Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Nice spot!

Very relaxing vacation, had everything I could possibly ask for! Food was amazing, drinks were delicious, entertainment was great, staff were so nice, rooms extra clean!! Only thing we did not like is that there were just too many kids. I think next time we will go for an adults only.

The Pyramid Cancun: Beautiful Resort

The resort was lovely but the timing was not good. Still a lot of spring break parties and it was very noisy and and not relaxing. The drinks at the pool were not to my liking and the only place you could get drinks was at the swim up bars that were packed with intoxicated spring breakers ! The room was clean and comfortable but there were water leaks in several rooms and the hallway was littered with wet towels and mattresses. Some of the staff were rude and inconsiderate (bartenders at the pool) but others were very nice Basically i think it was not a good fit for me

Unico 20 87 Hotel Riviera Maya: Birth of a true Five Star Resort

My wife and I just returned from 5 days at the Unico and were very impressed with the overall quality of the resort, the superb service provided by the staff, and the quality of the food. The resort had only been open for one month, so work continues in some areas, including beach improvements and activities offered, but the commitment by the owners to providing visitors with a truly top notch experience was apparent. We will visit Unico again.

Catalonia Yucatan: Beautiful resort

Everything in the resort was very convenient to get to, short walk to beach and all Restaurants. We upgraded to privilege and we're happy we did, nice room and the extras were nice to have. All the staff were very friendly, and the guys that worked so hard for 4 days to remove all the seaweed that washed up on beach should be thanked by all

Barcelo Maya Colonial: It's All That!

I booked this resort for my 18 year old son and I for a last minute trip. Our intended goal was to relax and enjoy some sun. This we did! This resort was the right place at the right time. One part of the hotel was very busy with groups but the Colonial was not part of that party scene. A walk around the pier to the Beach/Caribe side revealed it also to be quiet. I enjoyed the tranquility while my son was able to go make friends. Room was good for our needs. Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: GREAT EXPERIENCE

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF,VERY CLEAN GROUNDS PLAN TO GO BACK. The trip was flawless from beginning to end. Entertainment was good. Of resort activities were a bit expensive. Do not take the tour that includes visiting the jewlerly factory. they are on you like vultures and they full you full of lies.

Grand Oasis Palm: Talk about a blast

I enjoyed myself and my family at this resort. We went there to relaxe and enjoy the beach and sun. We chose the to bring children so, I felt there was lots of activities for everyone to enjoy or if you chose to vacation and just have have you your family keep to yourselves and do off resort day excursions like a tour to see Chichen Itza. Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Nice property

The hotel facilities, staff, and service was excellent, however as an adult only resort who advertise the serenity and quiet enjoyment, they forgot to mention that we would be joined by over 100 testosterone fuelled IT technicians on an annual event to release their pent up energy. This was my wife's second visit but my first and I agreed it was a good plan, however in future I would seek some assurances that our quiet enjoyment would not be challenged by large groups.

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: attention: people with disabilities

I have mixed feelings. First of all, I read a lot of reviews but I should have listened when people told me about the layout. The resort is pretty big, I was at location 1206 so not bad since the buffet, pool and cart stop was beside me. Kinda of central location. Other rooms I found too far. I noticed some stairs had no handrails and at certain places a little hilly for me. If you have bone problems, walking might be difficult. I would have preferred a smaller resort. Plus the little cart [... read more]s can't hold more than 7 people and if you have to wait, it might be line 15 mins. The food was so so, you'll find your regular buffet. I only went to the main buffet most of the time. Entertainment was good. Live band/ singers. A little better than usual resorts. Café was good for coffee but didn't like the cakes/ frosting - no much taste. Some were ok like pineapple cake, cookies, ice cream. I would say if you have to buy something just walk done the road to where starbucks is and the have lots of shops and good prices. Also go to 5th avenue and there is lots of selection. Go later in the afternoon when the sun goes down. To end it off. The bus never came to pick me up to take me to the airport. I asked the reception to find out why and BD Travel bus carrier ended up sending someone else to take me to the airport. It was a bad experience because he was racing to the airport and get me there on time. I got there at 9:05 am and my flight was leaving at 10:40 am. I won't be visiting this resort again because it is too big for me, too hilly, no handrails and distance was about hour drive from the airport.

