Selection Riviera Cancun: Tremendous Resort

I am usually quite demanding and difficult to impress, but not this time. It was a wonderful experience. The Sensatori Resort with all the amenities, the beautiful weather, and most importantly the gracious Mexican people/staff made our stay most enjoyable. We thank you.

Allegro Cozumel: Awesome Resort - Great Staff

I had two anaphylactic food reactions at this resort. No fault of the staff. They took great care of me in getting ambulances to me quickly to travel to the hospital. When I was released from the hospital, I had to have a special diet. Instead of the buffet, the chef made me special items from scratch and even had them delivered to the beach restaurant. The Italian a-la-carte dinner chef made me a special entree that was absolutely excellent! The resort was extremely clean and all staff, including contractors were very friendly! What a place! I would definitely go back!

Selection Riviera Cancun: Top Notched Resort

Absolutely beautiful resort! Food was amazing and the service was exceptional! Super clean and well organized.Staff friendly and respectful! Pools great! The beach was amazingly well cared for! Would love to go back!

Allegro Cozumel: Nice resort

Very nice resort. The grounds were nicely manicured and kept clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The beach was nice but you had to be quick to get your chair in the morning. The pool area was very nice and they also had a childrens pool and play area. The food at the buffets was very good as well as at the à la cartes. Would recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: great resort

staff were exceptional, golf course was superb ,room was good ,food was good , beach was beautiful, overall trip was fantastic. I would recommend the Bahia Principe Sian Kaan to all that wanted a exceptional golf trip with all the perks.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great resort

My family and i had a great time. Great features for kids like the water park.. Entertainment at night and lots of nature. My six year old enjoyed the kids club very much. Food was great.. But the dessert was not the best i ve seen. Beach is rocky due to corals so you would need water shoes

Crown Paradise Club: Good Resort

Had a great time. The grounds,staff and everything was great,with the exception of the food. Stayed here last year and the food was great.This year the food was pretty much the same every day and was barely warm . Friday there was seafood and it was the only good meal of the week. All other people we talked to also were disappointed with the food. The resort is definitley a family oriented place. Very kid friendly so if you don't enjoy all the noise I wouldn't go here.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Perfect for adults over 40

Small 3 story resort, great roof top pool. Friendly staff, no line ups for drinks or chairs. Good food, close to the local town and Mega store. Clean rooms, great value for your money. The variation of food changes daily. Lots of activities if you're interested.

Grand Sunset Princess: Excellent resort!

Very, very nice, clean resort. Good food, lots of options to suit everyone's taste. Strongly recommend lunch at the fresh taco cart by the twin swim-up bars. Friendly staff. Large resort with lots of choice for pools. No trouble getting a good lounger at the beach or at the pool. Overall excellent!

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Barcelo Gran Faros Los Cabos- GREAT VACATION

My family and I traveled to Los Cabos January 28 2017-February 4 2017. It was my first time to Cabos and WILL NOT BE my last! My son, daughter in law and grandson have been before. Reviews: FOOD- great selection. I was never disapointed and the snack bar at the pool (opened from 11-6pm) was great food!! Breakfast buffett was also very delicious and the setting on the ocean was a fantastic place to start the day. Pool was warm and perfect. Rooms needed a little upgrade, but for the amount of time spent in them, they were just fine. We had ajoining rooms which was fantastic. Front desk accomdated us which was very nice. Check in was fast and easy. Hotel size was perfect. Everything is so close and exactly what i needed. Didnt have to walk to far to get anywhere. Ive been to resorts with 600-1000 rooms and this resort was only 350, and it was perfect!!!! The staff was super friendly. The ladies at the restaurants that greeted us were always so friendly and loved the grandson so much. Waiter Victor at the lunch buffet and seafood restuarant was amazing!!! He deserves to be a manager thats how fantastic he was!!!! Always on top of things, bringing drinks over before even finishing. He jsut went over and above. All in all this was a fantastic place to visit and i highly recommend it to everyone. The strip right outside the hotel was nice to see at night time and was great place to just walk around for a change. I dont really have anything bad to say about this resort.. Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa: Very Nice

This hotel was very nice, probably a little more modern than most. The hotel was very clean, the grounds are kept very well, and everything looks lush and green. We really liked the adults only section by the pool and the hot tubs on the roof tops (which were adult only as well). The beds in the adult only pool area are fabulous! (you have to get up pretty early to get one) The pool temperature was actually very warm, almost bath tub, which is nice when it is a little cooler, but not refres [... read more]hing when it is hot. There were always enough chairs and umbrellas, no matter how late we got to the pool or the beach. The service at the pool was fabulous! The wait staff around the pool really work hard and come around quite often to bring drinks and food. Loved that they had a pool food menu and food could be brought right to your chair! The hotel itself is nice in that every room has a huge deck and great view of the ocean. My one complaint would be that if you don't get a suite- you are stuck with only queen size beds- they do not have a king bed in a regular room. I understand that it has to do with the fact that this hotel does really cater to owners (time share owners). The room was still spacious and met all of our needs. The washrooms were pretty up to date, and done very nicely. Lighted closets were a nice touch as well. We don't spend much time in the room, so everything was great. The maids do a fantastic job cleaning the room, they did a very thorough clean every day and we really appreciated that. Turn down service was nice- only problem is they come too early. 6:30 is a little early, esp. as most don't even go for supper until 7:00 or 8:00 sittings. The pillows could definitely be replaced with better ones- the website talked about a pillow menu- but I didn't see anything of the sort. They did however have a scent menu for your turn down service which was a nice touch. Beds were average as all beds in Mexico are. The restaurants were very good. Nice that the menu's change a few times during the week, and there are also some buffet nights with entertainment. (Loved our dancing food server at the buffet- he made the night so much fun!!!!) The resort manager came out to meet us when we arrived- which was very nice. He didn't really speak to us the rest of the trip, but did come around to the owners to see that they were happy and all of their needs were being met. This is a quieter resort, not really great for those with kids as there are not really any activities for middle age kids. They have a kids club for the younger ones. We really enjoyed the resort. It was the staff that made this resort. Humberto for breakfast, Alan at the pool, all of the waiters in Luciano's, and the young bartender (I am sorry I can't remember his name now) in the lounge. (He had flair!- tossing bottles while making our drinks and always a big smile) My only complaint would be that owners were really catered to sometimes more than others which is ok- they are owners and they spend more time and get to know the staff- but if you wanted me to be an owner- you should be treating me the same way. All in all we really enjoyed our time at this resort. We were able to eat, drink, and relax which is the main things we want from our holiday. We would definitely go back to this resort and would recommend this resort.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Great resort for foodies

