Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best resort I've been too!

The beach is amazing cause you can go snorkeling right off the one beach (there are 2 separate beaches), The food is amazing and the menu changes every night, employees were so friendly and my kids LOVED the pool and kids water park! The only downside is that it's not stroller friendly and the resort is so big that it takes a bit to get to place to place but other then that my family loved it there! Definitely going back!

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Awesome resort

It was our second time there and we loved it even more. The food, the service, the gym was all top notch and the best is the cleanliness. The kids loved the night kids shows and can't wait to go back again.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Wonderful vacation!!!

We had a 2-week stay at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this gorgeous resort. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very accommodating - they went above and beyond to meet all our needs. They were very friendly, professional and a joy to be around. Doctor "C" made our trip so enjoyable. The new management is a real asset- they are extremely interested in what the tourists want and need to make their vacation pleasurable. [... read more] The added musicians/artists in the main dining area is incredible. Nice to see them have the opportunity to entertain the tourists. Can't wait to return next year. Give them an excellent review for sure.

Grand Pineapple Beach: Not as expected

The grounds, beach and pool are well kept, however the pool is in a poor location across the busy negril road and at the back. We stayed in a garden side manor room, which was kinda gross..ie rusty bath tub, old toilet, different old replaced tiles, dirty walls and live out of your luggage, keep it zipped up atmosphere. Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Riu palace

Loved every minute of my airport to airport experience . This was a taste of heaven , best vacation spot of them all and I would definitely travel back to Jamaica . I have seen the world but if I had to describe Eden, this would be the picture painted by my words

We wanted a smaller but newer resort. The service was excellent. Sunset was the best in the world Tours were so cultural pleasing , and local food was a taste of heritage well served Only down fall to me personally was there is no local casino to spend the rest of my money

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Carribean resort

This resort has beautiful grounds and are clean and safe. The food was delicious at every al la carte restaurant as well as the buffets. I had asked for an extra a la carts dining and they quickly accommodated. The beaches were large and enough space for those that like privacy. The rooms were nice, a little tlc is needed but just minor things like loose shower drains and soap dishes. The staff were fun and energetic, Jamaican flair.

Riu Ocho Rios: Great Time

Enjoyed our vacation to Riu Ocho Rios. We did not enjoy check-in as there was a full bus load arriving all at the same time. We were all tired after our travels and this portion of the vacation could have been organized in a better way. Many people were not offered assistance to their rooms and found this very confusing. They had lots of selection and one night we even had lobster tails, plenty of other seafood offered. The sportsbar made excellent fresh ground coffee and we had them add rum cream, but their snack food was really terrible. The hotdogs rolled in a warmer all day and the nachos were non-existant. They definately need to put some effort into the 24 hour snacks. Staff in dining area made our dining enjoyable. The orientation wasn't helpful as it seemed to be promoting excursions rather than giving info about the resort. We would have appreciated more info regarding what was happening at the resort at various times and where everything was located. The staff did their best to make announcements from the pool area and beach. We had a very nice clean room and the grounds were beautiful. Our room keys stopped working a day early as did other friends rooms, and had to be reset at the reception area. The staff were very attentive and helpful, polite and friendly. This resort seemed great for all ages. There was quite a bit of walking if you are going to beach and back to your room or to meals. There is a very nice kids play area. One more note, there are no local vendors on the beach or resort to bother anyone. Overall, a very nice place to vacation.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Good.

Take this as a grain of salt. Food was great. Beach was fantastic Pool was good. Room was good. Too much noise. Beach slightly rocky but not severe. Workers were very rude and pushy. Visit again....

