El Cozumeleno Beach: Nice hotel

The staff were very nice , friendly and attentive . They had crutches at the front desk for us to borrow. Close to town when we needed medical supplies , only 95 pesos each way . The food was very good in the restaurant .

Riu Emerald Bay: Holiday Paradise

Enjoyed our stay at the Riu. The staff was very helpful and friendly..Check in and out went very quickly and smoothly. We asked for a room change and were accommodated immediately, even though the hotel staff were very busy. My only wish was that there would have been free Wifi in the rooms, as I had to spend a couple of days there due to a tummy bug....I would recommend this resort hotel if you are making Mazatlan you holiday destination. Barcelo Karmina: great resort

I found the food and resort to be above average. Loved the pool as well as the beach The only thing that I found that was lacking was the drink service. Even when I tipped heavy for the first drink I hardly saw the pool waiters. Always a line up at the bar for a drink.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: 3rd TIME STILL A CHARM

Our Del Mar return visit was just as enjoyable as previous visits. Food was great, ALL the guest services staff were friendly, helpful and had great sense of humor. Lionel and Roger, the pool bar hosts were great fun keeping up to many demanding requirements all served with a smile and a joke ! Lots of fun playing the pool games and the preshow antics games. Room was clean and well stocked, only a small issue, that was corrected promptly when requested. Beach area was always well kept on the b [... read more]oard walk. The sea weed on the beach was overwhelming at times, mother nature was not friendly. The beach crew worked endlessly to try and keep up with it. Will plan to go back again. ! Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Awesome resort

I highly recommend this resort. The grounds are beautiful, excellent service , fabulous staff and the food in the a la cartes is amazing. I only have two cons : The buffet food is ok at best, not ever hot and not appealing. Avoid when possible. Book the Oyster Bar for breakfast and Mexican and Oyster Bar for lunches. The second is the room allotment. We travelled here last year and had the same issues. You can request a King bed but are told that it is decided upon check in. This is not really [... read more] true as they have the envelopes all ready made up. Last year we requested a king and got the "mexican doubles" the first night. The resort was helpful and moved us the next day. This year I requested a king thru Trip Central and sent an email direct to hotel but yet again was disappointed to be given a "mexican double" (they say queen but not really)yet again. Our travel companions had done the same but both years got the king they requested??? The hotel is very helpful and does accomodate the changes the next day but why is a king not available upon check in at 10 pm but available by 10am the next day?? After a long day of travelling this is not the best way to start your trip. Changes need to be made to this system.

La Isla Huatulco: Amazing disaster 😩

Hotel is very basic , but clean . Walk to the beach is about 15 min in open sun . Every 2 hrs they provide rides to the beach . Beach Club restaurant has tasty food. Waiting time to order food is about 1.5hr . Moody service waiting for $$$ . Not enough beach chairs. What's there is broken , discasting dirty. Two ladies were fighting over beach chair , pulling from both sides and screaming at each other. Service people had blast watching them . Construction job ! , on south side of the club [... read more] . Noise and dust . Dinner time most people choosing local restaurants $$ . They buying beer at the store . Why this hotel is listed as 3+ star hotel and all inclusive ????

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Very luxurious resort

We enjoyed our stay at this resort very much. It felt very luxurious. It was very clean. The food was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint would be the distance we had to walk to the beach and the condition/cleanliness of the beach/shore. It was a great trip.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Lovely Resort

Just got back from 1 week stay at Fiesta Americana. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant and the buffets usually had a good variety. The steak was not very good at the Italian restaurant. Lots of fish served, and it was nice to be able to have room service, which was quick and fresh. Didn't seem to be enough lounge chairs and had to get up early if you wanted some in the shade. Easy location for a quick and cheap cab ride to downtown. Room was big [... read more] but didn't get a good view from the room even though I requested one higher up. Staff were very quick to respond when the fridge wasn't working and the dryer blew up and replaced them quickly. Can't swim in the water at the beach as its too rough. Enjoyed the rhythms of the night tour.

