Ocean Riviera Paradise: Entertaining and great food!

The resort was a good size, with an amazing mix of things to do for singles, families, and kids. The food was a highlight, as was the pools. Service speed was slow and the beach was rocky, but still enjoyable.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Amazing Resort

2nd time at this resort I got the room I wanted but had to wait till they cleaned it ! The employees all remember me ! Bell boys all the same ones remembered me ! Telephones worked ! Food was good /Buffet perfect service nice new chairs ! House keeper good service clean ! Beach Entertainment perfect would go back again if the $ would be less

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great food but rocky beaches!

The resort is 2 years old but looks much older the decor of the rooms are really nice but it seems like rooms are falling apart, cracked and broken furniture, leaking ceilings also rooms were very humid the resort itself is beautiful, restaurants are nice beaches were very rocky which was a disapointment service is great though and food was wonderful!

service is wonderful and the food was great the rooms were way too humid and this was a huge downside to our trip the beach was decent if you stay on one side, if you go towards the left side, beach is terrible, full of sharp corals

Playa Vista Azul: Beautiful resort

We stayed in one of the bungalows #1109 it was very clean and spacious. We had the privilege and the bartenders were amazing. Lala, Ruben the main bartender I forgot his name and the other young guy went far and beyond expectations. Always making sure that we were ok. The A la Carte were really good. The resort was very well kept. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. Ocean Blue and Sand: A Very Friendly, Comfortable Place

This is the third time I have been to this resort. The food is very good with a lot of variety. The staff is terrific -- very friendly and obliging. Could not be nicer. Some erosion to the beach, by all accounts. Primarily a resort for honeymooners, young families and middle-aged couples.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Great vacation

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is narrow but long and the sand is white and the ocean is gorgeous. Would definitely return there and recommend it strongly. For the price is a great bargain

Ocean Blue and Sand: Wonderful experience!

Hotel rooms were basic but very clean. I even took the sheets off the bed to investigate the quality of the mattress and to my surprise it was brand new! Food was delicious, lots of variety. Pools were cleaned each morning, ocean was fun and they had breakers so the waves weren’t over powering.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Great Resort

The resort was just the right size, not to big and not to small. The buffet meals provided were very good and lots of choices. The restaurants besides the Japanese do not require or take a reservation so that was nice to be able to go when you wanted. They take turns being open, so just need to look at board to know. They have 2 pools, one quite the other not so much. Always lots of loungers to use. We took advantage of the bowling and billiards and lots of fun. Beach was nice, not as big as used to but was able to walk for miles past other resorts if you wanted. We went with a group of 8 as we do every year. Making all 8 happy can be a challenge. In this case, all 8 would return to this resort. That is saying something.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Beautiful resort

New resort with in the last two years. Clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were very attentive, courteous and respectful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Pool area is in beaches were lovely. We only ate at the buffet as we were only there for three nights, Food was good but I wouldn’t say excellent although we didn’t eat at the other restaurants. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Nice Resort

The resort was nice @ the floral was well kept. The food in restaurants was very good but not stocked with basic items : bacon, bananas, butter. Restaurants were closed giving no notice. Information on the restaurants was hard to find. The room was excellent. The lane way up to the hotel was very junky.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Do it!!!

This resort is breathtakingly amazing! Upon entry we were greated by staff who kindly took our luggage and escorted us to registration which is refreshingly air conditioned. There we were served their Ocean Blue signature drink. We were provided our rooms and our wrist band. The Trolly took us to our building and our luggage was waiting for us. Highly suggest the fried pickles! Since we stayed 1 week, we had the opportunity to eat at all the restaurants and each one provided a unique experience along with great food and drink. The pools provided a lot of space to swim and float around in and swim up bars were always available. The beach had plenty of chairs and umbrellas available and of course a bar. The water was spectacular and the breakers helped calm down the waves. The entertainment staff were all so incredible and did a great job getting everyone to participate. We had beach Olympics, painting, cooking challenges, dance instructions, beach volleyball and much more. In the evening there was live entertainment in the lobby bar and in the theatre. The Michael Jackson tribute was by far my favorite evening event. There is so much more to see and do like excursions and parasailing which I will be back for! Best vacation so far!

