Riu Flamingos: Riu Jalisco

The Riu Jalisco is a beautiful resort. The ocean, pools, dining rooms are all within walking distance. The hotel is in the shape of a horseshoe more or less which makes all things central. The grounds are kept spotless and the rooms are spacious. Very clean throughout resort.The food is very good with good variety and the special nights are amazing. The Canadian night was very special and well worth your time. The music on this night was extremely beautiful. The staff are polite and always honor [... read more]ed any request we had. They are friendly and make you feel very welcome. If I had one complaint it would be that there is no coffee maker in the rooms. No need to complain otherwise.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Owesome resort

We stayed at the Tropical feb 3-10 2017. Something for everyone at this resort. The cleanest resort we have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and acomodating. The food was great the selection plentiful. It is a great place for kids. You never wanted for anything. The first resort we didn't have to try and reserve beach chairs before 7:00 am. There were fifty chairs per person sun or shade your choice didn't matter what time of day. We had a hard time finding a negative point about this resort. Beach was also beautiful snorkeld with sea turtles everyday. Love this place!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Good resort for chilling out!

The adult only feature is what we wanted. Restaurants were good and beach access via tram was easy.staff were friendly. Everything worked out well for us. at bahia principe you caneat at any other of their resorts in the area we preferred lunch at akamal (sp).

Holiday Inn Ixtapa: Just right 😎

As return visitors to Ixtapa we were very pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn. The most outstanding feature of this resort is the staff! Without exception all were most helpful and eager to please. Special shout out to Keilen at the front desk,Adolph,Aden Carlos and Samuel,waiters and Hernando the chef who prepared a veritable feast from the fish that one of our group caught.The rooms were beautiful in the tower. A great feature was that the snack bar at the beach had made to order food not something that sat out in the sun all day. The fish tacos were amazing. We will be back!

La Isla Huatulco: Dollar value good.

This hotel is trying hard to be an all inclusive. the staff are wonderful rooms clean. food at breakfast and lunch excellent. Dinner leaves a lot to be desired but gives you an opportunity to go into town where there are lots of reasonable restaurants and a wonderful mexician town square. myself being there twice loved having dinner at the beach club by the ocean. really for the price it was offered at I don't think they could do better.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Wonderful~

Everything was great. Great food, rooms clean and well maintained, beach clean, lots of beach chairs and towels, staff very attentive, gardens well groomed and nightly entertainment fun. We attended 3 a la carte restaurants and we were very pleased. We would highly recommend this hotel.

El Cozumeleno Beach: Okay Experience...

A great place for couples. Very quiet resort. Drinks and food only available from 7am-11pm. Pool bar closes very early. Same food served daily - very little variety on a day to day basis. Resort is very close to Cozumel which is convenient for night life and shopping. Great snorkelling and swimming at resort beach. I got absolutely covered in bug bites - sand fleas and mosquitos I think. This has never happened to me at a resort before. My fear was bed bugs however I never found any in the  [... read more]room. Bring lots of spending money if you are an active person as there is very little to do on the resort. Beautiful sunsets and large rooms!

Allegro Cozumel: Beautiful resort

The Allegro is a lovely resort. The rooms are clean and you can choose a first floor or a second floor unit with thatched roof. First floor units have a little patio while the second floor has a balcony. All units have a hammock outside with a table and two chairs. The grounds are pretty and well kept. There are several pools to choose from with a special pool for children. Lots of bars to quench the thirst. The food is tasty and plentiful with a good variety to choose from. There are three a la [... read more] carte restaurants as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The ocean is beautiful. The sand is rather course and not ideal for long walks however. I had read that the walls were thin and noise from adjoining units was a problem, but we did not have any problems. The Allegro is an excellent resort for folks of all ages. The only drawback is that they do not have free WiFi. It can be purchased at a price but people we spoke to were not happy about this.