Grand Sunset Princess: Very nice resort

The hotel was beautiful very big. The food was excellent. Did not like the food in the Italian restaurant. I found that the front desk staff was rude at times. Entertainment was great and there was always something to do in the evening. They did clean the beach area everyday because of all the seaweed. Rooms kept clean also.

Hilton Vallarta Riviera Resort: Clean, Fun Resort

I can't say enough good things about the Grand Fiesta Americana. The rooms are lovely and so clean. Great view from any room! The resort does slightly cater to the conventions and the usual towel game like at most resorts. But this did not detract from having a great vacation!!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Very Nice

The resort is beautiful. Well maintained and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was good but the restaurant was very busy and there was not enough staff to keep up. The "A la carte" meals were a little disappointing. The pool areas were very nice and the tram service was great. But I have to say that the resort not being on the beach or even within walking distance from the ocean was a huge downfall for me. Ocean Maya Royale: Beautiful place to stay

The resort staff were AMAZING! Everyone was attentive, caring and made an effort to get to know everyone! Very clean and well maintained! Food was phenomenal! So many choices. It was great that we didn't need reservations at the specialty restaurants. One thing I didn't like was the upselling. I found some of the sellers a little pushy (massage, privilege package)

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great experience

Staff was friendly and helpful, food was top notch, buffets were impressive, rooms were large and clean! The wedding on the beacj was well executed. Will absolutely recommend this resort and is at the top of my list for a return trip

Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: DANGEROUS

We have had one problem after another. Air conditioning not working in all three rooms,door locks not working and we have waited for hours for some one to come to fix and they never come. Safe did not work and they keep promising to come but never do. Finally I broke through the second floor decking and insured my self and paramedics came for first aid and handed my wife a form to fill out but she read it and found out that it was a trick to get her to say we refused treatment and took all respo [... read more]nsibility. I could go on and on but will save it for the revue and I have pictures and video to back it up. I be-leave we should have our money refunded or some other remuneration.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Average at best!

This resort was very nice and clean and the food was delicious, as for the service, it was very disappointing. We had a large group of people and more than half of our 50plus group had problems with there rooms and/or service. And no one seemed to care about any of our issues, they just told us to go to a different lobby to get help. It's way too big and too busy to properly accodate all the guests.

Smart Cancun By Oasis: Nice place

The location of the hotel is central. Not far away from the airport and also close to the zona hotelria. Staff was great and helpful. Really charming, can communicate in English. The maids always cleaned the room properly and did a really good job. The room we had was spacious and big. The bed was really confortable. A real king size bed. Dining is ok. Good good. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Average resort

The grounds were very nicely kept. Huge resort you needed to take shuttles to get to and from tulum to coba. They were not very reliable.we usually had to wait 45 min. The food was pretty good. The service at the buffet was excellent . At the a la cartes it was very slow. We had 9:30 reservations and they were not busy at that time. It would take 30 min before they would come over to take a drink order. They were more concerned with clearing the other tables. We stayed at the Bahia in Jamaica twice and this Bahia doesn't come close to the quality of the Jamaican one

Occidental Cozumel: Vraiment super

My husband and I booked this resort for our honeymoon, we were told that this resort was fun and the food great. This was highly recommended by travel agents as well as people we mentioned it too. well the food was horrible spent so much money to go out of the resort to eat we could have booked a 5 star. the al la cartes were no better than the buffets. yet we had to wake up for 7 am to book, and can only book 2 at a time. we requested a king size bed and got 2 double beds. went to move the next [... read more] day cause they say we could then were told tomorrow. The drinks were horrible, and only had draft beer. we didn't have a fridge in our room and would only get 1 warm bottle of water a day. people that have been there before many times said the food has gone down hill big time and that they wouldn't go back. I rate this maybe a 3 star. very unsatisfied