The best thing about this resort is the food Our room was amazing as well comfortable clean and beautiful Even though we were a couple without children the amenities they offered for children and families were outstanding I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone ..we loved it

Grand Riviera Princess: GREAT TRIP

Just came back from a 7 day trip to the Grand Riviera Princess with husband and 9yo daughter - we all loved the resort!! The Platinum upgrade was worth it for us - we enjoyed the perks of having a smaller private pool with cabanas, exclusive lounge and designated concierge close-by as the Platinum area is far from the main lobby but closest to the beach so best of both worlds! The beach also has a special section of loungers with wait staff on hand checking for drink refills :) The toughest d [... read more]ecision we had to make every day was "beach or pool?" ... that's the ultimate in relaxation!! There's a shuttle running every 15 minutes from main section to Platinum and back in case you don't want to walk it every time. The 'a la carte' restaurants were all excellent (Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Steak House, etc.) The buffets offered typical fare - somehow the buffet at the Sunset side of the resort seemed better than others but the omelette stations at all were great. We likely wouldn't have bothered with a trip into Playa del Carmen had we researched enough to know there was a market set up in the main area on Thursday evening with lots of local vendors selling hand-made items and artists creating their works right there - amazing to watch! The nightly shows were fabulous and the staff were all wonderful everywhere we went!! We'd definitely go back if there weren't so many equally great places to try out and if time and money weren't an issue...

Grand Oasis Cancun: Great vacation!!

Friendly staff, clean resort - short ride from the airport. Beach was gorgeous, pool was wonderful, special thanks to Hector and Rene for the great swim up bar service. Restaurants were great, especially enjoyed the steakhouse (thanks to Gilberto and Ricardo!) The pool entertainment was fun and there was always something going on. Grand Decameron Los Cabos: The best resort I have ever stayed in

This hotel was amazing! All the staff, including the ground keepers, take the time to say hello and ask how you are - incredible! The waiters / waitresses in the restaurants are attentive and so eager to make sure you have everything you need - (Special thanks to Solomon, Xochit, and Miguel -you made our stay extra special) I have to comment on Ali, she works with activities, she does a great job at engaging all the guests into extra activities, but leaves you alone if you have told her that  [... read more]you didn't want to participate. The resort is small so most of the guests get to know one another, which is so different than many other resorts. There will be people that will complain about many things - but those people will never find a resort that will satisfy them. I came home from our vacation on February 4, and immediately booked again for next year. See all my new friends soon.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort!

Grand Sirenis was a gorgeous resort. Lots of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and theme nights were a treat! The fresh fruit was so tasty, especially the watermelon and bananas. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Lots of activities throughout the day with a great animation team. Overall, our experience was amazing. We were so happy . The staff makes this place so much better.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Lovely Resort

The hotel was within 30 minutes of the airport. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in. The staff were all professional and friendly. The resort is clean and the grounds very well kept, as was our room. There are plenty of food and drink options. I would recommend the Iberostar for couples/families.

Secrets Aura Cozumel: our trip to Gozumel secrets resort

The Staff & food was very nice not much Mexican authentic meals . We had beautiful weather the view from our room was good .Layout of resort was nice we only found out later in our week that the joining resort was also included in our package.. Very disappointed in the snorkeling travel agent informed us of great snorkeling .. not true we took part of a snorkeling tour where we where all 30 told to stay in close proximities ... Again al I saw where other snorkelers fins & legs worst trip ever [... read more] I have traveled for the last 10 years to different places I would return to CUBA before going back to Mexico half the money not as commercialized better snorkeling & same level of food experience

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Reasonable Value for Money

Family room is much much too small for 6 people. It should not be advertised for 6 people. Lack of chairs on the beach. Food is not great but acceptable. Entertainment is good. Very friendly staff. Resort is kept reasonably clean.

Dreams Huatulco: Fantastic resort

The hotel staff were very welcoming from the moment we stepped out of the van, bringing cool towels and cool refreshing drinks. We were checked in immediately and waited about 1 hour for our room. We explored while waiting. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Grounds were very well looked after and you could always see someone cleaning. The rooms were welcoming and spotless, they were cleaned each day, plus a tidy up in the evening.
