and tip was good??), pool, food, property, staff (lobby, resto, drivers) ... excellent! Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing Trip

This resort was amazing! Staff were great! The grounds and accommodations were clean and well kept. There was lots of variety in restaurants and food. We enjoyed the buffets most of all as we have kids and found that there was always something to please everyone 😊

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Holiday at Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an

This resort is fantastic. The grounds are well kept, people were friendly. Resort Manager Paula always had a smile on her face, easy to talk too. Was concerned how your holiday was going. This resort had excellent Ala carted, but the buffet was just as good. Best food we have had on our many trips to Mexico. The entertainment was the best we have seen and the entertainment team works very hard to make sure your having a great time with all kinds of games, during the daytime as well. I would return to this resort agai, possible next year.

Sandos Cancun: Perfect balance of fun and relaxation!

Sandos Cancún was perfect for my s/o and I looking for a quite getaway with a bit of entertainment on the side. It's a smaller hotel which makes for a very intimate atmosphere. It's not 19+ but there are no kids areas or activities which meant there were only a handful of kids while we were there. Not being adults only also seems to discourage the rowdy young adults from staying here too. We honestly only had one gripe during our stay which was with the staff of the teppanyaki restaurant. Th [... read more]e server was completely rude and inhospitable the whole time making that night the worst of our entire vacation, which is really unfortunate since the rest of the staff at the resort are amazing and I can't stress that enough. That one bad person is completely overshadowed by everyone else who were just beyond friendly and helpful to us. Other than that, all our expectations of the rooms, amenities, and dinning were fully met based on the descriptions online. We highly recommend this resort and might consider a second stay in the future.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort

Great resort, friendly staff. The shuttle service is confusing and frustrating at times. Lots of seaweed and rocks in the ocean but the employees work tirelessly to clean it up all day long every day.

Secrets Huatulco: First Class Resort

We recently stayed at the secrets and loved every aspect of the facility. Food was great! Service was great! The only thing they could use is better maps of the facility. Each night the food was better than the night before.

Catalonia Yucatan: we love this resort

I have been to this resort twice a year since 2011 its wonderfull . the staff are terrific. the rooms are clean and comfortable . the grounds are immaculate . every year there are upgrades. the pools are kept clean and all servers are more than happy to serve you.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Wonderful Beach!

Great beach! The resort is very well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and lots do do. We really liked the adult pool and service was great. The buffet was could have been a little better but not horrible. Very well maintained and breakfast was the best.

The resort is well maintained, great pools, basketball, tennis lots of things to do. The spa is very good and nice to be able to get a workout in. We stayed at Barcelo Maya Beach and everything was great but: 1) Food was average at the buffet and the a la carte was not a big step up. 2) Bar service was great when you could get it. They needed more bartenders at the pool and on busy nights. The beach is the best part of the resort. Allegro Cozumel: allegro Cozumel

If you like to dive or snorkel this is the resort for you...many tour boats to help assist ... if this is your first dive or have had many experiences diving in the ocean this is great place to stay. disappointed that there wasn't a coffee bar or even a bar to get a good cup of coffee. The a la carte's offered better and more appetizing meals than the buffet. Was disappointed we had to line up and wait for a table just to have breakfast and lunch.

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Quality and friendly accomadions

This hotel is one of our favorites as we've been there 4 times now, The staff is helpful, the food is excellent, the grounds are kept very nice, the beach is clean, and the bartenders and servers are the best( Hugo and Judith). Some of the shows were very good, but the people who are trying to sign up timeshare and other things are a real nuisance and need to take the hint when you say NO thanks!. All in all we would return there again.

Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Great Weather, Activities, Rooms and more

Best infinity pool I have seen, easy check in, NO TIME SHARE sales or upgrade pressure! above average meals and selection. Lots of activities available and included with many great experiences nearby, diving, surfing, snorkeling, and more. Definitely on the list for a return trip in the future.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Dreams Resort in Cancun

This new and amazing resort was a DREAM to go to!! The rooms are great and beds are comfortable. A really nice perk to have Pringles and M&M's to snack on. The pressure of the water for the shower was great, actually didn't take long to rinse out the shampoo. The view from the balcony in our room was special, we go there to see the ocean and it was nice to see it first thing in the morning. They supply you with everything you need; shampoo, body lotion, soap, razor, SPF, tooth paste and even a t [... read more]ooth brush!! You can actually leave home with just your clothes and everything will be there. I love that you don't have to booked in advance for "a la carte" restaurant. The longest we waited was 15 minutes and that was for the Japanese (which is the most popular). ALL the drinks were great (even the red wine was good) and the servers were exceptionally friendly. Every time I turned around I had another drink without even asking................lol. If you want to be lazy, it is the place to go; they serve you on the beach, at the pool and even undo your bed for you to go to bed!! The grounds are very clean and nice. This is a new resort so all the plants and several palm trees are still small but it will be beautiful in a few more years. The beach is long which is nice to take long walks. Several pools on the resort and the infinity pool was to my opinion the best (love looking at the ocean). The food was extremely good and you don't leave hungry. The only small thing that I can say is that they had no peanut butter.........but really who cares about that?? :) Dolce which is the ice parlor had the best cappuccinos and lattes. I also loved the fact that they opened at 6am because I'm an early riser so I would take a walk and grab a fresh baked good and cappuccino.................YUMMY!! Another great perk they had was the unlimited use of beach towels. I don't have anything negative to say about this resort, they have done an excellent job. I know why they call it "DREAMS"..........it truly is!!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Really nice resort

Accommodations are first class, up-to-date and beautiful. pools were great, beach was nice white sand although some seaweed. food was good, drinks were good. would go back. only downfall was the a la carte's for booking. it was basically first come first serve which made for wait times. wasn't a huge deal to us cause we were there without our kids and had no real timelines but I could see that being an issue for some.

Riu Vallarta: Great beach!!

Pretty good resort. Beaches were perfect and the drinks never stopped at the pool bar where Pedro served. That guy was amazing. My only issue is that the beds are soo hard. By back is still recovering 😵