Riu Vallarta: Smiling, what a adventure for me

Room was fabulous, sat on the balcony every morning. View of court yard, palm trees and ocean. Sounds of the ocean were heavenly, landscaping and design was incredible. Three places to have my meals, food excellent, Wait staff were very polite and helpful. I have told all my friends and family about this incredible hotel, going down the stair to the court made me feel like a Princess.. Entertainment in the evening was Extraordinary, I took many photos. Best part of all is that I felt safe, for I have been a widow for one year and never travelled. My trip was incredible and I met many new people and made any new friends. La Isla Huatulco: good ample rooms.

Nice pool, good free bicycles, old billiards tables, ALL THE PERSONEL WAS AMAIZING, Kind, Funny, ready to help, awesome!. breakfast and lunch at the beach were very good. a little slow thou. Dinner at the hotel restaurant, (6 to 10:30), was not so good, but .. ok.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Outstanding resort!

We loved the resort from an architectural view; it was so new, a Spanish design in a contemporary way, and this resort was well thought out. Our individual room was gorgeous and each restaurant was a quite unusual surprise each night. The pool was spotless and the walk to the beach was a delight. Our choice to visit 2 Mexican locations was adventurous and learning. May we ask for different varied food perhaps some turkey and beef. Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: A vibrant complex

Lots of activities for all ages led by a group of high energy young people. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Happy to see so many young kids. Enjoyed the a la Cartes as well as the buffets. Evening shows were entertaining. A safe environment.

We enjoyed our stay and havingcoming there for 7 years mostly at villas your sister hotel. Staff are friendly , rooms clean , food is ok can't complain. And most of all George who serves us drinks is the best . We meet at least 25 people at your resort for our reunion every year .

Barcelo Karmina: Great resort

Everything was great. Only complaint was that the pool was too cold to be comfortable to swim in which was unfortunate. Food was good. Since I am a young mom it seemed like the waitstaff at meals didn't care too much about keeping on top of our table, my guess is that they didn't think I would tip or something of that nature.

La Isla Huatulco: Terrible experience

Very friendly staff- it is only one positive thing . Air Canada Vacations should pay full refund . Misleading offer . Food- minimal choice , not enough beach chairs , umbrellas . Max 2* , not 4* or 3.5* as advertised .

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Wow!

We stayed at the Valentin Imperial Maya in January 2017 to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Wow! What a beautiful resort. Every aspect of the trip was fantastic. The setting is very Hawaii like with lush vegetation and a very jungle like feel. It's a huge resort that spreads over a very large area.The beach is great with lots of room to spread out and no rush to reserve chairs. The ocean was very swimmable and there was no typical drop-off just off shore.Staff was super friendly and attentive and [... read more] always went out of their way to make sure all was 100%. Lastly the food was A+ as well. The al a carte choices were very authentic to their theme and extremely delicious. No reservations or waiting at any of the restaurants.We stayed three nights at a swim up room (a bit noisy around the pool with partiers) and 4 nights ocean front (out the patio door right to the ocean!). Lastly as one of the first drop offs after the Cancun airport the bus ride is super short there and back.

Small resort... reasonably well maintained. Process to reserve at 'a la cartes' was strange... most people aren't looking to have to stand in line each and every day they want to make a reservation. That being said, access to the restaurants didn't seem to be a problem despite very few seatings being available and the food was very good... 'blackened filet' at the Steakhouse was awesome! Service was very friendly but VERY slow... seemed generally understaffed! Pools were COLD with the exception of the pool in the area dedicated to the kids. Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Fantastic resort!

Beautiful resort with lots of things for the kids to do. Everyone was very friendly. The food was excellent. Activities for kids were well done. Must go see Ixtapa Island right across from the resort. We would definitely go again.

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Relaxing getaway

As usual Andreas and the front desk crew are awesome and every one here makes me feel at home and welcome.Upgrades to the property are ongoing and everything is looking good... Can't wait to go back in May
