Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Enjoyed Our Stay

We were looking for a quieter resort with options for snorkelling. Iberostar Cozumel is an older, smaller, resort, with very lush grounds, located close to a number of excellent snorkelling sites. The rooms we stayed in were renovated and kept clean. Because of the high humidity, the rooms did have a musty smell, which one had to get used to. Perhaps a second story room would have been better. The steak house, which required a reservation, was our favourite. I would consider this resort closer to 3.5-4 star resort rather than a 5 star. Having said that, I would still consider returning.

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Fabulous vacation at Excellence RC

We stayed in the Excellence Club Section and cannot say enough about how great this week was. The room was beautiful and so clean with ocean view. We rented a VIP Lounger and we're so spoiled all week. The food was very good and most of all the staff were the nicest people you could meet. Special shout out to Luis and Enrique at the beach. Will be going back next year.

Hotel Emporio Ixtapa: A Nice Smaller Hotel in a Convenient Location

A little hotel on the long beach among several large hotels. Waves were big, tons of Pelicans diving. Lots of activities and hawkers on the beach but none were rude. Despite the busy beach, the hotel staff made us feel welcome and intimate. Perhaps it was because we did our best to speak and learn Spanish. The room we got was one of those facing the street and mountains on the 7th floor. The Sunset Grill was excellent. Drinks were spectacular. We give 5 stars to the staff and my husband still has a crutch on the house band's female singer.

Riu Santa Fe: Best resort I've ever had the pleasure to spend a week

Great service ..staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and cordial The hotel maintenance was next to none... I would strongly recommend this hotel and the Sunwing team to any friends or family members

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Hilton Puerto Vallarta

The hotel itself was not as nice as we thought a Hilton Hotel would be. The meals were lacking and uninteresting. The hotel staff were very professional in all areas wait staff front desk maids the bartenders were friendly. It would have been nice to have a swim up bar.

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Very good family resort

The resort is a little far from the Airport in Cancun (about 1 ½ hrs). But for the family vacation it's great. They have an organized day care for the kids with qualified members and a Schedule for the hole day. That way the parents can have a little leasure time of their hown. The beach is well maintained and there is a sector selected for safe swimming, but found some big rocks at the deaper end so you must be careful. Entertainment is arranged throughout the day if you which to participate.  [... read more]The food is available between both pools for snacks and waiters serve the drinks to you just for the asking, of coarse tips are well accepted but you don't have to. They have night Entertainment buffet and shows every nights included in your package, no other cost to you. I do recommend this resort for a good family vacation.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Friendly Resort

The staff were friendly and competent. The resort was very clean. This is our fourth visit and I think the quality of the food and wine have deteriorated. Would like to see the safe included in the package as well.

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Dream trip from start to finish!

From the second we stepped out of our private transfer van from the airport, we were treated like royalty. The food was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for u. The entertainment was nonstop. We were pleasantly surprised.

Sunscape Dorado Pacifico: A great resort!

Everything was very clean, well maintained, staff was friendly and most accommodating. Food was delicious, good service, nice beach We enjoyed the entertainment A very happy stay! Highly recommended

Sunscape Dorado Pacifico: Sunscape Dorado....the name tells the story

I would start with a description or label for the staff at the Sunscape Golden......Excellent!!!!! Smiles and Yes are abound, very professional. Located mid centre of a mile long beautiful white sand beach on approx 5 acres of well maintained palm adorned property. Not a mega hotel while still offering ample features. Multiple pools, bars,and eating areas all above average. Tennis,trampoline,basketball,volleyball,and fitness centre for the restless and lots of sunny or shady areas to lounge for  [... read more]the restful. Dining is suited to accommodate most all pallets,both indoors or on outdoor patios. The 24 hr coffee and pastry bar....Brilliant. No wrist band! Loved it!!!! Finally found a place for a real vacation without a kings ransom price.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Nice resort

