Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great time

Loved the hotel and staff. I think they should include the safe for free and internet. Pretty cheesy to have to pay 3$ a day for the safe in the room. Also 10$ a day for internet Otherwise great place !!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Very Nice

Very well kept Resort. The staff was super friendly and nice. Staff was always cleaning and great service. The food was good but really enjoyed the resturants. Had problems having a bus take us back to the airport so that made the whole trip a little disappointing.

Crown Paradise Golden: Crown palace golden

The hotel is an excellent value for your dollar. The food was excellent and there was a good variety for everyone. The room was a deluxe ocean front,very clean and polite staff. The week we selected was just after spring break and before the Easter week celebration so it wasn't crowded. We also had access to the sister hotel next door,which for family with children. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a 1 week stay,very relaxing and lots of fun.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Nice resort

No complaints except for the food and the restaurant access. Food in the buffet was the same almost daily.Breakfast, lunch good . Beef tough, to much stuff with sauce on top. Lots of salads, cheese which were very good. The food burgers great, snack food great, just the main meal in buffet poor./ Restaurants Asians, and Mexican continually being used for special events. Posada Real Los Cabos: Fabulous, friendly and fun

A small and amazing place, the best kept secret in Cabo this was not our first time at the posada real and it won't be our last. We actually went there to meet friends that we had met the first time and we had a ball, met some new friends too. The staff are amazing, hard working and friendly, the chambermaids did a fantastic job on our room, every day it was a pleasure to go back to the room after they had finished. Excellence Playa Mujeres: 2nd time just as good as 1st

There is a reason 90% of the people you talk to at this resort have been to either somewhere else in the excellence chain or have been to EPM before. They never disappoint and are always looking for ways to make your trip better. Will be going back for a 3rd 4th and 5th time.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing Resort - would go back again

Fantastic .............The standard at Akumal was superior to any other resort we have been to - the staff were friendly, curtious and extremely helpful. The transportation within the resort was excellent delivering us to restaurants from our room- thankyou Cindy Callaghan for booking us into this resort

Barcelo Ixtapa: Not bad!

Grounds are good. Pool is clean. Beach was awesome for being on the pacific side. Not much entertainment around the pool. Pool bar bartenders were great. Ixtapa is a great town. We had no issues going out. We even did dinner out on the town one night. Blue shrimp was a great spot. I would return to Ixtapa but would stay at another resort.

El Dorado Royale: Amazing Resort

We arrived home on April 6th, and it as one of our most favorable vacations we have had The weather was fantastic with a light bit of a breeze We were well aware that the coast has a seaweed problem but the staffed worked very hard in keeping it clear every day!! Our room was 418 and they kept it spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels, and we found the beds and pillows very comfortable, the mini bar was always well stocked, they even changed the pops for us as I don’t drink Coke We [... read more] visited most of the restaurants over our one week stay, D'Italia Royal, Cocotal, the Santa Fe Grill, La Isla where very good, as was the Rincon Mexicano. The Kampai Restaurant was great as well we loved the Sushi. We really enjoyed the Fuentes Culinary Restaurant which was a great experience, we have never seen anything like that and food was fantastic We were so impressed with the waiters on how professional they all were and how they all made us fell important The staff were very friendly and most helpful, to many waiters and staff to name them all I would say my top employee was the person that cleaned our room and am so sorry I forgot her name but I have never seen anyone so detailed on what she did - I hope the management recognises all the hard work they all do! We were so impress with the Resort, the Staff the Restaurants and the full experience the El Dorado Royale that we have become Members of the Exotic Travelers We look forward in returning to El Dorado Royale and visiting their sister locations

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Dream Vaca Away

First time ever being to Mexico. This resort beautiful. Our room was stunning & the view was truly breathtaking. Ocean view was something else. The food was delicious! I reported daily on social media and to my loved ones back home at how wonderful this resort was. I got to also experience the spa. Stunning rooms and service was great. This truly was a very memorable experience I had with my mom. Although our vacation came to an end a few days before due to mom taking ill, the care the  [... read more]doctor & concierge took to help us was something I've never experienced ever. The kindness and support that was given from the dr & concierge while dealing with mom heading to a hospital was something I'd never experience before. I had checked ourselves out a day early since my mom was hospitalized and just the extra care the concierge & bell boys took was a memory I will never forget. I was even left with a "lunch box" since I was heading out at dinner time. Thank you for making this truly a Dream Come True for us.

Ocean Maya Royale: Great vacation!

Transport to and from the hotel was clean and professional. We were greeted with a cold drink at check in. Our consierge was Louis, who went over the resort information, and then tried really hard for us to go to a morning meeting for another Ocean hotel. The hotel buildings and grounds were beautiful. The Royal Decameron This was our 12th visit It is family friendly The food is varied fresh and interesting The staff are friendly The rooms and grounds are meticulous We have gone with parents in their 80's and babies as young as 8 months We have celebrated a family wedding there The entertainment is talented Love it love it love it

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: paradise

This is a beautiful resort. Even more beautiful than the pictures. Very clean. staff is wonderful and will go all out to serve you. Great entertainment. Grounds and pool areas are immaculate. Would definitely go back.