Breathless Montego Bay: Don’t go here

This hotel was extremely disappointing. After spending the past two years at the Breathless Riviera Cancun we had expectations of a similar experience. Knowing of course that Jamaica is a different country (we have visited before and enjoyed the people and beaches of Negril) we still thought the hotel quality would live up to the Breathless brand. It didn’t. The resort was dirty, the maintenance lacking. Considering this is a newer hotel it is in a poor state. Every fabric furnishing in the ro [... read more]om and lobby surface was stained and there was a lot of damage to furnishings overall. The food was pretty good but sadly the service was really lacking. There was no pool service, we could never get a place to lay by the pool and the nightlife was very poor. The walk to the beach And the majority of restaurants on the secrets complex was long enough to be off putting. Stay at secrets if you like this location. You can still visit Breathless. There is no control between hotels and no wristbands.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great place for a holiday

Are stay was awesome , Staff was very friendly and helpful . Prince on entertainment , Alicia and Power man at the archery just to name some of them that made are stay that much better .The food was great ,whether in the sports bar or in the steakhouse . Thanks again for a great week , will definitely be returning .

Riu Palace Jamaica: I would not return here

Rooms and staff well done. The beach could have been kept cleaner of seaweed. Food is plentiful but the chef has never been off of the Island and has no Idea of international cuisine. Montego bag in general is not my favourite place due to the proximity of the airport and the relatively small beach.

Jewel Grande Resort and Spa: Very nice resort

Grounds were very nice. Too many stairs, our second last day our granddaughter sprained her ankle we had to have a wheelchair for her not very accessible. Pools were nice but freezing. My daughter had a flood in her room they were very helpful getting things done. Buffet was closed 3 nights I believe I think that's a bit much. A large convention had come in and I think a lot of the attention went to them. Beach was small, issue with seaweed but they were constantly raking the beach. Walking alo [... read more]ng the path I was surprised we couldn't go past our hotel security stopped us at the Hyatt. Very friendly staff, Denton was very helpful. Food was delicious, cafe very nice. Gym nice, lots of classes. Problems with key, had to have them reprogrammed between 3 rooms 4 times last time still didn't work very frustrating.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Noisy!!!

The staff were fantastic. The food was delicious. The noise was unbearable. Day and night.We thought this resort was for us old boring people. It was way too loud!! We had to wear earplugs but that didn't work. If you are looking to stay up late and listen to very loud music...everyday and night........then this is the place for you. I'm not kidding.....ridiculous noise! Too bad because we loved our little beachfront cottage.

Moon Palace Jamaica: Amazing resort 5 star in our books

This resort exceeded our expectations!! The people alone were unbelievable.. from servers to cooks to bartenders to entertainment staff!! The grounds were impeccably kept up.. honestly a resort I will Refer to many many people !

Riu Negril: Great Location

Just returned from the Rui Negril with a Group of 21. The Hotel was very accommodating for a large group at all the restaurants. The entertainment was awesome there was always something happening if you wanted to be busy and if you wanted a quiet spot there was also many to be found either on the beach or smaller pools. My only complaint was I requested 10 rooms together and they were only able to put 5 together so travelling with a smaller group would work better with this Hotel. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Above Expectations

Everthing about this resort is first class. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Beautiful spacious room (Ocean Front junior suite) . Nice flight with Air Canada on spacious plane. The food was fantastic. Do your own research on any excursions you might wish to take. Air Canada's agent's recommendations and follow through were very inadequate.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Another great week! Can't wait for my fifth visit in November!

I never have a complaint about about this resort. The employees are true to the heart. The food is ALWAYS fantastic! We had one day of bad weather, but the staff ensured we had a good time with song, dance, and of course plenty to drink and eat.

Couples Tower Isle: Beautiful resort

The resort was clean, bright, well maintained. I didn't hear anyone complain about anything, the tourists at the resort were all smiling, the staff was always smiling. The resort has water activities, craft activities, sporting activities, games to play and activities for all to do. There was stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkling, scuba diving, water bikes, sailing, windsurfing, glass bottom boat tours, etc., there was also sitting on the beach enjoying the sun or at the pools. The weather wasn't the greatest all the time, but you really didn't notice.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing resort!

The staff are amazing and so helpful. The Luxury Bahia is clean, great food and the el cart restaurants are delicious, beach is great and loved the swim up pool bar. Highly recommend the Luxury Bahia Resort.
