What a beautiful and clean resort. From our check in with David to the daily swims from our swim out and the grand beaches and of course all the food and drinks you could stomach. This was a great first experience for us, as we have never been to an all inclusive resort let alone in Jamaica. Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Excellent value

Wonderful entertainment, service and food choices. Best we have had! But Nosey rooms, rooms echo, wooden doors slam, stay away from stair case rooms. Sunwing excursion good to Saona island, but long bus ride picking up from other hotels (2 hours one way and told 40 mins). We were not given the $100 spa credit promised when booked.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Amazing Resort

Hotel was great from the grounds to the service. The food was amazing no complaints at all. The only downfall of the resort was the showers horrible, sometimes you would get hot water or cold. My daughter was taking a shower and in the middle of the shower she was faced with scolding hot water and she cried for about 10 mins. Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: A wonderful holiday!

My boyfriend and I had such a great stay at the Royalton White Sands from the moment we arrived to our departure. The staff were wonderful (in particular a big shout out to Rochelle at Opa, Ryan at Martini near Opa, Judith at Marche who made delicious omelets, Kamoy for driving me in the golf buggy on the rainy day down to the sports bar, Jeff in the fitness team, Jamar at Grazi and Kadian at Guest Services). We had an array of dining options to choose from, but unfortunately missed Jade (Asian cuisine) which I heard was delicious due to it being closed a lot of the time and we missed Calypso (West Indies cuisine) as we'd planned to go on our last night but it was closed then too. Nonetheless the other restaurants and food outlets were great and there was so much choice. We absolutely loved the freshly made burgers and pasta at the lunch buffet and the breakfast selection was awesome! The only thing I would recommend is a few more savory snack options, like crisps or nuts at the bars or in the mini bar in the rooms. It would be good to have these while sitting around the pool or beach. The pools were fabulous too and there were so many. We particularly enjoyed the adult only pool with the swim up bar and all the cocktail options, especially the Bob Marley and Rum Punch and it was great that there was so much entertainment happening throughout the day organized by the Vibe team. A highlight was that we were right on the beach too! We also loved the waterslides, they were great fun! The room was great, although we didn't have much of a view, but we weren't in the room all that much anyway. We met another couple who showed us their room view which was fabulous so you can always opt for one of those if a view is what you're after. One thing I would suggest for the rooms is full length mirrors. But the bed was so comfortable and the showers and bathroom amenities were lovely too. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this resort!!

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: My 40th Birthday!

I have to say I had a wonderful time on this trip, a little too short for my liking but one to remember for a life time. Our host Kevon was amazing! When we arrived my friends told him it was my birthday he went and bought me a drink in the lobby, also singing Happy Birthday very loudly. Totally made it more special. The hotel was amazing and the people, I can’t say enough! A few points that weren’t too great: 1) I was told that if I did a breakfast with a diamond start sales rep I†[... read more]™d get a little gift. I wasn’t really wanting to get up early the day after my birthday to go for a breakfast with this person but I figured if I got a gift it would be worth it. However after 1 and a half hours if sitting with the rep and hearing the sale pitch I was tired and wanting to go back to my friends who I came with and was there for only 3 days. But at that point the rep was pretty upset and pushing hard for me to continued his pitch. I needed to get back to my friends and let them know I was on my way to join them at the beach. When I went to sign off and told them I had no interested to join I was told I will not get the gift because I did not finish the pitch. I was pretty upset that I lost time with my friends and did not get my gift after the fact. 2) Having to paid a taxi back and forth from the airport was not fun, we had a very hard time getting a good price, also we did not realized how much the taxi would be and so we didn’t budget for it and my friend almost got in to a fight with the taxi drive over the price. I would prefer that was set up with a shuttle before we had gotten there. Other than those two things the trip was great and of course I want to live there. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing resort!!

The rooms and the resort in general were extremely clean! The grounds were very well kept with staff washed the windows and floors of the resort daily. The food was outstanding with lots of choice, very exquisitely prepared. We even got messages on our TV asking us when we would like our room serviced and even got a goodbye note :) We would recommend this resort and plan on going back in the near future! Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Great Hotel

We loved the Royalton everything was great the food, entertainment, beach and pools and the people so friendly! Foam party was a blast! The restaurants were very good, lots to do! Comfy hotel rooms! Would go there again loved it!