Allegro Cozumel: Mediocre Resort

This resort is fine if your focus is just somewhere to stay if you want to dive or if you have children and are happy to to sit and watch them play in the pool, but as a couple who don't dive and have no children it's not the place to go! The resort is dated and the food is not good. I spent the week trying to be positive and trying to find the good but don't feel like we should have to work so hard to find the positive in a vacation. Breakfast and lunch were bad, dinners were generally ok, b [... read more]ut myself and other members of my group had digestive issues due to greasy food etc Also the buffet area was so hot no breeze and no a/c. There was also a long lineup at the beach bar at any given time. Usually only one bartender on at a time. Tables & chairs in public areas were littered with empty glasses & towels each morning and not cleaned off until about 8 am. No free wifi even in the lobby (ppl who paid for it could not even log on and were so frustrated. If you go to the restaurant across the street however and buy food you can get free wifi) and no English movie stations on tv in the rooms. If you were confined to your room d/ t illness you'd have to watch hours of CNN. The Nexxus ppl were so disorganized with transport and although we were to be at the lobby at 3 pm for pickup the Nexxus guy (Ermillo?) showed up late and still had to make transport vouchers for everyone! We are not ppl who like to complain but this was not a great vacation resort overall, and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Allegro Cozumel: Great resort!

Very nice resort, rooms were clean. Lots to do if you have kids, great pool for kids including huge playground in the pool with slides. Bartenders very friendly, awesome shopping in Cozumel. Love snorkeling or diving this is the resort for you. Oh yes the fridge in room was always full, awesome time. Needed some more entertainment on the resort at night, but all in all great resort.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Iberostar Playa Mita is the best!

Iberostar Playa Mita is a magnificent resort. While one reaches the resort by landing at the Puerto Vallarta airport, the resort itself is 50 land kilometres, but yet ta world away, from Puerto Vallarta and its hustle-bustle and cheek-by-jowl accommodation. It is not even on the protected waters of Banderas Bay, but faces the full fury of the Pacific Ocean head on, defiantly, on its own westward facing beach, where the breakers, even on a calm day,can reach heights of 1-3 metres. The fury of t [... read more]he ocean belies the calm within. The staff, perhaps as numerous as the clientele, seem devoted to maintaining the entire resort as an objet d'art, which it is. I am an avid scuba diver. One of the best kept secrets of the Iberostar Playa Mita is the fantastic diving offered by the waterside operation of Dressel Divers. Access to some of the best dive sites I have ever seen does not come easy, however. The dive boat can only be reached by a ride with a skilled operator on a jet ski in the seven-second interval between one big breaker and the next. The ride is worth it, You will visit dive sites with millions of fish and other sea creatures that few people know about and that cannot be reached by any other means. If scuba diving is not your thing, Dressel Divers offers whale watching (in season - late November to early March), snorkelling and bird watching excursions too. If the breakers are too big to gain access to the tour boat from the beach, Dressel staff will take you to a protected launch site at Punta da Mita, a short ride away. The bird watching excursions will take you to the Marieta Islands where you will see blue-footed boobies, curious shore birds, with, yes, blue feet. You are not likely to see them elsewhere, except, perhaps on the Galapagos Islands. I should not have written this review. Now you will all go there and it will not be my secret any more.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fun place!

Great hotel, terrific staff, loved the food, drinks and the service. The grounds area amazing, the al a cartes were incredible especially the Brazilian place Tortuga. We will definitely be back!

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Loved it!!!

This place is more beautiful than the pictures! Grounds were top notch so many little touches that make it a 10, the staff, service, quality of food amazing. There was always something to do, but also many quiet areas to enjoy, lots of musical entertainment day and evening to enjoy. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. Lastly the gym is the best I have ever seen at a resort, my only suggestion would be that they Instal some ceiling fans in the gym. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

Villablanca Huatulco: Terrific vacation destination!

All our expectations were exceeded! Hotel is simply lovely, authentic feel, small and intimate! Staff is amazing, friendly and attentive! Our every need provided ! Pool area is clean, food is spectacular! Breakfast poolside! Dinner with live music & quiet time 10pm is appreciated for early morning outings! Hotel is centrally located, walk to everything you need. Several beaches within short walking distance! Perfect vacation destination, can hardly wait to return spring 2018!

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: good value

Conveniently located with easy walk to major supermarket, la comier (mega), and the towns main square and local stores. The hotel itself was adequate and functional although a bit dated. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday although sometimes late in the day. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. The only negative with the room was that we had no kleenex for 3 days. The food was good with a good variety each day, including a wide range of fruits.
