Tropicana: Check in staff not very accomodating

When I booked this hotel and trip, I asked for several accommodations to be met at the time of booking. When I got to the Tropicana, I found out, on the very last day that our most important accommodation could not be met. Because we were on the "Red-Eye" flight which would not be leaving until 12:00 am, I had asked to be accommodated until at least 7:30 pm and was willing to pay extra for this time (up to $100.00 USD). I am not a good traveller and must be medicated before my flight which leav [... read more]es me very lethargic. My husband and I do not gamble, so I did not budget for any activities on the day of check out. I was aware at the time I booked the flight that we would have absolutely nothing to do from the time of check out, until our shuttle arrived (12:00 pm until 8:00 pm). When I reminded them of the late check out on the second day after we arrived, I was looked at like this had never been requested at the time of booking and it was something they simply did not do. I was treated as if I was asking them to accommodate us for free and I that was asking far too much and there would be no reason for them to go so much out of their way for us. When I insisted, they asked me to ask again on another day. On the fourth day I was told to ask the morning of check out. It was then I was told they could not accommodate us (unless we paid for the entire night $200.00 USD). I was furious because I was afraid that by this time, it would be too late to book another hotel to accommodate us. Thankfully, we were able to check in at the Motel 6 just down the street from the Tropicana which were willing to accommodate us for half the price! When calling for room services, there was one lady I dreaded speaking to, because she was openly rude and behaved like she was being put out when asked to assist us in making local calls to confirm our tours and shuttle time pick-ups. All other staff, such as cleaning staff and the people who brought our mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies to the room, were very polite, accommodating and willing to go the "extra mile" to make our stay a comfortable one. (Perhaps they should be running things at the Tropicana.)

Park MGM Las Vegas: room was excetional

This hotel was great, all the services were exceptional. With the tram service it made its location ideal, with access to all that Vegas has to offer. Parking was was free which made car access and parking easy.

Mirage: Great Trip

The Mirage is a fantastic Hotel. Had a great time, everything was were i needed it to be. Dining and Casino was great. The employees were extremely helpful and courteous always pointing me in the right direction. Five Stars for sure.

MGM Grand: Great hotel!

Hotel was fantastic, lots to do in the MGM grand we barley needed to leave the hotel. The shuttle tickets from trip extra were also awesome. We loved eating at wolf gang puck restaurant at the hotel. We also attended the club Havasaan in the hotel and had a fantastic time. It was awesome that the pool at the MGM grand was open despite it being December!! We hung out for hours in the hot tub!

Aria Resort: Fantastic Resort

I love,love loved this Resort. It's clean, beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We had so much we could do at the Resort without having to leave if we don't want to. Spa, Mall, Casino etc.etc..... the Cirque Du Soleil Show Zarkana at the Aria Resort was an experience to be hold. I have already recommended this resort to my friends

Aria Resort: Decent stay at Aria

Friendly staff although we requested a room with 2 beds. Hotel was not sold out as we were able to change when we realized the original room only had one bed, they just wanted to charge us extra. Room was technologically advanced, a tablet controlled virtually everything. Walls seemed thin as noise could be heard from next door and water pressure is low. Location is central and had Zarkana as its resident show. Public areas and grounds were nicely appointed.

New York New York: Nice Resort Conveniently Located

We had a good experience. This resort had many restaurants within it as well as other entertainment. We found all restaurant and hotel staff very friendly. The rooms were clean. Location was great!!!!

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Best deal to destination - Las Vegas

I decided to go to Vegas for my holidays so looked for different deals while searching on different travel websites I found the cheapest deal on Tripcentral.ca among all the websites I searched for including the flight timing and the hotel I wanted. I booked the trip just two days before my trip and trip central guys sent me all the details and itinerary details immediately also can confirmed about the details with me with two phone calls . Treasure Island: Not my thing

The hotel was fine. Vegas is not my thing. Way too over the top and in my opinion tacky. The hotel room was fine. They switched me to a non smoking floor because they wanted me to go to a smoking floor and then move rooms and I refused.

Aria Resort: Beautiful Hotel

This hotel was very beautful with spacious clean rooms, great location on the strip and delicious restaurants attached to it. The only problem is check in... Took over half hour to check in, person was inexperienced and kept doing errors. We didn't get a room on a higher floor like we wanted and she asked us 4 times how many keys we wanted for the room.

Mandalay Bay: Nice Experience with hotel (Not with Trip Central)

The hotel was great however we had an issue with the reservation that was made through Trip Central. Our reservation was for a king room and we were told when we checked in that trip central had only booked us a standard suite (two queens). The hotel was nice enough to get us into a king room and they compensated us with a credit for our troubles. This was our first time booking with Trip Central, not really a good start however everything else with the trip was good,

Tropicana: Great bang for the buck

Hotel was clean and service was friendly. Compared to other hotels on the strip Tropicana is definitely one of the more quiet hotels with a mature crowd. The casino is small and no poker room. The room was clean however could still use some TLC.

Park MGM Las Vegas: we loved it

We visited to celebrate my birthday and were nervous about our choice after reading some of the online reviews. However, we didn't share the concerns of some previous guests and found the Monte Carlo to be much cleaner and better kept than we expected. We were given an upgrade to the 28th floor with a great view of the strip. All the staff we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The same as anywhere, if you are pleasant you generally get the same back. Our room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and we weren't at all bothered by the construction noise given how high we were. Only slightly bothered by smell of cigarettes in casino area, but didn't find the smell present at all in our room. Bed was comfy though pillows not the best even if they were numerous. Great location, in the middle of it all. All in all we had a great time and would certainly feel comfortable suggesting this hotel to a friend.

MGM Grand: Good resort

The entire casino including halls and rooms was very clean, the staff was always very helpful to us and others and a lot of options for food and things to do. Some food place was over top pricy such as the breakfast buffet.

Bellagio: Neutral

View was amazing ! The rooms were below average for the money . Extremely expensive for food and any services. Food was average. A lot of walking to get to the strip because of the beautiful fountains. High gambling buy ins. Security was great , very clean and lots of amenities but pricey .

Aria Resort: Fantastic

My wife and I found Aria to be fantastic. Great location to many delicious restaurants. The tables where staffed well with pleasant staff. We rented a car and went to Zion national park for the day. Parking at Aria is easy. Great security to your room. security at entrance to elevator. Check in was very easy. See you again,soon.

Park MGM Las Vegas: Great resort

Took my parents for my mums 82nd birthday and she can out gamble me. Had a blast easy for mum to get around restaurants were excellent mum even came home with her gambling money. Could have stayed a few more days.

MGM Grand: Great Time!

The MGM Grand was great! Clean, friendly staff and great location. It was our first time there and it was a great experience. Although the pillows could've been better. Other then that a good time at the MGM Grand.

Park MGM Las Vegas: Las Vegas Monte Carlo 4 Night Stay

Traveled on West Jet and there seems to be more leg room than some of the other carriers. Found our prepaid shuttle at airport quickly and got to the hotel in timely fashion. Monte Carlo check in was fast and friendly Room was nice and clean - minus was worn chair for desk. Rest all good with comfy beds. Central Strip location made visiting other hotels walkable. Too cool in December to enjoy the pools. Casino was nice and busy enough to play most games. They took our $$ nicely - LOL. Staff was  [... read more]friendly and helpful. Overall very good.

Paris Las Vegas: Great hotel in a great location

We were out and about most of the day so we didn't spend much time in our room. But it was a lovely place to stay and perfectly located! Our room was always clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only criticism: our room was next to housekeeping and it they were quite loud in the morning, banging etc. Next time, I would definitely make a special request not to be put next to housekeeping.
