Iberostar Selection Cancun: Not Honest Staff!!!

I book a package via a travel agency. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told no reservation have been made!! After 3 hours arguing with the staff and calling to travel agency from Cancun to Canada, I told the hotel manager that I would like to get a room in my own cost. However, she told me that all the room were sold out. You can imagine how much stress i was suffering!!! After 3 hours, I got an answer from travel agency that the room was booked three days prior of checking and I mentioned  [... read more]to the hotel manager as well. Finally, I had no choice than to call the POLICE!!! As soon as they find out that I wanted to call to the police, the hotel manager offered me to hold the cost of the room on my credit card!!! I was so shocked because she told me that all the room were sold out, so how come she finds a room after I attempt to call the police!!! Moreover, in my reservation, I had an ocean (sea) view but she gave me a side view !!! The hotel and resort are nice and clean but the management is horrible!!! Moreover, the food in lunch every day the same and you have to select the same food every lunch at the buffet.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Fantastic resort!

We had a wonderful time. The resort is clean, staff is friendly and the food was excellent! We can not think of one thing to improve. The only complaint we have is that 10 days was not enough. We will definitely go again to this resort.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Amazing Budget Resort

The was our first time to this resort and we really enjoyed it. Everything was spotless in the rooms and around the resort. The rooms are basic as in nothing fancy and I am ok with that. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning in our room worked to good lol. The shower was always hot with really good water pressure. The pool never felt crowded and always had activities going on. Sadly however the towel game at this resort is strong so the resort could help this by adding more umbrella [... read more]s. I also think a few tables on the pool deck with an umbrella and chairs would be nice. The food and food availability at this resort is really good. 24 hour free room service with a limited menu. A snack bar at the pool that opens around 11 am and goes to the wee hours of the morning (it moves inside late at night) A buffet that is open for breakfast and lunch everyday and for a few evening dinners as well. Along with prepared food they also offer fresh cooking stations. The resort however really needs to get proper toasters as the ones they have are cheap home toasters and are pretty useless and worn out. 4 onsite restaurants with no reservations required that are open for dinner and one of these is also open for a sit down breakfast. Most of the food we had all week was very good with a few minor misses. The beach was so nice and the water was amazing. Most days are red flag days so if you are looking for a calmer ocean experiance this may not be for you. We loved fighting the waves for a bit most days. The best part of this resort is the staff who make you feel at home and a little like royalty . We will go back.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Stunning New ResortI

Just returned from an awesome vacation at this beautiful resort. The architecture and flow is so amazing...the music throughout the entire place is so relaxing...the adult only feature is nice, something we have never done before. The nightly entertainment was very good and the Limes bar is a great place to spend the evening. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well appointed with spacious decks and wonderful views..a Jacuzzi tub on every deck. We didnt have a swim out room  [... read more]but we do plan on returning and booking one. Food is the best we have ever experienced...this is about our 15th trip in the Mayan area, generally stay at 4 or 5 star hotels and I can easily say it's the best! Only 15 minutes from Cancuns airport. There is some seaweed at the Beach but the beautiful pools more than make up for it!!

TRS Coral: Great Resort - still some bugs to work out, but Beautiful

The staff are tremendously friendly. We made friends with many of them. Shout out to Aurelia & Yuri, they are the best! So friendly, willing to help and genuinely happy to see you. The service over all was very good. Restaurant food was 8 out of 10 and room service we good too. We had the loft suite near the ocean. It was beautiful. We found the music a little to mellow. The beach was nice, clean and lots of area to get shade if wanted. Same goes for the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs! The boat taxi was a nice touch. Overall this is a great resort. I imagine in time it will be right up there with the best of them!

Moon Palace Cancun: Good resort

Really good place lots activities but beach is not good at all very dirty beach food was good and service was excellent lots activities to do really peaceful place far from city and hotel zone beach not clean at all

Sandos Cancun: Ok, resort

I did not particularly like this resort, really small and not much to offer. Service was good because we were constantly tipping. It is something that we like to do, we don’t mind spending money on tips. Pools water was really cold, hardly saw anyone swimming. Staff was really nice, except for the young lady who check us in on the first day, extremely rude. Entertainment team worked really hard to keep everyone happy. I would not return to this resort again.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Everything we needed!

This hotel was great in every aspect. The service was friendly and prompt, the food was plentiful and tasty, and the beach is a true gem. I appreciated the smaller size of the hotel because that allowed for more focus on each guest, we felt taken care of. We had a few hiccups with our room and the front desk staff helped us right away, it was a memorable trip.

