Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Nice resort.

Very well kept. Lots of transportation to get around. Food good. Unfortunately we could not get an alacartes. Not the best beach. Lots of pool selection. . All and all ok.Friendly staff. Our shower could use a makeover. Was not impressed with the fogging right outside of our ground floor balcony. No warning.

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Awesome!

My husband and I were back a second time the same year! As far as all inclusives go, look no further - if you want a beautiful beach, good food & drinks, nice clean modern rooms, and great service, this is your spot!

Barcelo Maya Riviera: Lovely Resort!

Hotel was beautiful - still under renovations but very modern. The room and beach were beautiful! The staff were especially polite, hardworking and friendly. Only area of improvement would be the food. I think the buffet could use more variety. In addition, could have more options at lunch and possibly have the buffet as a dinner option.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Well maintenant resort

Beautiful resort but the only problem was they need money in every single for the night party at the resort u have to chairs and bottle to watch the party and also every single alcohol shot u have to buy

Ocean Maya Royale: Amazing resort

The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The rooms are a really good size. The buffet had a great variety of foods. The quiet pool was clean , but we found it difficult to get a lounge chair. People take the chairs but we found they hardly used them. The party pool was very busy and there were lots of activities going on. the ala carte restaurants were very nice with the exception of the Italian restaurant. the bugs were bad. Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Stunning Resort!

I honestly cannot say one bad thing about my stay at the Iberostar. Service was great, and everything in between! All the entertainment, cleanliness, service, I would 100% recommend to anyone :) Had an amazing time!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Comfortable

Hotel is definitely aging and needs lots of updating. That said, the staff is wonderful, everything is very clean, the beach is one of the best. It is easy to walk into the small town of Bucerias or up to the highway to catch a bus into puerto vallarta and the malecon. Food is good for breakfast and lunch but dinner is not great. Ala carte restaurants are good. Easy to walk into town to one of the many restaurants there.

Riu Palace Las Americas: Riu Palace Las Americas

The grounds are so well kept- absolutely beautiful. Staff are all so accommodating-they treat us great especially Juan who knew exactly what drinks we liked-Ernesto,Santi and Abu at the bars a special thankyou. A little disappointed in rooms stocking of towels and toilet paper otherwise rooms very clean. We love this hotel and will return in 2026.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Nice Resort

Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating, dated needs some tlc but otherwise we had a wonderful time. Lots of wildlife and good food. Beach is taken care of and the entertainment was very good.

Iberostar Waves Tucan: Wonderful vacation

We had a great time exploring and enjoying this resort. The lush vegetation, animals,’pools and beach were amazing. Always spot at the beach or pool at any time of day and the white sand beach one of the nicest we have seen. The restaurant and buffet selections were plentiful and nice that you did not require reservations for them. The staff at the resort along with air Transat representatives were always ready and available. Thank you for creating a wonderful experience.

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun: Did Not Disappoint

The Royalton Splash was a great resort. The check in was not, 2 hrs, to many buses not enough staff. Rooms are beautiful, view was great!. Lots of options for food, from ala carts to food trucks, to pizzeria, buffet. The buffet was great for breakfast, not so good for lunch or dinner. Sports bar was awesome, food and snacks good and atmosphere for Jays Game amazing. Pools and drinks were good. A lot of pools to choose from. We did put towels on chairs in morning as there wasn't much shade and we [... read more] wanted umbrellas, still had to keep moving for shade. The beach is not the best, sargassum, but was cleaned daily. Beach nice for walking, water not for swimming. Over all we had a great time, I would definitely recommend for families with children. Off season I think for adults is the best time. The staff were amazing on all accounts. Humberto at the sports bar was amazing, Carmilla at the Chill pool bar, and Armondo at Zen all to be commended on their service. Lots more servers to that I never got their names.

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Amazing resort

Public areas, rooms, restaurants were all great. Room service was great particularly changing towels every day same as beds. Airconditioning was working well. Different restaurants gives you a chance to try different foods and was easy to book

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Barcelo Maya Colonial, Riviera Maya

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Everything was just fine! Great customer service, room was spacious and clean, food was delicious. Thanks a lot to everyone. We would be happy to visit this resort again.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Amazing resort!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Excellent service,excellent dining, beautiful grounds are kept impeccably clean. Ocean is beautiful. Staff made sure you were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend. Couldn't find one negative comment.

Viva Maya by Wyndham: Fabulous Vacation

1st time. at this resort. Viva Maya Playa Del Carmen. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Checkin was dmooth. we were early. so we swam and ate. never went to the adults pool too far away. near the main entrance so. avoid that section of rooms unless you want to walk far to the beach. snack bar is by the main pools. and was ok burgers digs fries salads rice some meats etc. from the snack bar and main pool. only foot steps away from the beach. tons of shaded chairs not enough shaded areas around.  [... read more]the pool. buffet was good always. something. to eat. for vegetarian as well. 1 towel. per day, 3 alacarte. Mexican was the best, high energy environment. and best menu . rooms were clean and comfy with lots of hot water bring mosquito spray . would we go back. yup in a heartbeat ? ?

Catalonia Royal Tulum: Nice resort

This adult only resort is great for couples, not so much for groups. They have a policy that they cant seat more than 6 people together. Our group was 9 and they split us up all the time. We couldn't understand and after a lo g conversation with Joseph (concierge by the pool) we finally were able to be together on our last 2 days. Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Beautiful resort

Wonderful resort.this was out second visit to this resort. Something for everyone. Tons of wild life beautiful beach huge pools. Great food. Amazing staff. Lots of people return to this resort and I see why. From the cleaning lady to the bar staff ti the tattoo artist on site! Just wow! Thank you so much for another amazing stay

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Amazing place ?

Loved this resort. The wildlife is amazing! The food was fantastic, our only complaint was the portions were too big, hate wasting. A lot of walking but the beautiful grounds and nature made up for it. The beach was awesome for snorkeling, with some sandy areas to swim. I definitely recommend this resort, we will return!

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Great resort

The resort was amazing, and the service was great. The only thing we would ask or change is more direct entertainment for the children. I have been at resorts where there is a children's show prior to the nightly adult show. I may have missed the info but that was our challenge, was finding nightly entertainment for them. Hopefully, we missed it but other than that it was an amazing time.

Viva Azteca by Wyndham: Amazing resort!

My stay at Viva Azteca by Wyndham hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The rooms were spotless.
