Riu Caribe Cancun: Do not recommend

We actually paid more money to leave early - the resort was clean but the service was poor, we were stuck in a basement room, food was awful - I was sick twice and curled up in pain every time I ate here.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Beautiful resort offering great service

The Iberostar Cancun is a beautiful hotel. Great pool and loads of palapas on the beach to provide shade for those who want it. As a golfer, I love that the hotel has a challenging course on site. The service was second to none. I am a repeat customer. My husband and I have stayed there several times and I have to say that the food quality is not what it once was. Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Good Experience

Had some difficulty with getting our room correct to start. The resort was okay, little out dated. Pier 12 and Shangri LA had good food, the steakhouse and the others were poor. The resort is good for very old couples, not great for middle aged single men. Great spot on the strip and weather was amazing in March.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Had a great time at the Hotel

Everything was always spotless and clean.and the staff are very impressive. The party type of atmosphere is really tough to beat anywhere. Our favorite staff members were: Manuel at water sports, Saby on the beach, Dakota the playmaker, JJ the playmaker, and of course Patric the manager

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Beautiful but needs more...

This hotel was beautiful, well kept and the beach is outstanding. I really don’t have anything bad to say as a vacation is what you make of it but it would have been nice to have some dancing and a little more to offer in the evenings. By 10 pm the place was dead and there was really nothing to do. But all in all it was a fabulous resort and I would recommend it!

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Decent resort without many perks

It was a good clean resort that was missing bottled water in the room, a fridge or WiFi anywhere on the resort. Mediocre staff attitude. Beach, pool and restaurants were excellent. For the money definitely worth it, just don't expect too much.

TRS Coral: TRS Coral

My wife and I were guests at the new TRS Coral in Cancun, Mexico starting March 25th,2019. We were on our Honeymoon and it was amazing! The room, service and our Butler's Angel and Chris were the best.

Paradisus Cancun: Not an amazing resort

First we will start with the pros... our view was amazing, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Cons... were do we begin...drinks were watered down, had to get up at 6:00 am to get a lounger which was no guarantee as either the staff or other guests would take the lounger if you left it unattended for any length of time. The buffet was terrible. My husband and I are still suffering from diarrhea and gastric upset. Many times the meat was not completely cooked. One day at lunch  [... read more]the Buffett ran out of food.. only ice in the trays. There was a gelato stand that was never opened. Our room was right above the Avenue Bar and Red Lounge. Bad place for a room. The music sounded like it was in our room. So we unable to get to sleep until the music stopped. The a la carte restaurants were ok nothing special. The resort was too large with too many kids that we watched stick their hands in the food. We will never go back again to this resort again.

Paradisus Cancun: Great Trip - Beautiful Resort

This trip was a family vacation, which was long overdue and needed. When you book a vacation you hope and pray that it looks the same as all the pictures you have been looking at for weeks before hand, and the Paradisus Cancun certainly was all that and more!!! The beautiful indoor gardens made you feel beyond alive and fresh. The welcoming was terrific! The pool concierge's Micheal and Victor were very helpful and made our experience 10 out of 10. We also had the "Family Concierge Package" the Butlers helped with excursions and dinner, which was quite helpful. We had goodies in our room every evening (for the Adult's and Children) this was a treat for sure. Would recomend this service as well. We ordered room service every morning for Breakfast, so we could capture the beautiful ocean view (well worth the price) and it was all ways delish (hot) and on time! Our experience would of been 12 out of 10, BUT I'm sorry to say the food experience other than our morning breaky and lunch snacks by the pool was terrible. The restaurant food in the resort was quite unsatisfactory, but the service was good. We tried several restaurant's and all of them left a bad taste with us. To end on a good note our booking agent with tripcentral was very helpful and easy to work with, so I want to thank Nicole Deforest for all her help. thank you!!

Melody Maker Cancun: Great Value Resort

Formerly known as the Cancun ME now Melody Maker. I stayed on the 17 th floor facing street and it was great view, sleep and overall rest. Saw Armin van Buren and Afrojack ...really great DJs and included during my stay....plus they had an MMA event so amazing to witness LIVE. Food is also good along with staff. Would totally recommend this resort.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: 2nd time around!

We've been here twice now and weren't disappointed. (2015 and 2019) Staff was kind and friendly and food was great and drinks were generous. I even won a massage playing black jack! My only negative is i didnt aquire a taste for the coffee. We will be back again!

Sandos Cancun: Great spot!

Loved this hotel! The food and drinks were superb. Not too busy but also fun activities to do throughout the day. Lovely beach area and we could always get a spot. The room was very clean, spacious and stocks with drinks. We will be back !

Paradisus Cancun: Great family vacation

The hotel was great, the food amazing and the service was superb! Took our 5.5 month old with us and felt at ease. The pool area and beach were always clean, as were the restaurants. Will definitely be planning to go again soon!

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: The Finest is truly part of the Excellence Group

This is a terrific resort for families. We went with 3 generations, and enjoyed swim-up rooms that were adjoining. The rooms were spacious, the grounds were immaculately maintained, the beach area was well served, the restaurants provided delicious food (there were more specialty restaurants we wanted to try than could be visited in 7 nights) ...and the weather was great. Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: It was ok

Staff is chill. But the hotel rooms are small. Our room had many problems like broken A/C, leaking toilet, no hot water and no shower door. The beaches weren't good either and there's no 24hour service

NYX Hotel Cancun: Great Memories

We (a group of 8 friends) just returned from a wonderful week at NYX. The food was the best we've ever had at at all inclusive. Service was amazing (shout out to Eddie at the magic bar, Jimmy and Shrek). Rooms were nice and clean. We are already working on returning this New Year's Eve with the family!

Riu Cancun: Worth Considering!

The hotel public areas, grounds and food were great! Rooms were a good size with great views. The only small complaint I would have is around the quality of linens and sparse bedding. This resort also attracts a large number of young adults.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Fantastic resort

I just got back from a vacation at the ibarostar Cancun.. we were upgraded to the prestige club at check in, the resort was amazing! Great food, well kept grounds, lots of daily entertainment and beautiful decor. What was even better was the staff, who went above and beyond! One of the best well rounded all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at!! I will definitely be going back and would recommend it to everyone!

NYX Hotel Cancun: loved it

We were really happy with our time at NYX. Smaller resort that I usually go to, however I found there was pros about that. It was very easy to get beach chairs every morning, barely any line ups at the bar .. staff were great and Eddy and Jose were amazing at the pool bar, very welcoming. Sandos Cancun: Very nice place

The room was clean and ample, food was good(fish tacos in the trop). Lots of room available around the pools. Staff are friendly. Location is nice. Down side would be the hotel next door blocks the sun a little early.