Riu Dunamar: Great experience

Me and my girlfriend went on this trip both first time at an all inclusive resort. We Loved the experience. The Food was amazing, we tried out all the restaurants! Staff was very accommodating. Would return

RIU Cancun Hotel resort is very modern,walking distance to Cancun's vibrant nightlife and shopping area. Large pool complex, Jacuzzi and spa. View are so unique calm and delicate luxury impeccable service,full of attention take my wife there anytime she'll be grateful.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: A five star wedding at a five star resort.

This place was fabulous, as was the wonderful wedding they facilitated. It literally had everything, including a willing staff member at all times to help you find your room at any time of day or night....the place is massive. Things ran smoothly from check in to check out. Rooms were cleaned daily....On and on I could go. A fun great time was had by all!!!

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Great place!

I enjoyed this resort very much! The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The diffferent restaurants were great to switch things up from the buffet. The grounds are kept very clean, pool and beach area are amazing! The only thing I wish they would have had was more water bottles/ bigger water bottles in the room for drinking.

Live Aqua Cancun: A class on its own

Live Aqua, in our opinion, is head & shoulders above the rest on the Cancun Hotel strip. The level of service is impeccable, the food, extraordinary, and the location, perfect. We have stayed in a few hotels along this strip ( as well as in the Mayan Riviera ) over many years, but none come close to the classiness of this resort. Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: average resort

hotel very old,grounds well kept very clean,Most dinning is very good,service is good also. Beach area is quite small for hotel size..not enough palaps for shade.people tend to leave towels on lounges but aren't using them so other guests can't find a open lounge.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Excellent resort

The service and facilities were exceptional. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. The location is only 20 min from the airport. Paid extra for the serenity club and worth every penny. The pool bars were always well stocked and the size of the resort is deceiving on the website. Everything is n easy walk no more then 10 min one end to the other

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great family resort

This was our second stay at the resort. It may not be 5 star gorgeous, but we found the resort clean, the food great and the pools and beach amazing. Everyone at the resort works very hard and aims to please their guests. We may not be heading back for a 3rd time, unless the price is right again. Super close to airport and close to the sights of cancun shopping and excursions.

Riu Dunamar: Looks Great ?

This resort looks great ...the grounds are well kept including the beach and pool area. The public areas are well decorated and clean. The rooms are very disappointing for the fact they're very plain. The linens are cheap both quality and appearance. The beds are lumpy it was more comfortable to sleep on the lawn chair by the pool then the bed....Not joking ... ..However the buffet was great for fresh fish. For the a la carte restaurants I was not impressed that couple of them were partial b [... read more]uffet for appetizers. I particularly believe the point of going to the a la carte is to be served and not to serve yourself. This resort is not that old by any means but needs some improvements. Would not go back.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Dreamy vacation!

I seriously applaud Dreams for this one, the hotel was a take over built either 63 or 65, can't remember for sure. Anyway that was only 5 years ago this summer. The footprint of this resort is small, but my word services offered do not suffer. There was only 2 things needed fixing, that's pretty good in my eyes. Food, there was stuff I wouldn't eat but there was also food that I loved. Love to the man, the myth,the legend, Armando Vega, we looked forward to the highlight of our day a nightcap and chat with Armando truly caring gentleman, the lady with the most beautiful smile, Mary Cruz and Christoper in the Preferred Club Lounge always friendly and helpful. Maria at the front desk in the lobby your smile, the way you look after multiple people at one time but each guest feels valued and looked after, thank you. Lastly I want to thank Lazaro at preferred beach for looking after us, no matter where we were. And two exemplary bell men, Gerardo and Raul truly sweet young men and super hard workers, not Armando Vega famous but on the way. You should definitely visit!! You know the Dreams Vacation can start and finish with alot of help from stellar employees like Social Media Professionals like Adrian I am pretty sure that my perfect vacation started with Adrian helping my brother Rob and his wife Elizabeth have a memorable 25th Anniversary stay. I am positive their stay was enhanced by Adrian's helping hand. As was my Momma and my stay was perfect with his help.. we got our bath tub, 2 beds and the most amazing oceanview ever!! Grand Oasis Cancun: Great resort

My son and I had a great time at the oasis. Lots of food choices entertainment and the staff was very helpful and polite .I would return back to this resort again for the cost was reasonable. There is a family side and a party side to this resort that make it easy from day to day

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Fantastic Holiday!

We booked our stay with Melinda @ Trip Central and decided to stay at Royalton in Rivera Maya for 7 nights. It was by far one of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at. Extremely safe, family friendly, relaxing. There’s approximately 7 different restaurants to chose from, which serves Italian, Japanese, Mexican and other delicious cuisines!