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Amazing Girls Trip!!

The staff were friendly and felt like family by the end of the trip. We were greeted well, staff at the pool bar where fun and loved to joke around, the buffet staff were always ready to welcome and bring us to the table and service us!! Sh [... read more]opping market was small but has the trinkets we were looking for. Suggestions: change Canadian money to peso's asap or use the banks at the hotel or at the market. Cuban residents there can not exchange Canadian change (loonies and toonies), so better to go with dollar bills. $20 Canadian was approx. 14 pesos! Food was decent. We were excited to see some greens on the last few days (brussell sprouts and leaf lettuce) but we ate fairly well. lots of eggs and fish but amazed at what they can do with a hot dog!! Pool bar had good pizza, chicken and fries and tuna sandwiches. Drinks were free flowing and well received. We will miss Hector, Andro, Carlo and Leidy (buffet servers), Dany (pool restaurant server), Vania and for sure, Valentin at the pool bar!! You all, are now part of our families and were vital parts of our trip enjoyment!! Great work and hope to see you all again!!

Ocean Blue and Sand: Would return 10/10

We had an amazing week. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh towels. The food was really good! I was thrilled about the food selection and service at every restaurant. Great beach, huge pools and never a fight for chairs or shade. My only complaint is the vendors they allow in with tables twice a week are extremely pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. We avoided going near them.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Slice of Paradise

Clean and well kept grounds. The Beach is lovely and water is clean and clear. Rooms are very clean and a/c works well. Food is what you would expect for Cuba. Tour guide Carlos to Havana is amazing.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Trip Central is the way to go!

Our family of 5 (kids age 9, 7, 6) went to Ocean Riviera Paradise for a week. Family perks: The proximity of the pool to the ocean made for all day waterfront fun. It was easy for kids to run back and forth and have different water experiences. There is a fresh fruit non-alcohol drink bar with swings by the pool--a big plus for kids who have been playing in the sun. Also, a kid-friendly, open air lunch restaurant is also by the beach. Good for all day fun. Water slides were fun but slow mo [... read more]ving due to a small bit of water going down them. Lots of lifeguards. We only used the 'kids drop-off' program for one morning. The kids did origami, made sushi and enjoyed a water balloon game in the pool. There is a small park my kids loved playing at in the evenings when it was a bit cooler. Food was incredible. We saw monkeys, turtles and coati on the resort. It is a huge resort, so bring bags to transport sand toys, goggles, pool toys. There is a large golf cart that runs up and down the 'strip' if you don't want to walk. Booking with Trip Central was super easy. I appreciated that everything was EASY. Highly recommend the location and Trip Central.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Wonderful resort

This was our first time at Ocean Coral Turquesa Mayan Riviera and it will not be the last. The resort was amazing. It met our expectations in every way from excellent service, good food and high standards of cleanliness.As well we felt safe and secure at this property. The entertainment team provided activities daily for our enjoyment. The bike ride into Puerto Morelos was a highlight .Thankyou to West Jet vacations and Trip Central for well organized vacation.

Playa Vista Azul: Pleasant surprise

I was sceptical on booking a Cuba trip as I had heard that the food and drinks were not the best. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of both the food selection and quality as well as the beverage selection. The staff was great and very friendly. The lobby entertainment was great. If I had to pick something that was not over the top I would have to say the beach. The hotel was on a cliff and the beach was off to each side so it was a little awkward to walk far.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great vacation!

Everything was perfect. Our 10 year old loved it here along with us. We will be back for sure. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, well kept grounds, lots of pools and nice beach. There was a bit of seaweed coming into beach but they cleaned it every day. Food was excellent.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Beautiful and Enjoyable Resort

The grounds were well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Friendly maids. Lovely swimming pools. Beach had a few weeds and and was not clear water due to waves. We still had fun in the waves just could not see any fish. Lot of variety with restaurants. Food was beautifully displayed and delicious!