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and nice staff. I think they need to improve their food very repetitive. Stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and the food was great. Best part is the monkeys coming to the balcony. Very nice pool.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Fabulous family vacation

The Crown Paradise Club took care of all our needs from the moment we arrived to the day we left. Wet were a group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed all the activities and slides each day. The food at the buffet and the a la cartes was excellent. Never hungry - especially with unlimited chicken wings for a 4 pm snack. The resort really caters to children with the special drink menu, water slides, zip lining and the shows being set at 8:30 pm so they were early enou [... read more]gh for the kids to attend too. Adults were well taken care of with excellent drinks, food and some relax time while the children were being well cared for in the kids club. All the staff were very accommodating with every request being fulfilled with a smile. We have travelled to many all inclusive resorts over the past 16 years and would rate this as one of the best. We will definitely be returning.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Amazing resort .

We had a Excellent holiday. Sun everyday ..The service was amazing, staff always friendly. Rooms were good size, very clean . Resort was well maintained . Many pools to choose from , something for everybody . Restaurant were all good and Buffet had variety. Couldn't make reservation for dinners but we never had to wait or if we did wasn't long . Resort was very busy and chairs at the pools went early but we were early riser so wasn't an issue for us. I will for sure return to this resort and w [... read more]ould recommend .

Krystal Ixtapa: Disappointing

The first night was so noisy from the fans outside. The plumbing was in poor condition. Almost all the food was catered to Mexican taste. Service was better for the locals. Far to few outdoor recliners. Not impressed with this hotel at all. I would give it 2 stars. Not a place I would return too.

Krystal Ixtapa: Good Value

The Room was simple but clean. When you opened the curtain to the double wide patio door and let the amazing view into the room, the room was spectacular. Truly breathtaking. I was happy with the simplicity of the hotel, but if you are looking for a lot of variation, activities, this hotel may not be for you. Grand Riviera Princess: Great Resort

At the end of January, I spent a week at Grand Riviera Princess with a friend, 2 women in our fifties. We had a great time. I was a little confused before we went about the difference between the Sunset and the Riviera but it’s essentially one big resort. We stayed in the Family Club on the Riviera side. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Because we were in the family club, we were able to make all of our dinner reservations for the week with the concierge. Although we didn't eat  [... read more]at all of the a al carte restaurants, the best one we tried by far was Miso. If you can get a seat at the teppanyaki table, it’s well worth it. Food was very good and it was very entertaining. Food in the other restaurants and the buffet was okay, not great but not awful. The resort itself is beautiful. It has one of the nicest beaches in the area. The staff were very friendly. Wifi was free throughout the resort and I was able to connect from just about everywhere, including our room. We played one round of golf at Vidanta, a par 3 course but still challenging. It cost us each $124US for green fee plus $45US to rent clubs. They provided transportation to and from the golf course, about 20 minutes each way. It was lots of fun and but expensive, about $220 CDN. I recommend this resort and I would go back.

Las Palmas by the Sea: My sixth time at Las Palmas!

New management has seen upgrades to food......cleanliness is paramount...still a lovely family location....staff as usual accommodating.....Upgrades to the rooms would be benificial...wonderful to still see some of the personnel from last year.....

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Resort was fine food above average, service was average, did not like timeshare pitch

Fair won't go back to far from town. Ended up buying the travel membership trying to cancel. Had conference call to resolve. Pitched me again. Customer service was hit and miss. Alcohol seemed watered down. Pushed for tips on every transaction. Signed up for imperial service never used because shop would not accept.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Awesome Resort

We loved everything about this resort. You had so many choices of amazing restaurants, the rooms were clean and large. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beach was breathtaking and pools were kept clean and inviting. We would definitely go back again, and highly recommend it.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Nice resort

I had the pleasure of staying at the Paraiso del Mar from Jan 27 to Feb 3. All in all a lovely place, beautiful and well maintained grounds, nice beach area, great pools, however contrary to advertised the Del Mar DOES NOT have a lazy river. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. All the amenities are within close proximity. A good experience.