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: loved it

Great compact resort, the people are very friendly and helpful. Only one elevator working which was a pain to service everyone in the hotel but overall happy with our stay. Peter at the swim up bar was awesome! He made the days fun and was super nice! The young lady that did Yoga on the ocean and abs/yoga on the beach (sorry don't remember her name) was awesome! Great teacher in a beautiful environment! Our first time in Jamaica and we will definitely be back!

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Beautiful Resort

It was a stunning resort, very friendly staff. Food was really great; so many different options. Night life definetly needs improvement tho. After 1030 there isn't much going on, and even really before then, someone's the shows are always the best. Pools and beach are beautiful and very clean. No major complaints. Nothing to ruin a vacation!

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Amazing Resort, Outstanding Customer Service

My daughter and I stayed at the Royalton Punta Cana last week (September) and loved it. The grounds are kept immaculate, customer service was exceptional, rooms are spacious, food was delicious, layout of the resort is well thought out keeping all amenities convenient. The only thing I was not impressed with was the spa reception... there could be some training done here to ensure guest satisfaction.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: A wonderful holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royalton Hicaros Resort. Beautiful grounds, nice facilities and what makes this stay so special is the staff. They cannot do enough for you. Food in all the restaurants was the best. The beach is the nicest I have ever seen. We so hope all their staff and families were safe from the hurricane that was happening as we left. We would go back to this resort anytime with exception maybe not in prime hurricane season. A great place to go.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Beautiful Resort

The resort as soon as you pulled into the parking lot was beautiful, the view from the huge lobby over looking the ocean was breath taking. It was a very new and very modern updated resort with some many pools and some many restaurants. We stayed in the hideaway adults only section and paid extra for the diamond club package. The beach was beautiful with white sand beach and keep as clean as possible everyday. There wasn't any place in the resort we didn't love. It is a pricey resort but well worth the money, I will be back again.

The hotel rooms are very clean, the room assigned to us was excellent condition and enough space to hold a big family. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious too. We all had a great time.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Super resort

Very Nice room, great pool and extraordinairy beach. Everything is super clean. Foods is so so and repetive and service is very slow especialy at noon a the restaurant and extremly slow and désorganised at the snackbar. Fortunatly we had access to the Memories buffets and restaurants for breakfast lunch and diner

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great vacation - with a few things to work on

Hands down the food was amazing and the resort is big. They need a little work on service. Our first day, we ordered room service and we got our food 4 hours later !!! After calling a few times. It was a little challenging at the front desk,however after talking to them and changing our room the rest of the week went smoothly. The pool and the beach were awesome. We would definitely come back and hopefully they will work on the inconsistencies and improve, but overall it was a beautiful resort.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Fabulous resort!

My family and I just came back from a short vacation at the Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa, and we are already looking forward to going back again. We were received graciously by the resort's warm and respectful staff. Although we had to wait for a day to get the room we desired, it was worth the wait. The rooms are beautiful, neat, and tidy. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: A memorable time!

Weather was great all week. Stayed in building 2 which was directly in front of beach and a 5 minute walk to lobby and restaurants. Rooms were kept very clean. Crystal clear water and great beach to walk along, was able to see all kinds of sea life while swimming - crabs, star fish, jelly fish, stingray, multiple varieties of fish. Staff was very friendly and always looking to please. Only problem was that week went by to fast. Overall, a wonderful Royalton experience. Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Best vacation!

The hotel is very clean. I went in not knowing what to expect and was surprised. Staff are very friendly. The food options are good. Only issues I faced were being a vegetarian. One restaurant accidently mixed meat with my entrée. The water is amazing. They have good wifi connection when using the card. Unfortunately, night live is not there. There is a nice club lounge inside the resort but as most the tourists were elders, the club was not really being used. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Amazing vacation!!!

We spent a week at the hotel with some friends and had an amazing time. The beach was beautiful, the resort grounds and rooms were amazing. The food both a la carte and buffet were great- never had a bad meal. The staff were incredibly inviting and friendly...Kadeem and odaine took care of us all week long they were awesome!! Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Fantastic resort

Stayed at the Royalton Hicacos Resort for a week from June 16th to June 23rd. The resort is outstanding with the amenities, food and exceptional staff being top notch. We would recommend this resort to anyone and are counting the days until we return next year for a family wedding. Well done Royalton Hicanos.
