El Dorado Royale: Amazing resort!
We just returned from the El Dorado Royale and had an amazing time! My friends and I had an absolute blast. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, and the food was incredible-truly felt like fine dining every night. The only downside was the room service; we never received what we ordered, even after trying a few times. Other than that, everything else was fantastic and we loved our stay! We will be back!
Viva Maya by Wyndham: So much fun!
This hotel is one of our faves. Small enough that the staff know you by name, but large enough to provide many fun activities. We enjoyed the flying trapeze, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, bingo, archery, bike ride to small ruins, foos ball and thw pool party which were all included. The beach was absolutely amazing all but 1 day. This was our third time there and will definitely be going back.
Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Amerzina Resort
This hotel is the best we have been through the years. The grounds and public areas are amazing,The rooms are all junior suites so no upgrades needed.the dining areas are first class. The pools and kidde pools are the best .The lazy river is super relaxing to float down. All nine restaurants of different foods are superb The 5 buffets are the best one can even imagine!!
Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Resort is dated and rooms suck
Rooms were awful. Food at the buffet was always cold Coffee bistro was good Pool was filthy and didn't have enough lounge chairs Adult pool was to far away from rooms Check in took forever and no advise on amenities
Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Overall good experience
Review of My Stay My vacation started off on a stressful note. The ride from the airport was supposed to take around 50 minutes, but the driver took us through random neighborhood areas, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The trip ended up taking about 2 hour and a half, and we didn’t arrive at the resort until around 11:45 PM. Check-in was smooth and the resort representative was very nice, providing all the necessary information quickly. However, when we got to the room, things took an [... read more]
Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL
The hotel is a dump. Unsafe in my honest opinion. Pools are gross. Clientele in the only restaurant is buffet and we saw a person use their hands to pull out food, luck her fingers, then grab some more. Everything was gross, really gross. I tried to get tripcentral to change the hotel prior to leaving after we saw a YouTube video. Tripcentral employee said cannot change hotel, so we chanced it. Upon arrival, we immediately wanted to leave. The air canada guide on site said he would try t [... read more]
Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Nice place but wish we had known before booking
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, but people should be aware of a couple things before picking a room. We booked a "tropical" swim up room, when we arrived we were informed that there was construction directly beside the hotel, knowing we would not be happy with construction noise all day, we attempted to change rooms rather than try it and then change, we were informed there were no other rooms available, but to check in the morning to see if we we still wanted to change rooms. Sure [... read more]
Riu Palace Kukulkan: Excellent hotel
The hotel is well located with access to the beautiful walking beach to shopping and restaurants. We had an all inclusive stay and the food options and quality was impressive. The hotel staff at all times attentive & polite.
Barcelo Maya Palace: Great resort for young and old
We had a group of 21 during part of our stay. People over 70 and grandkids of 1year old and up. There was a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy at the resort from pool time to swimming with the turtles. Everyone enjoyed what the resort had to offer We are planning to return as a group or as individuals.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Incredible place
This hotel was incredible! we had the best time every day. The staff was absolutely amazing, the food was great and the grounds were clean . We loved swimming in the pools and the trollys to get around the resort were so appreciated
Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: A good value for your stay
I would rate this place seven out of 10 we didn’t mind the walking at all. we found there was a lot of rude people people butting into lines where you get food and at the bar, they need to start doing something about this. There was a lot of fighting and arguments going on.In our room and around some of the buildings there is a foul odour, no hot water and some of the dated items in the room,
Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Amazing Resort!
There was so much to do at the resort! We could either choose to relax or join in on the many activities offered. The resort is very clean and we always felt safe no matter where we were on the resort - Extremely kid friendly! The staff are amazing- so friendly and helpful! We would definitely travel back! ?
Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Good resort
Grounds are lovely. Pools need tiles and lights replaced, some covers were being held on with zip ties. Rooms are spacious and clean. Water in the shower was tepid at best but hot at the sink. Juan was the best concierge and made our stay wonderful. Food was good. Lots of activities every day. The kids doing activities looked like they were having a blast.
Barcelo Maya Tropical: Good value - rooms need updates
Great value, enjoyed being able to walk across the entire 5 resorts and see the interesting landscaping. Would have like more shaded options near the beach and pool. Lots of food options during the day, late night wasn’t too much available. Hotel room was rustic, bathroom is in need of some maintenance. Was in room 7412 Veracruz for reference.
Sunscape Dorado Pacifico: Great Resort and wonderful vacation!
Travelled Nov 8-15 Resort is dated but rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are all exceptional and very helpful. Food was excellent and delicious! A very safe and beautiful place to visit and enjoy! Thank you all. Too many names to mention but kudos to the entire staff.
El Dorado Royale: Don't know what happened....
Don't know what happened but after years of glowing reviews and positive comments about service and food I have noticed a steady decline on the favourable comments from all review sites. Despite this my wife and I plus my daughter and her husband decided to try your resort. I love the fact that it is a mature resort and very lush but from the start signage is none existent. They dont't provide you with a particularly detailed resort map. Hours of operation for the various venues are not posted. [... read more]
Allegro Cozumel: Clean enjoyable resort
Beach was beautiful. Loved the premium area. Staff were so friendly and always helpful. Felix and Natalie in buffet were excellent. Omar at the Santa Rosa always had a smile and knew exactly what we ordered every day. Exceptional employee. Our housekeeper Horhay is such a hard worker. Very friendly too. The resort was clean. A great size to walk through. Will definitely return.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Amazing resort! Enjoyed our 8th visit.
The VIM is not a concrete jungle. It is an authentic Spanish style with buildings sprawled out within the jungle of immaculate kept grounds and gardens. After enjoying other AI's in Costa Rica and DR, once we visited the VIM, we became repeat guests.
