Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Perfect for any family!

The staff employed at this resort are genuine and sincere in the delivery of customer service. Yes the odd exception but that is easy to navigate around. Food is very good, access to amenities is perfect and the size of the resort feels safe, clean, and situated with a range of opportunities. At one point my wife was attending a yoga session on the beach front dock, my son was swimming with a friend, and my daughter was reading a book beside me on a pool lounging chair. Krystal Grand Cancun: Great Hotel - solid 4 star

Everything was great about this resort: excellent location,very clean, nice rooms, small, great a la carts, nice service staff. The only issue we had with this hotel was that we had all inclusive bracelets but still needed to sign for everything and when I say "everything" I mean even the drink you order at the pool. This becomes a huge hassle because it takes the wait staff forever to process a drink so the service not so great. Outside of that - all good. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Paradise vacation

Beautiful resort, delicious food and extra friendly staff. We had an amazing week and did not wanna leave. Would definitely go back.It was my aunt"s birthday and they brought her a birthday cake. Very thoughtful.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Amazing Resort!

My husband and I had an awesome vacation in beautiful Montego Bay. The food was amazing, staff was incredible, and the resort was by far the best we have stayed at. Our room was a swimup king room and it was an excellent choice. Room service was extremely efficient and the rooms themselves were well maintained and very clean.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: All around perfect

Staff is affable and efficient; grounds are spotless and interesting; food goes from very good to Michelin tops: restaurants are varied and fulfilling; the entertainment is excellent - especially the shows in the Teatro. The balcony of my room looked across the pools, the beach and to the surf crashing. At night we sat and enjoyed the fairyland of reflective lights and fireplaces before hitting a most comfortable bed.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Excellent resort .Fantastic staff

Food and service excellent. Beautiful resort. Beach is not nice but resort makes up for it. Very comfortable beds. French restaurant is amazing. Urban and Calipzo restaurant also very good. Pizza at Italian restaurant very good.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Overall great resort.

Grounds were great especially Rose Hall area. Room itself was okay but had a nice large bathroom. Enjoyed the food and the variety of restaurants. The majority of the staff were friendly and there were a few not so nice. Disappointed with the beach area.

Hyatt Regency Orlando: Convenience in a perfect package

We arrived a bit early and were able to check in right away. The front desk was even able to give us a king upon request. The mini fridge was convenient, and the balcony was nice to have. The downside to facing the inside of the airport is that it was loud as the patio door don't seem to block the sound well. I also wish there was a hot tub where the pool area is. I found it strange that the only way in and out of the floor where rooms are located is via elevator only. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: One of the best

It is just the right size for walks to the restaurant and back to the pool and to your room the grounds are very nice there's not one restaurant that's bad even the jurk chicken on the beach we love the staff they make you feel like friends

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Very Nice

The staff were wonderful, the hotel was clean and in good repair, any concerns were addressed promptly. It was our first time to the Hyatt Zilara and I asked if we could have a room away from the lobby as they can be loud, we were offered an upgrade to an ocean view room from a standard, the view was perfect and rarely was there any noise to speak of. The hotel never felt crowded but at times the lobby and beach bar were over whelmed which was no fault of the staff, even so a drink was never far [... read more] away. We ate at standard meal times and always found plenty of room in the restaurants. The spice(buffet) never appeared to be picked over or lacking items, it was always kept clean and organized. The restaurants each had very good menu's, the food and service wonderful. Me and my wife enjoyed some excellent meals together which led to conversations and moments that we are normally to busy to have. We made use of the Spa and the gym, the latter being a bit small but I understand this is soon to be addressed with a new larger gym. The evening entertainment was fun, we both enjoyed the variety. The outside pool area and ocean side lounging was very serviced well and comfortable, the one complaint I would make that affected us was when guests would take 4 towels each and reserve themselves 4 separate spots. I know that its a problem where ever you go but with no limits on how many towels you could have there was no limit on how many spots you could reserve. We went to sit out a few times and although we did find a place to sit you couldn't help but notice the abuse by certain individuals. All and all it was a good experience, I'd go again in a heart beat.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Wonderful Stay!

We stayed in the Hyatt Zilara, the adults only section. Apparently, the building is newer than the Ziva and the rooms are modernized. The majority of the restaurants are in the Ziva section and another building called "The Rose Hall". It made for a pleasant walk in the evenings. The hotel should advertise this place as both a beach and golf destination. 15 min. from the airport was an additional plus! I'd definitely go back!

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Nice resort

Great place and service. Was designed for a family atmosphere less of a party location. Food was great but the hours of the restaurants were no good. Room cleaning was not set up well had people trying to clean rooms at 10pm

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Pacific Paradise!

Chic, contemporary hotel in beautiful Conchas Chinas bay - oceanview with western exposure - magnificent sunsets and Sierra Mountain views. Hyatt Regency Orlando: Lovely hotel in a great location

Our family (five adults) enjoyed a one week stay at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando between Christmas and New Year's 2015-2016. We had excellent, friendly service, the hotel had all the amenities we needed, and rooms were always clean. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and night life, and access to other Orlando-area attractions was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Beautiful resort, amazing staff,

Loved the friendly, accommodating staff. Great food, beautiful architecture. What more could you want. I cannot wait until the next time I return. We were there for a four day stay and it was perfect. Good gym facilitites too.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Exceptional staff!

This hotel has wonderful staff who will go out of there way to make your stay wonderful. The food was good. We thought the asian restaurant was the best and marie marie. I liked that you could spend time on the beach which was quiet or around the pool with music and more activities.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great but could be better with a little effort

Overall the Zilara is great experience especially if you are looking to relax. The rooms are gorgeous and the service is excellant. The staff there are the best I've ever encountered. The free golf is a great treat. The 3 resturants that are for the Zilara only are very good but 3 isn't really enough. The other resturants are shared with the family focused Ziva and in those resturants the food is really suited to children and is quite disappointing. Oddly the drinks on the family side are better [... read more] and the Zilara bartenders drinks are subpar. The entertainment is also geared to families. The pools on the Zilara side are great and the beach is good for sitting but not swimming. The Zilara ocean is filled with sharp rocks so it is better to walk to the Ziva side to swim. In summary I would say the Hyatt is really focused on the Ziva family side and the Zilara adult side needs some attention so that it meets the standards expected by those who stay at adult only resorts. That being said you will have a relaxing, quiet but lovely time.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Good resort with Friendly staff

Traveled to the Hyatt Zilara with another couple, we enjoyed our stay and had fun. Food was good, premium drinks were served when asked for on the Zilara side only. Rooms were nice and clean nothing over the top but comfortable. Some staff stood out more than others but for the most everyone was pleasant. Beach is very small with 2 man made wave breaks one side is very rocky while the other is clear of rocks but too small to enjoy daily walks on the beach. Went to several restaurants as well as  [... read more]the piano bar that lacked ambiance ...no music what so ever you could hear everyone else's conversations. Beach and pool activities were very poor with nothing organized other than the spin classes in the pool. Beach crew very lazy, did not affect our trip but did notice the lack of activities available which would not have worked if we had brought our family of adult children 20-30 year olds. Sports bar was great but not much else to do at night when there wasn't a beach party to dance at.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great Resort

The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. The resort was very well kept. If there is one thing that I would have liked, it would be a longer beach or the ability to walk along connecting beaches.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: So nice, I went twice

The staff, food & resort were perfection. I love the food, which can make or break a vacation. Many of the staff actually remembered me from 7 months earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this to anyone that wants 5 star food & staff. In the 7 months I noticed more upgrades to the resort. Better all the time.