La Isla Huatulco: the staff make it great

bare bones resort but charming and lots of attentive staff- 3 minute shuttle to beach- food good! alcohol good!! would go again - reasonably priced! quaint pool and restaurant - the staff make this hotel great

Barcelo Karmina: Quaint resort

Smaller resort but still had everything you need for a good vacation. Clean, spacious rooms with decent sized balcony. Beach was small but in a cove so very little waves. Several pools varying in depth cascading down from hotel to the beach providing sounds of waterfalls. Attentive service at both the pool and restaurants. Food at the buffet was OK with limited choices and not always hot but the a la cartes were excellent. Krystal Puerto Vallarta: Felt like a vacation!

The hotel grounds were very well kept and looked beautiful. The room was a nice size and we had an ocean viewfrom the 4th floor. The rooms were a good size and we were greeted by a plate of food a bottle of Tequila and two cans of pop. We did end up with two double beds, which were not the most comfortable The room and bathroom could use some repairs but not to the point that it was rundown. Besides we spent our days and part of the evening by the pool or talking to other guests. Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills: Gorgeous resort

The grounds, public areas, restaurants, pool areas and rooms were always immaculate. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and accommodating. Obviously their mantra is "please every customer"! There was a comfortable, happy feel wherever I was in the resort and the beach area.

Allegro Cozumel: Great Place

We had a great time ! The resort was terrific, the staff were very good and happy to help and very friendly. My only bad thing was that you can hear the people in the next room, but overall the place was great

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Beautiful Resort!

We had an amazing time!! The grounds are very clean & well kept. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pools & beach. Variety of choices at The Buffett. Staff are very friendly. Well worth the 90 minute drive from the airport!

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: great resort and location

On our first day we got roped into a TIME SHARE gig. We should have just said NO in the beginning and gone on with our holiday. After that our holiday began. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms could use some updating but were clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Most days we walked the Malecon into Vallarta, after spending time on the beach or at the pool. Once we discovered the Sunset Restaurant or a la cart, we had dinner there every night overlooking the ocean. The [... read more] food was top notch, with wonderful presentation, great quality and excellent service by all the staff. The supervisor, Jonathan, and his team of workers, waited on us hand and foot. Jonathan would stop at every table and converse with patrons, along with his friendly staff. And he would even jump in to serve if there was a need. We felt like we were having dinner with friends every night. So we will definitely keep the Buenaventura as a great place to stay in Mexico. Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Worfthless instructions

We asked for ground floor room numbers 5101 to 5106. We advised that we were taking a wheelchair. At checkin, we repeated the above. They gave us 5108 which as a ground floor room (up on a hill) but required 7 or 8 steps to get there. No elevator. Took two hours and the generousity of strangers to change rooms with us. Either you people are not getting through to them or they just ignore what you send to them. This is our 6th visit to Royal Decameron. Seems it doesn't mean anything to [... read more] them. Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta Hotel: FANTASTIC

The hotel is very well kept, grounds are beautiful and staff are welcoming and friendly and work very hard for you. The rooms are very nice, bedding is cozy, and the maids do an excellant job. The pools are beautiful and well kept but the beach is not nice... it is on the pacific side and has a strong undertow and very rocky sand.

Dreams Huatulco: Wonderful family vacation

Recently had a one week vacation at Dreams Huatulco with our daughter and two grandchildren aged 6 and 8. It was absolutely fabulous...especially the staff. They were so wonderful with the kids...and there were always activities going on for them to enjoy. Dancing, car races, swimming, Explorers' Club - the kids enjoyed it all, which made it easy for the adults to enjoy it all! Very clean resort, reasonable food, fabulous service, wonderful hot weather...it was a great week for everyone!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Pretty resort

Grounds were well kept,pools and beach were excellent condition, no worry of crowds room for all.Staff was warm and helpfully. ( still can't figure out the room cleaners)All in all great Time! Night time entertainment was a PLUS very enjoyable. A la Carter were a bonus, we found the regular restaurants were quite adaquite. Our favourite was the Japanese unbelievable GOOD!The beach bars and restaurants were well staffed and the cuisine was top notch!

Sandos Cancun: A splendid spot

This resort had a good variety of food (restaurants), great entertainment and very nice hospitality from the staff, not to mention the beautiful pool area and the tourquoise waters on the beach! Also lots to do outside this resort with shopping and nightly entertainment very close by to this resort!
